基于ERG理论的异构信息系统知识创新激励机制研究

异构信息系统集成知识创新,一方面需要项目各方积极参与,另一方面面临着主体积极性障碍,构建知识创新激励机制成为关键问题。现有的知识创新激励机制强调了外部激励的作用,但忽略了内源性动机的影响。基于企业需求的多样性、层次性以及受挫—倒退性,引入ERG理论,建立知识创新ERG模型,分析需求层次的相互关系并细化各层次需求,以从内源性动机的视角构建知识创新激励机制。最后介绍这一机制在实践中的应用。

近年来中国海洋体育旅游发展迅速,但是其客观存在的风险因素和安全管理的结构性缺陷直接影响到整个产业的良性发展.从管理学角度出发,通过对影响安全的各种因素进行分析,对现有的行政管理体制和社会资源进行梳理整合,提出在12395的平台上构建海洋体育旅游安全管理体系的构想,并对其运营管理路径进行设计,以促进海洋体育旅游产业安全有序发展.     

A scale-based approach to interdisciplinary research and expertise in sports

After more than 20 years since the introduction of ecological and dynamical approaches in sports research, their promising opportunity for interdisciplinary research has not been fulfilled yet. The complexity of the research process and the theoretical and empirical difficulties associated with an integrated ecological-dynamical approach have been the major factors hindering the generalisation of interdisciplinary projects in sports sciences. To facilitate this generalisation, we integrate the major concepts from the ecological and dynamical approaches to study behaviour as a multi-scale process. Our integration gravitates around the distinction between functional (ecological) and execution (organic) scales, and their reciprocal intra- and inter-scale constraints. We propose an (epistemological) scale-based definition of constraints that accounts for the concept of synergies as emergent coordinative structures. To illustrate how we can operationalise the notion of multi-scale synergies we use an interdisciplinary model of locomotor pointing. To conclude, we show the value of this approach for interdisciplinary research in sport sciences, as we discuss two examples of task-specific dimensionality reduction techniques in the context of an ongoing project that aims to unveil the determinants of expertise in basketball free throw shooting. These techniques provide relevant empirical evidence to help bootstrap the challenging modelling efforts required in sport sciences.     

A knock to the system: A new sociotechnical systems approach to sport-related concussion

Broader contextual factors that influence concussion management have tended to be overlooked. To address this, the present study used a sociotechnical systems approach to identify perceived responsibilities and applied strategies for three domains of concussion management (i.e., prevention, identification and treatment). Participants were 118 members of the community rugby union system in Australia (69.2% male). Participants from throughout the rugby system (e.g., players, parents, coaches, club management) were asked open-ended questions about their perceived responsibilities and the strategies they use for concussion management. It was found that (a) proper training, technique correction and education were recurrent prevention themes; (b) the majority of key stakeholders felt that they could consistently identify concussion; however, medical aids (medics) were the only system actors who stated a responsibility to use standardised concussion assessment measures and (c) less than one third of the respondents indicated their involvement in treating concussion. This study identifies specific junctures in the system that prevents effective concussion management strategies. A sociotechnical systems approach improves the understanding of concussion prevention, and management beliefs and behaviours.     

生态脆弱区社会经济与资源环境耦合协调度研究:以云南省昭通市为例

对于生态脆弱地区,探寻其社会经济发展与资源环境的协调发展模式对于实现地区的可持续发展具有重要意义。构建相对资源承载力模型和耦合协调度模型,测算云南省昭通市相对资源人口承载力和经济承载力,并对"经济-资源环境-社会"系统协调发展度进行时空分析。结果表明：1）昭通市相对资源人口承载力超载严重,社会资源承载力低且显著超载;2）相对资源经济承载力处于富余状态,资源的经济价值尚未充分开发;3）昭通市社会经济发展受资源环境制约显著,系统不协调度有拉大趋势。提高第二产业发展水平,优化产业结构是促进昭通市"经济-资源环境-社会"系统协调发展的主要措施。     

Acculturating the Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Culture-Centered Study of Chinese International Students’ Idealization of Medical Integration during Sojourns

ABSTRACT

To better understand the Chinese international students’ barrier to the U.S. health and medical system, this study investigates the students’ understandings of Traditional Chinese medicines during their sojourns in the United States. Holding that medicine is cultural/culture, the culture-centered in-depth interviews (n = 23) help understand the Chinese international students’ acculturation of the two medicines after their arrival in the new medical culture. The analyses focus on the rhetorical nature of medical acculturation: even though the students actually assimilate Traditional Chinese medicine, they claim to integrate the two. The results indicate how integration has been idealized and imposed as the only acceptable medical acculturation strategy for international students. The findings also suggest that medical integration has been used as a disguising cloak of medical assimilation and therefore, immigrants’ integration and acculturation should be carefully examined in health contexts.

基于本体的对等网语义检索系统

针对目前采用关键字匹配实现信息检索的不足，借鉴利用本体进行信息集成的方法提出非结构化对等网的语义检索系统架构，描述各模块的功能，并深入讨论实现语义检索需解决的关键技术——资源描述与提问处理、资源搜索和本体映射等。
