论世界足坛“海外移民”球员的社会流动及特征

运用文献资料等研究方法,对当今世界足坛"海外移民"球员的社会流动现象进行了研究。并从球员个人价值实现的需要、部分国家的足球发展需求、世界文化一体化进程的驱动等三个层面对"海外移民"球员的社会流动动因进行了深入分析,指出当前世界足坛"海外移民"具有边缘球员定位鲜明、社会流动特征显著、多元社会价值彰显及同质文化背景占据主流等主要特征。     

人口迁移与音乐融合

中国古代曾有过多次大规模的人口迁移,随着人口的迁移,导致了各地区及各民族经济、政治、文化等的交流和融合,作为文化表现之一的音乐也在此过程中得到了丰富和发展。其中汉代和唐代也是音乐艺术最为繁荣鼎盛的时期,这种繁荣局面的出现是与文化的融合分不开的。     

R. S. Peters and J. H. Newman on the Aims of Education

Abstract

R. S. Peters never explicitly talks about wisdom as being an aim of education. He does, however, in numerous places, emphasize that education is of the whole person and that, whatever else it might be about, it involves the development of knowledge and understanding. Being educated, he claims, is incompatible with being narrowly specialized. Moreover, he argues, education enables a person to have a different perspective on things, ‘to travel with a different view’ [Peters, R. S. (1967). What is an educational process? In R. S. Peters (Ed.), The concept of education (pp. 1–23). Routledge and Kegan Paul]. In asserting this about education, Peters has more in common with another great English educator, John Henry, Cardinal Newman, than one might expect, given they are separated by about a century and start from different philosophical perspectives, namely Kant to a significant degree in the former and Aristotle in the latter. Both nevertheless acknowledge the importance of reason and its development in any education worthy of the name. I will argue that in describing the ‘educated person’ Peters is not far from the view of Newman, who saw education as being about the ‘enlargement of mind’. Although Newman hesitates to call ‘enlargement of mind’ wisdom, and Peters does not use either term, there are good grounds for proposing that in distinguishing between education and training, and in asserting education is moral education because it is concerned to improve persons, Peters acknowledges the higher purposes of education and hence, we can add, its connection with wisdom. Significantly, what such a reading of Peters emphasizes is his insistence on the intrinsic value of education, a view seemingly lost in modern market-driven conceptions of education.     

The impact of migration on national identity in a globalized world: a comparison of civic education curricula in England,France and Ireland

This article examines the extent to which citizens of migrant origin are included within discourses of national identity in civic education curricula in England, France and Ireland. We explore how much space is given to citizens of migrant origin in discourses of national identity in civic education curricula and how they fit with central values normalized by a higher degree of recognition in schools. Although early immigration systems assumed that incorporation of migrants into the national polity would take place via socialization in education, the failure to include citizens of migrant origin in the contemporary ‘imagined community’ articulated in civic education discourses risks marginalizing some citizens which gives rise to a sovereignty gap. The disparity between legal and cultural belonging of some individuals in Western Europe presents a major challenge for education systems which are tasked with making national identity discourse resonate with a globalized citizenry. The study found that despite commonalities around the promotion of human rights and democracy, civic education curricula diverge with regard to representation of religion. Moreover, nationalistic aspects of the French model contrast with a multicultural, and recently global, approach to citizenship education in England and the promotion of European citizenship in Ireland.

杜丽娘是明代剧作家汤显祖在《牡丹亭》中成功塑造的女性形象,在她身上寄托了作者的至情理想。强烈的自我意识的觉醒,使深居闺阁中的她冲破了封建伦理的束缚,大胆的去追寻爱和幸福,她成为了中国古代女子与"命运"抗争的先驱和代表。同时,她又是一个矛盾的结合体,人性的舒展和理学的禁锢在她身上交织着。情与理的矛盾冲突,直指封建社会下程朱理学对人性的压抑和摧残。从其人物形象中透露出的对人性和生命的独立的思考,具有普遍的社会意义,立足于当下也有颇多借鉴之处。     

机载单天线SAR动目标检测与参数估计

对机载单天线SAR/GMTI模式下动目标参数估计精度较低的问题进行研究. 首先,用多普勒频移量和距离走动量来估计动目标径向速度,根据估计的结果校正距离走动. 然后,用改进的反射特性位移法来估计动目标的多普勒调频率,在不存在加速度时估计出动目标方位向速度. 这样就可以在进行动目标参数估计的同时实现聚焦成像. 仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性.     

中国生态移民效益评估研究综述

中国生态移民发端于20世纪80年代初的经济社会快速发展时期,成因于经济社会-资源环境系统的不协调性。生态移民政策实施的效果由此也成为政府和学者关注的焦点。本文通过对中国生态移民效益评估研究文献的全面梳理,系统分析了其评估对象、内容、方法和结果等方面的研究现状。研究发现,已有生态移民效益评估研究主要针对中国中西部各省典型移民工程,应用定性和定量分析方法,从不同视角对移民效益进行了经济、生态、社会的单因子或多因子考察,重点对移民经济收入变化进行了评估;生态移民效益评估结果虽然受迁入区资源环境容量、移民政策制定和实施过程、移民适应能力等的影响,但评估研究的数据来源、评估方法对评估结果也产生重要影响。未来生态移民效益评估研究要强调对反映整个移民区域经济、生态环境、社会文化心理等方面变化的全面调研,以第三方作为评估主体,甄选适宜的指标和方法对生态移民政策的制定、实施及效果进行全程考察和评估。     

加州大学图书馆多平台云迁移策略研究

高校图书馆应用云计算存在4个核心问题,阻碍了图书馆云迁移的理论研究和实践进展。加州大学图书馆的数字图书馆运维体系曾遇到经费短缺、技术压力和安全隐患三方面问题,向校园私有云和专业开放云迁移的组合策略成为解决问题的首要对策。通过渐进式的分批次过程,图书馆集成系统、馆际互借系统、内容管理系统和校外访问代理系统先后迁移到软件商托管云、OCLC公共云和校园私有云平台,最终实现图书馆基于IaaS层的全面云端化。其经验对我国图书馆的云实践具有重要借鉴意义。     

基于RD域分块的改进距离徙动成像算法

研究了二维频域成像算法,提出一种基于RD域分块的改进距离徙动成像算法,并将该算法与近似算法和一般逆变标算法进行了点阵目标仿真和运算效率比较.当测绘带较宽且距离徙动较大时,该算法聚焦性能优于近似算法和一般逆变标算法.通过比较还可看出该算法运算效率高于逆变标算法.最后用实测数据仿真验证了该算法是可行的.
