‘My colleagues wear blinkers . . . If they were trained,they would understand better’. Reflections on teacher education on inclusion in Cyprus

This paper discusses fundamental theoretical issues in relation to education on inclusion. These issues inform core decisions about initial teacher education courses and in‐service teacher‐training programmes on inclusion. International and local discussions and research in this area formed the background for the design and implementation of a 2‐year funded research project whose aim was to record teachers' knowledge, attitudes and skills in relation to inclusion before developing an in‐service training programme that suited their profiles. The paper focuses on Greek‐Cypriot teachers' perceptions of their initial and in‐service teacher education on inclusion in Cyprus, as revealed by survey and interview findings. The findings are discussed with reference to relevant literature from Cyprus and other countries in an attempt to draw connections between teacher education, local culture and international practice. The paper concludes with a discussion of the argument that in‐service training programmes on inclusion are of central importance, not only for Cyprus but also for other countries. We argue that teachers' initial education does not guarantee a shared understanding of inclusive education; therefore, in‐service teacher‐training programmes need to be carefully planned and delivered to all schoolteachers to address both theoretical and practical aspects of inclusive education effectively.     

Ad Hoc网络重采样转移概率模型下激励传播算法

无线多跳Ad Hoc网络的激励传播算法可以优化网络资源负载均衡,提高网络可靠性。传统的激励传播算法采用萤火虫梯度搜索定位协作激励方法,当网络节点分布为随机多跳的异构网络时,激励传播负载均衡存在效率低、准确性不高等问题。提出一种基于萤火虫群优化追踪的重采样转移概率模型下的无线多跳Ad Hoc网络激励传播算法,实现资源负载均衡,设计无线多跳Ad Hoc网络覆盖层次模型,提出萤火虫群优化追踪算法,在无线多跳Ad Hoc网络节点转移概率空间,设计重采样转移概率模型,得到多跳Ad Hoc网络激励传播系统状态估计。仿真结果得到该算法实现无线多跳Ad Hoc网络系统状态估计准确率要明显高于传统算法,估计误差的波动小,在解决蜕化的同时避免了样本贫化,资源负载均衡激励精度提升方面明显优越于其它算法,展示了算法的优越性能。     

采用SSH方式实现网络监控的探讨

以气象信息服务系统为例,探讨了采取SSH远程登录LINUX服务器实现监控的方法。系统采用基于Java编写的SSH定制客户端定时多线程登录多台LINUX服务器,获得服务器所需的监控信息,同时模拟维护员主动测试服务器各项服务的完好性,确保服务系统的正常运转。此方式监控效果真实直接,既能及时发现故障,还能实现自动排除故障,使得网络系统维护的自动化处理成为现实。     

基于数字签名技术的数字化校园数据安全策略

现阶段,几乎所有高校的数字化校园的数据安全都依赖于用户名加密码的身份认证,通过用户权限来实现系统安全,但这种简单的用户权限管理方法不能解决信息的不可伪造性和不可抵赖性。本文在身份认证的基础上,引入多种数字签名技术,不但确保信息的不可伪造性和不可抵赖性,而且通过引入门限签名和多级签名,保证了决策的科学性和合理性,同时代理签名又带来了灵活性。     

The application and value of information sources in clinical practice: an examination of the perspective of naturopaths

Background: The approach of evidence‐based medicine (EBM), providing a paradigm to validate information sources and a process for critiquing their value, is an important platform for guiding practice. Researchers have explored the application and value of information sources in clinical practice with regard to a range of health professions; however, naturopathic practice has been overlooked. Objectives: An exploratory study of naturopaths’ perspectives of the application and value of information sources has been undertaken. Methods: Semi‐structured interviews with 12 naturopaths in current clinical practice, concerning the information sources used in clinical practice and their perceptions of these sources. Results: Thematic analysis identified differences in the application of the variety of information sources used, depending upon the perceived validity. Internet databases were viewed as highly valid. Textbooks, formal education and interpersonal interactions were judged based upon a variety of factors, whilst validation of general internet sites and manufacturers information was required prior to use. Conclusions: The findings of this study will provide preliminary aid to those responsible for supporting naturopaths’ information use and access. In particular, it may assist publishers, medical librarians and professional associations in developing strategies to expand the clinically useful information sources available to naturopaths.

多媒体技术在高校体育专业理论课教学中的应用

在武术理论课中运用多媒体技术教学可收到良好的效果。运用多媒体教学有利于培养学生的学习兴趣，提出其学习效率，有利于解决教学中的重点和难点；有利于实现因材施教的个性化教学。实施多媒体教学要注意提高教师的素质，注重与传统教学相结合，教学手段运用时机要恰当并及时收集教学效果的反馈信息。     

信息时代阅读的多元化取向

新现代阅读的理念是，培植爱好知识的品性，造就主动阅读的习惯，达成终身热爱学习的行为，一切阅读都是为了开拓思维空间，培养批判精神，激发想象力、锻炼创造力，只有夯实文化基础，改善知识结构，才能创造新知，才能经得住科学史、技术史：思想文化史的考验，才能转化为推动时代发展的生产力，这是信息时代多元化阅读的显著特征和本质要求。     

我国体育经纪人立法管理研究

我国体育经纪人及其活动逐步发展,而其法律法规问题亦逐渐凸现,主要存在国家体育经纪人管理法规缺损,各地区体育经纪资格证书的尚未互认,体育经纪人培训考核不够规范等问题,通过对我国体育经纪市场的法规问题分析,试图提出加快行政法规和法律建设,加强行业协会的监督管理,加强经纪理论与实践研究的建议。
