While positive influences of teacher support on students' motivational development have been widely shown, existing research has not yet considered that students' school experiences are interrelated across classrooms and subjects. The aims of this study were, thus, twofold: (a) To investigate the effects of teacher support on the development of students' intrinsic value and effort; and (b) based on dimensional comparison theory, to examine potential cross-subject contrast effects of teacher support in one subject on students' intrinsic value and effort in another subject. Using a sample of 1155 German students assessed in Grade 5 and 6, multilevel latent change models revealed positive within-subject associations between teacher support and intrinsic value and effort. Furthermore, support for contrast effects was found. Higher levels of teacher support in one subject were related negatively to intrinsic value and effort in another subject, calling for the examination of students' classroom experiences as interrelated across subjects. 相似文献

本文对高职英语专业学生学习动机调控策略的使用情况进行了实证性研究,利用探索性因子分析得出8种学习动机调控策略,分别为:掌握目标唤起、兴趣提升、后果设想、自我激励、竞争压力、意志控制、环境调控和表现目标唤起。研究表明:高职英语专业学生在学习中经常使用动机调控策略,在具有中国大学生使用动机调控策略的共性之外,也具有一定的独特性。教师应该针对高职学生的特点帮助他们学会调控学习动机。 相似文献

This study examined the relation between losing a game and players’ destructive voice about the coach. As team performances would suffer when such behaviours are not managed properly, we tested the motivational climate as a potential mechanism by which coaches can manage these destructive behaviours. Twelve volleyball and basketball teams (N = 136) were weekly assessed during eight weeks using questionnaires. Players rated the extent to which their teammates expressed destructive voice about their coach. Each player’s indegree centrality (i.e. the average score received from all teammates) functioned as measurement of his/her destructive voice about the coach. As hypothesized, losing a game increased players’ expression of destructive voice about the coach. At both the within- and between-person level, perceived mastery (performance) climate negatively (positively) predicted players’ destructive voice about the coach. When players perceived a more salient performance climate than usual after a loss, their increase in destructive voice about the coach was magnified. These results highlight the dynamics of players’ destructive voice about the coach and how a single loss can start the utterance of such voice. A coach would be able to counter this process by increasing the focus on a mastery rather than a performance climate. 相似文献

提出了与传统激励机制不同的柔性激励机制,具有敏捷性、适应不同情况的能力及灵活性、柔韧性等优势;包括经济激励等正向激励和以威胁激励为代表的负向激励;构建的柔性激励模型包括柔性激励工资和工资模型、威胁激励模型、柔性激励机制的约束模型及有效性检验模型。研究结果表明:柔性激励对企业员工具有诱导性作用,非诱导型员工在一定条件下也会转变成可诱导型员工。企业激励越高,员工维持激励的积极性就越高。由此可以得出柔性激励是一种非常有效的激励策略、方式和方法。 相似文献

的女生进行调查,结构方程模型的结果显示:学生知觉到的来自体育教师的自主支持对能力、自主和关系感这3 种基本心理需要有着显著的预测作
用,同时,每种基本心理需要对学生的动机定向有着显著的预测作用,基本心理需要对自主支持感与学生动机定向之间的关系具有完全中介作用。
因此,为了使学生形成自主的动机定向,体育教师应该尽量营造自主支持的教学情境来满足学生基本的心理需要。 相似文献
