医学毕业生满意度调查研究与实证分析

目的:探讨影响学生满意度的因素。方法:问卷调查1745名本科毕业生满意度。结果:专业、学习成绩等因素对总体满意度有影响;分项满意度与总体满意度相关系数在0.320-0.675之间;"专业课对考研帮助很大"、"学生反映问题后,学校能及时回应或改进"与总体满意度相关性高但满意度低。     

从思想政治理论课的调查问卷中拷问高职大学生的就业核心能力

就业的本质是社会对求职者素质的需要和认可。大学生是否具备社会需要和认可的素质便成了就业的重要因素。在我国经济正处于快速发展、各行各业都需要大量人才的时期,大学生出现就业难显然不是正常现象;而素质的缺失是就业难的关键因素。笔者试图从一份思想政治理论课的调查问卷中拷问大学生的素质,以期在思想政治理论课的教学中培养大学生的就业核心能力,提高他们日后在就业市场的竞争能力。     

从Nature期刊论文多维评价对比中美研究实力

本文提出一种基于期刊论文的国家研究实力多维评价方法,从产出与影响力维度、国际和地区合作维度、研究机构维度、作者维度以及研究领域维度等来评价国家研究实力.最后以Nature期刊为例,对比分析中国大陆和美国的研究实力,揭示中美学术研究现状,找出我国的不足并提出应对策略,为我国科研创新提出建议.     

大学英语口语教学设计与学生学习兴趣

以英语专业某班级学生为研究对象,根据英语课堂教学行为研究方法,对如何提高学生学习英语口语的兴趣设计出了一套实施方案。一个月的教学实践证明经过革新的课堂教学设计对于提高学生学习口语的兴趣具有良好的促进作用。     

关于上市公司募集资金行为动机的一项调查分析

通过分析我国上市公司募集资金过程中存在的股权融资偏好、频繁变更募集资金投向、信息披露不真实等现象，并结合对东北三省上市公司的调查问卷结果，揭示了上市公司募集资金的行为动机。指出我国上市公司通过发行股票筹资改善公司的资本结构、提高公司的知名度是上市公司募集资金的动机之一。而追求少数利益集团的利益才是企业争相上市的根本动因。在此基础上，对证券监管部门给出了相应的政策建议。     

高职英语专业学生自主学习能力的培养

大学中的英语教学应该有利于学生逐步实现从学习依赖到学习自主的转变.本文探讨了自主外语学习的必要性,并在对所教班级自主学习能力状况调查的基础上,进行思考分析,并就如何培养学生学习自主能力这一问题提出几点看法.

The Development and Psychometric Properties of the Teacher Social Stress Scale-Student Related (TSS-Sr)

Teacher burnout is a growing phenomenon that may dramatically reduce the quality of life of both teachers and students. Many studies have conceptualized teaching as a high-contact profession and, focusing on the emotional exhaustion dimension of burnout, they have highlighted the relation with students as a key dimension of teachers’ stress. This paper presents an original instrument (TSS-Sr) to measure teachers’ stress related to the interaction with their pupils. It provides the psychometric characteristic of this scale. Results support a model of measurement of teacher social stress based on four dimensions: verbal aggression, dislike students, awkward reactions, demanding requests. Implications about the use and the applications of this instrument are discussed.     

Performance of the S[... formula ...]2 Statistic for the Multidimensional Graded Response Model

S−χ2 is a popular item fit index that is available in commercial software packages such as flexMIRT. However, no research has systematically examined the performance of S−χ2 for detecting item misfit within the context of the multidimensional graded response model (MGRM). The primary goal of this study was to evaluate the performance of S−χ2 under two practical misfit scenarios: first, all items are misfitting due to model misspecification, and second, a small subset of items violate the underlying assumptions of the MGRM. Simulation studies showed that caution should be exercised when reporting item fit results of polytomous items using S−χ2 within the context of the MGRM, because of its inflated false positive rates (FPRs), especially with a small sample size and a long test. S−χ2 performed well when detecting overall model misfit as well as item misfit for a small subset of items when the ordinality assumption was violated. However, under a number of conditions of model misspecification or items violating the homogeneous discrimination assumption, even though true positive rates (TPRs) of S−χ2 were high when a small sample size was coupled with a long test, the inflated FPRs were generally directly related to increasing TPRs. There was also a suggestion that performance of S−χ2 was affected by the magnitude of misfit within an item. There was no evidence that FPRs for fitting items were exacerbated by the presence of a small percentage of misfitting items among them.     

中美师范生对于理想教师标准的评价及比较

通过相似的问卷调查统计,比较中美两国师范学生对于理想教师标准的评价,一方面对于师范教育的问题及对策有所启发,另方面由中美两国的相似和相异看出不同社会对学生观点的影响。
