电脑音乐发展到今天,似乎只有苹果系统才能制作专业的音乐,而事实上除了苹果与Windows平台之外,专业的Linux电脑音乐系统正逐渐崛起。尽管Linux下的音乐软件还有一些不足,但相比价格高昂的苹果和Windows平台及制作软件,Linux的开源和免费特性将是未来一股重要的力量。     

高师音乐学教学改革设想

高师音乐学专业担负着为我国基础音乐教育培养合格师资的重任。多年来,受传统思想束缚,高师音乐学教学改革行动迟缓。随着社会的发展,现有的人才培养模式不适应就业大环境下的社会需求,为此,笔者进行大胆设想:即由原来的传统链条一举扩展为胎教——亲子园——校外各类儿童音乐教育(舞蹈、声乐、器乐等)——校外各类青少年音乐教育——各类成人音乐教育——各类中老年音乐教育——社区音乐文化教育这样贯穿于人们一生各个阶段的新的教育链条。     

Labour Market Relevance of European University Education. From Enrolment to Professional Employment in 12 Countries

In accordance with the education policy which puts human capital at its heart, higher education is expected to produce marketable competent professionals in response to the needs of an expansive knowledge-based economy. In one reading, to support competitive knowledge-based economy, higher education students should graduate as young and fast as possible. The article asks whether it is credible that the young & fast principle as an objective for university education would provide a feasible way of enhancing professional labour force to serve knowledge economies. The analysis of study careers of 17,000 European second cycle university graduates shows that transitions from school to higher education to professional employment vary considerably in the 12 countries. The key finding is that countries with rather slow progression in the initial part of the transition tend to do better in the end, and vice versa. Belgium (Flanders) is the most obvious example of young and fast-graduating students that need a relatively long period after graduation to start their professional careers. In Finland, Austria, and Norway, relatively old and experienced graduates are employed rapidly. The time before professional employment after graduation is short for students who have acquired relevant work experience and acquainted themselves with professional fields. The youngest professionals are found in France where they tend to have access to opportunities for professionally relevant training. However, professional employment cannot be fostered by simply trying to recruit student populations as young as possible, but rather by enriching the labour market relevance of their student careers.     

Social moderation,assessment and assuring standards for accounting graduates

Evidencing student achievement of standards is a growing imperative worldwide. Key stakeholders (including current and prospective students, government, regulators and employers) want confidence that threshold learning standards in an accounting degree have been assured. Australia’s new higher education regulatory environment requires that student achievements are benchmarked against intended programme learning outcomes, guided by published disciplinary standards and a national qualifications framework, and against other higher education providers. Here, we report on a process involving academics from 10 universities, aided by professional practitioners, to establish and equip assessors to reliably assure threshold learning standards in accounting that are nationally comparable. Importantly, we are learning more about how standards are interpreted. Based on the premise that meaning is constructed from tacit experiences, social interactions and intentional reflection on explicit information, we report outcomes of three multi-part calibration interventions, situated around judgements of the quality of the written communication skills exhibited in student work and their related assessment tasks. Qualitative data from 30 participants in the calibration process suggest that they perceive that the process both assists them both in developing a shared understanding of the accounting threshold learning standards and in the redesign of assessment tasks to more validly assess the threshold learning standards.

二十一世纪以来,随着我国"科教兴国"、"人才强国"战略的实施,我国的教育事业举得了令人瞩目的发展。在基础教育不断改革的发展浪潮中,音乐教育的改革因其对学生全面发展和人们精神文化需求的满足的特殊作用,被人们广泛关注。在音乐教育改革实践过程中,音乐教育在社会文化方面的缺失,是音乐教育改革中凸显的问题。本文深入分析了音乐教育的文化属性,阐述了音乐教育和社会音乐文化的互动关系,并且提出了推动音乐教育和社会音乐文化的互动发展两点具体建议。     

声乐教学模式改革与重定位研讨

本文首先分析了声乐教学的现状,然后从强化声乐训练、进行戏曲基本功训练、进行舞蹈训练这三个方面讨论了声乐教学模式的改革,最后重点研究了声乐教学模式的重定位。

德彪西是历史上最富有创造性的艺术家之一,也是浪漫主义过渡到20世纪音乐的主要旗手,可以说他的名字就象征着一个"主义"或"流派"。德彪西能打破传统和声系统,创新作曲手法之灵感来源,除了本身个性使然与成长背景外,与同时代之诗人、画家与音乐家结识交流,参加各类艺文活动与展览,皆是使德彪西激荡出创新作品之来源。本文将对欧洲古典音乐时期德彪西印象主义音乐作品的艺术魅力进行研究。     

优化高师艺术实践课程——民乐合奏课

据了解,目前高师类艺术实践课程民乐合奏课的开展面临着诸多问题,如:学生重视不足、生源质量参差不齐,师资不足和教学落伍,硬件设施不完善等问题。优化民乐合奏课的教学应当立足问题根源对症下药,而重点应当突出民乐合奏课教师的作用,比如学生价值观念偏颇的解决有赖于任课教师的引导;生源质量作为课程难以开展的硬伤是长期存在的事实,这个问题有赖于学生在老师的指引下实现自己专业技能的突破,提升专业技能的过程是师生戮力合作的重心;硬件设施的改良有赖于国家和院校的共同努力,短时间内无法满足民乐合奏课的需求,这考验着老师教学的能动性,笔者就此提出以下建议。     

解读场景音乐在电影叙事中的潜在效应

近年来随着国际电影事业的不断壮大,我国的电影市场也逐渐走向成熟,期中"叙事"被公认为是影视创作成败的重中之重,多数导演在电影创作过程中更注重画面对叙事的表现,或是语言叙事能力,却忽略了场景音乐在电影中隐藏的作用,场景音乐在电影中对环境、人物性格、场景气氛烘托和情绪的渲染起到至关重要的作用,恰当的场景音乐会给电影的叙事增色不少。
