关于学校事故的法律思考

学校事故是学校对学生在校期间实施教育、教育管理过程中发生的学生人身伤亡事故。可从不同的角度对其进行类型划分。学校与未成年人及其监护人之间构成什么法律关系，赔偿的范围、数额标准及由谁赔偿和法定监护人的责任认定等是处理学校事故的基本法律理论问题。

Quality of service estimation based on maximum bottleneck algorithm for domain aggregation in backbone networks

This paper investigates the routing among autonomous systems (ASs) with quality of service (QoS) requirements. To avoid the intractability of the problem, abstract QoS capability must be informed among ASs, because the routhing which constrained QoS has been proved to be nondeterministic polynomial-time (NP) hard even inside an AS. This paper employs the modified Dijkstra algorithm to compute the maximum bottleneck bandwidth inside an AS. This approach lays a basis for the AS-level switching capability on which interdomain advertisement can be performed. Furthermore, the paper models the aggregated traffic in backbone network with fractional Brownian motion (FBM), and by integrating along the time axis in short intervals, a good estimation of the distribution of queue length in the next short intervals can be obtained. The proposed advertisement mechanism can be easily implemented with the current interdomain routing protocols. Numerical study indicates that the presented scheme is effective and feasible.

介绍了以摩信MCT8000F4运动控制器为核心，以对直流伺服电机、步进电机为控制对象的4轴运动控制实验平台的设计思想、基本组成和主要功能。该平台能满足学生理解运动控制的基本概念，掌握单轴运动控制和多轴混合运动控制的编程方法，掌握面向工业应用的运动控制技术和设计方法的实训教学需要。文中还给出了单轴运动控制编程实例。该平台既可作为运动控制技术及应用课程的实训教学用设备，也可作为数控系统的开发工具。     

三相软开关PWM变流器电流极性检测与电流补偿方法

A novel software implementation for current polarity detection and current compensation is presented. For a three-phase zero-voltage soft-switching （ZVS） PWM converter based on phase and amplitude control （PAC）, when saw-tooth carriers with alternate positive and negative slopes are adopted, the positive or negative slopes are chosen according to the phase current polarity. Since polarity reversal causes current distortion, current at the instant of reversal should be compensated for. Based on the characteristic of unity power factor converter in rectification and regeneration modes, a software implementation for current polarity detection is proposed. Distortion of current zero-crossing caused by using saw-tooth carriers with alternate positive and negative slopes is analyzed, and the relevant compensation method is proposed. Experimental study with a 1.5 kW device shows that phase current has a small harmonic content and power factor is high both in rectification and regeneration modes.

本推导出了四杆机构中连杆上任意一点的坐标方程，用常用的应用软件Excel计算出该点在运动过程中的一系列坐标值，并采用Excel中的“插入图表”功能自动绘出了连杆运动轨迹图谱，为设计在按连杆运动轨迹设计四杆机构时提供了一个准确、简捷且非常实用的工具。
