高校思想政治工作者在学生宿舍管理中的角色探微

伴随着高校后勤管理社会化的逐步深入 ,学生思想政治工作的阵地也发生了转移。但由于陈旧观念和思想误区的存在 ,高校的学生思想政治工作者未能在角色转换中及时调整。如何转变观念 ,明确定位 ,充分发挥宿舍文化在思想政治工作中的教育和导向作用 ,本文作了一些粗浅的探索     

老子的“无为”现代领导学思想探析

两千多年来,老子提出的“无为”思想对中国历代统治产生深刻的影响。今天,用现代领导学的观点来审视和考察老子“无为”的思想,就不难看出老子的“无为”思想包含了许多的现代领导学所提倡的领导工作方法,为今天的领导提供了宝贵的借鉴和参考。     

Calculating the power of alternative choices by school leaders for improving student achievement

This paper addresses a wicked problem faced by leaders wanting to be evidence informed in their choices of school improvement priorities and the most productive leadership practices to enact in pursuing those priorities. While local contexts will always be central to these choices, results of research ought to provide useful points of departure. But determining what relevant evidence recommends, local context aside, is far more difficult that the admonition to be ‘evidence informed’ seems to imply and the research community has offered few systematic solutions to the problem. This paper offers one possible solution, the calculation of ‘Power Indices’ using, for the purposes of illustration, evidence about the effects of a selected set of potential school improvement priorities (teachers’ emotions) on student learning, in combination with evidence about the effects on teacher emotions of a selected set of transformational leadership practices. Results argue for the value of a unique line of future research enabling school leaders to make choices about both school improvement priorities and how they might best pursue those priorities that systematically reflect the results of relevant evidence.

Statistical Power of the Multiple Domain Latent Growth Model for Detecting Group Differences

The latent growth model (LGM) in structural equation modeling (SEM) may be extended to allow for the modeling of associations among multiple latent growth trajectories, resulting in a multiple domain latent growth model (MDLGM). While the MDLGM is conceived as a more powerful multivariate analysis technique, the examination of its methodological performance is very limited. Hence, the present study compared the power of the MDLGM with that of a set of univariate LGMs for detecting group differences in growth rates over time using a Monte Carlo study with a two-group and two-domain design. The results indicated that there were different scenarios where the power rates for the MDLGM were greater than that of the set of LGMs (and vice versa) due to a joint function of the two domains’ intercorrelation size and the group difference effect size.     

赛义德后殖民理论对葛兰西文化领导权理论的借鉴和改造

赛义德的后殖民理论从三个方面借鉴了葛兰西的化领导权理论，即强调在化领域进行革命的重要性，把知识与权力联系在一起以及把革命重任寄托在知识分子身上；同时又在三个方面对葛兰西的化领导权理论进行了改造，即哲学上的反本质主义改造，立场上的折衷主义改造和化上的多元主义改造。     

Leadership identity in a small island developing state: the Jamaican context

While the role of leadership in improving schools is attracting more worldwide attention, there is a need for more research investigating leaders’ experiences in different national contexts. Using focus-group and semi-structured interview data, this paper explores the background, identities and experiences of a small group of Jamaican school leaders who were involved in a leadership development programme. By drawing on the concepts of culture, socialisation and identity, the paper examines how the participants’ journeys of becoming and being school leaders are influenced by national-level societal and cultural issues, experienced at a local level. The findings suggest that in becoming school leaders, the participants perceived that they had a strong sense of agency in attempting to change the social structures within the institutions they lead and in the surrounding local communities, which in turn, they hope, will have a lasting effect on the nation as a whole.     

共产国际与上海工人三次武装起义

共产国际在上海工人三次武装起义中曾产生过巨大的影响,其中的教条主义对中国的影响早在大革命时期就已经存在;独立自主的愿望在大革命实践中也已存在,但年幼的中国共产党尚无能力摆脱共产国际的错误影响,只有对中国革命进行科学的总结,将马克思主义与中国革命的实践相结合,才能使独立自主成为毛泽东思想活的灵魂。     

基于MDF-Nearest算法的轨迹隐私保护方法

传统轨迹匿名方法在匿名集生成时没有考虑用户多种特征属性,在信息攻击下无法有效保护真实位置;在轨迹形成方面因没有将余弦角度和轨迹间距离作为形成的依据,导致某些虚假轨迹无法有效保护真实轨迹。为改善以上问题,构建一种依据用户多重特征信息构建的匿名集以保证匿名有效性;采用协作用户的真实轨迹并计算相似性,从而生成虚假轨迹相似性高的MDF-Nearest算法。实验结果表明,该方法随着k值的变大与生成轨迹数量的增多,隐私保护效果逐渐改进;与传统k匿名方法相比,该算法时间开销降低41.7%,而隐私保护程度可提高至97.1%。因此该方法能以较低的时间开销,提供质量可靠的位置服务,保护用户信息。     

谈多重复句分析

多重复句分析主要包括两个方面内容 :一是结构层次的确定 ,二是逻辑关系的把握。无论哪一方面的分析 ,都应有规律可寻。抓住关联词语是解决问题的有效途径 ,看划开之后各部分是否具有相对完整性和换位后能否成立是检查层次划分正确与否的有效手段。
