Shorter Method for Computing the Coefficient of Correlation

ABSTRACT

Handwriting is used throughout the school day and is important to demonstrate knowledge. This research evaluated how handwriting instructional practices and intrinsic and extrinsic factors in actual classroom settings impacted learning handwriting over the course of the school year. Findings indicated that extrinsic factors (educational instructional practices, spatial constraints) and intrinsic factors (task cognitive complexity) influenced handwriting performance, but not always in the same way for writing product and process measures. In addition, stronger relationships were found between writing process measures and handwriting fluency than legibility. Even though handwriting improved over the school year, some instructional practices resulted in a widening performance gap as the school year progressed. The impact of these findings for implementing and differentiating handwriting instruction and guiding future research is discussed.     

互联网时代利用档案资源的制约因素分析

在互联网时代,通过网络获取信息已经成为人们获取信息的主要手段,档案是信息资源的主要组成部分,近年来,网络环境下档案资源的开发利用已经取得了巨大的发展,相关的档案机构大多建立了档案资源的网络平台。在取得巨大进步同时,也存在着一些问题。文章阐述了互联网时代档案资源开发利用的制约因素,并结合我国的具体情况,提出相关的对策建议。     

The Constraints of CLT’ s Application in ELT Classroom

Communicative Language Teaching(CLT) aims to develop students’ communicative competence,while it does not work as expected with many students lacking of successful experience in English communication.In terms of the principles and characteristics of CLT,this paper tries to make an analysis on the causes of this phenomenon from three aspects:students,teachers and educational system.Some suggestions,presented in the end,hopefully,can bring some enlightenment on the English Language Teaching(ELT) of China.     

线性约束非凸二次规划的有限分支定界算法

针对线性约束非凸二次规划问题,从其KKT点出发得到它的一个线性松弛规划,并递归地向该松弛规划中加入原问题的互补松弛条件的线性等式,从而得到一个有限分支定界算法,并对其收敛性进行了证明,经数值实验表明该算法是有效的.

Abstract

Analyzes the new Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library in San Jose, California in terms of the experience in developing new ideas and confronting new problems in reference service. Argues that developing a merged public-university reference service encounters important problems that are similar to the challenges that face reference services everywhere in the 21st century. Introduces the problem of how a merged public-academic reference service must develop a new reference culture in order to succeed. Links the development of the reference culture to the ideas of Life Long Learning and Information Literacy.

提出了一种非单调投影L-M方法求解凸约束非线性方程组,证明了在弱于非奇异条件的局部误差条件下,此算法具有局部二阶收敛速度。     

社会主义新农村建设中的农村民间组织

新农村建设是在席卷全球的共同治理模式背景下提出的。从理论上看,多中心理论为农村民间组织参与新农村建设奠定了理论基础;现实诉求中,农村组织的缺位使其参与更具迫切性。虽然农村民间组织的健康发展有助于推动新农村建设,但在实际发展的过程中,仍然存在着一些制约农村民间组织角色发挥的因素。因此,应该从政府的扶持与支援、农村民间组织自身管理模式的创新入手,培育和发展我国的农村民间组织,保障其在新农村建设中的角色发挥。     

沿海城市经济增长目标约束对近海污染的影响

理解沿海地方政府经济发展行为对于近海环境治理具有重要意义.本文采用2004-2017年中国48个沿海城市近海污染物浓度以及经济增长目标约束数据,考察沿海城市经济增长目标约束对近海污染的影响,并在此基础上利用财政压力和晋升激励数据,检验了经济增长目标约束对近海污染的异质性影响.结果 表明:相比未采用任何约束,施加经济增长...     

基于CRITIC-G1和Bonferroni算子的学术期刊综合评价研究

[目的/意义]针对学术期刊综合评价中多指标信息集结的问题,提出一种新的基于CRITIC-G1和Bonferroni算子的学术期刊综合评价方法。[方法/过程]首先,利用CRITIC法充分考虑指标间的对比强度和冲突性,并确定指标的客观权重;其次,引入G1法提取决策专家的群体智慧,并确定指标的主观权重;再次,基于乘法归一化法对指标的主客观权重进行有效结合,以此确定指标的组合权重;最后,在此基础上,利用Bonferroni算子计算方案的最终评价值并排序。[结果/结论]选取部分管理类期刊为对象,实证研究表明,该方法不仅能够充分考虑指标间的对比强度和冲突性,以及有效提取决策专家的群体智慧,还能够较好地消除指标间的相互影响和相互依赖,因此可使得学术期刊评价结果更为客观合理。
