体育院系大学生信任研究

采用自编的《大学生信任问卷》对658名体育院系的大学生进行调查研究,考察体育专业大学生信任的专业类别、年级特征和性别特征。结果表明：体育专业大学生在感情信任、道德信任维度,性别的主效应非常显著,女生得分明显高于男生;在人际信任、法制信任、系统信任、信任总分方面,专业的主效应较为显著,并且存在专业与年级的交互作用。     

科技论文审稿方式的问卷调查

采用问卷调查的形式,对审稿专家和作者如何看待审稿方式进行了调查.结果表明:有86.8%的审稿人和85.4%的作者都赞同双盲审稿,有88.2%的审稿人和96%的作者都认为,实行双盲审稿,有利于审稿人对稿件进行客观、公正的评审;48.4%的作者和31.6%的审稿人认为,如果审者与作者从事的研究工作类似,编辑在选择审稿人时应采取回避政策.本文建议某些专业面相对较窄的期刊可实行双盲审稿,而大多数高校自然科学学报可以实行单盲审稿.

改革计算机类专业毕业设计传统教学模式,构建多元化选题平台,采用多元化指导模式,实行多元化考核评价体系,进一步探索建设地方高校计算机类专业大学生创新能力培养的实践平台.     

The reliability and validity of the pupil behaviour questionnaire: a child classroom behaviour assessment tool

ABSTRACT

This paper assesses the reliability and validity of the teacher-completed Pupil Behaviour Questionnaire (PBQ), by comparing it to the already extensively validated teacher-completed Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Participants included 2074 primary school children participating in a universal school-based trial and 41 vulnerable children who were taking part in a study exploring the impact of exclusion from school. Exploratory factor analysis results (first factor accounts for 80.8% of the variation in the items) and the high Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.85 indicate that the PBQ consists of one substantive factor/dimension. Strong correlations between the total PBQ score and the conduct sub-scale (Spearman’s correlation coefficient (r_s) = 0.67) and total difficulties score (r_s = 0.59) of the SDQ indicate convergent validity. This study suggests that the PBQ is a reliable measure, and provides some evidence of validity. Further work is needed to test the PBQ in an older, more diverse populations and to measure sensitivity to change.     

Do perceptions of being treated fairly increase students’ outcomes? Teacher–student interactions and classroom justice in Italian adolescents

In this study, we have investigated the associations between the students’ perceptions of teachers’ interpersonal behaviour and some school outcomes – namely, academic achievement, learning motivation, and a sense of class belonging – considering the mediating role of classroom justice. Moreover, the impact of the school type was analysed. The research was performed on a population of 614 Italian students enrolled in 2 different types of secondary school, one with an academic orientation, the other with a vocational orientation. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to see the effect of the teachers’ behaviour on the dimensions of justice (i.e., equality, equity, needs, and interpersonal) and that of all these variables on academic achievement, learning motivation, and class belonging. The mediation role of classroom justice was confirmed by the analyses, and so was the impact of the school's orientation. Limitations to the study and future research ideas have also been outlined.     

中小民营高科技企业研发人员工作满意度研究

在已有员工工作满意度研究的基础上,针对中小民营高科技企业研发人员的工作特征和个性特征设计了工作满意度问卷。通过对问卷做方差分析,得出结论:研发人员对目前工作满意程度不高;年轻人对于目前工作满意度最低;不同年龄阶段的员工在工作协作维度的满意度差异最大;高学历者对目前工作回报和工作条件满意度很低。     

浅析高职艺术设计新生的自我认同感

自我认同指的是一个人对自己的一套行为模式、价值观的认同,具有自我认同感的人坚信自己的选择是有价值、有意义的,并设立相应的目标去逐级实现。本课题以高职院校艺术设计专业学生为研究对象,对其自我认同的发展现状进行问卷调查,通过维度转化后运用SPSS进行统计及分析,以求全面了解高职学生自我认同感的特征与表现,为重塑学生的自我认同、高职院校的管理和发展提供现实依据,从而促进高职教育文化的构建。     

需求理论视角下大学英语后续课程模块化设置的问卷调查与研究

本文以需求理论为框架,以问卷形式调查学生对大学英语后续课程设置的需求,并进行了数据统计与分析,探究后续课程设置的科学合理体系,为今后大学英语后续课程的教学提供理论指导和现实依据,具有一定的现实意义与实用价值。     

基于AHP法的高校辅导员职业倦怠研究

党的十八大提出了进一步加强大学生思想政治教育工作的要求,辅导员是高校思想政治工作的骨干,为了解浙江省高校辅导员的职业倦怠情况及影响因素,对浙江部分高校的辅导员进行了问卷调查,并用AHP法分析了部分浙江高校辅导员的职业倦怠情况,对比了不同地区、不同高校的辅导员倦怠程度,为辅导员职业倦怠研究提供了新的研究视角。
