A highly sensitive amperometric sulfadiazine sensor fabricated by electrochemical deposition of poly(cobalt tetraaminophthalocyanine) (poly(CoIITAPc)) on the surface of a multi-walled carbon nanotubes-Nafion (MWCNTs-Nafion) modified electrode is described. This electrode showed a very attractive performance by combining the advantages of CoIITAPc, MWCNTs, and Nafion. Compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and the MWCNTs-Nafion modified electrode, the electrocatalytic activity of poly(CoIITAPc)-coated MWCNTs-Nafion GCE generated greatly improved electrochemical detections toward sulfadiazine including low oxidation potential, high current responses, and good anti-fouling performance. The oxidation peak currents of sulfadiazine obtained on the new modified electrode increased linearly while increasing the concentration of sulfadiazine from 0.5 to 43.5 μmol/L with the detection limit of 0.17 μmol/L. 相似文献

采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光在常温常压下轰击浸于乙醇流动相中的铁/石墨混合靶进行制备碳纳米管的研究。用傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜等现代分析技术分别对激光轰击所得产物进行表征。结果表明,以铁为催化剂,激光波长为1064nm,激光功率密度为4.5x10^9W/cm^2的条件下可成功制备碳纳米管,并且,透射电镜观察到所得的碳纳米管管径约为20~50nm,长度约几百nm,最长可达1μm以上。 相似文献

采用复合电沉积法制备纳米碳管复合镀层,在控制实验基本工艺参数不变的条件下,通过加入不同的表面活性剂进行电镀,测量纳米碳管的质量占所得镀层总质量的百分比。经过分析后可以得到:阳离子表面活性剂更有利于制备纳米碳管复合镀层的电沉积;而阴离子表面活性剂以及非离子表面活性剂则不利于制备纳米碳管复合镀层的电沉积。 相似文献

在含有0.2 mol.L-1苯胺的0.5mol.L-1H2SO4溶液中,采用循环伏安法(CV),以扫描速度50mv.s-1,扫描电位为-0.1~0.9V,在碳纳米管/纳米TiO2(CNT/nanoTiO2)膜电极上实现了苯胺的电化学聚合,并通过扫描电镜对膜层的微观形貌进行观察,发现这种在纳米基体上聚合得到的聚苯胺膜呈疏松、多孔的纳米纤维网状结构,不同于在金属基体上聚合得到的颗粒状聚苯胺膜. 相似文献

利用等离子体增强热丝化学气相沉积制备了碳纳米管,并用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对生长的碳纳米管进行了表征。发现用CH4和H2制备的是空芯碳纳米管,而在反应气体中加入NH3后,生长的碳纳米管是竹节型结构的碳纳米管,表明氮在碳纳米管的结构变化过程中起到了重要的作用。根据氮对碳在催化剂中的扩散影响,分析了氮在碳纳米管结构发生变化过程中的作用。 相似文献

β-TCP ceramic scaffolds were fabricated with selective laser sintering(SLS)in this work. Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were mixed with porous β-TCP matrix to enhance the mechanical performance of the bone tissue engineering scaffolds. Scaffold reconstruction and microstructure analysis were fulfilled based on micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)scanning data.Results show that the strength of scaffold mixed with 0.2% CNTs reaches 0.819 MPa which has been improved by 85.7% compared with that without CNTs. Micro-CT analysis shows that the scaffold has a good interconnectivity, and pore size mainly distributes in the two regions of 60-340 μm and 500 620 μm. 相似文献

研究了纳米Ag包裹多壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极在磷酸盐缓冲溶液和Fe(CN)6^4-/Fe(CN)6^3-/Fe(CN)6^4-混合溶液中的导电性能,结果表明纳米Ag和多壁碳纳米管具有协同导电的性能。另外,研究了此修饰电极在Fe(CN)6^3-混合溶液中的电子传导机理,属于快速的表面控制的氧化还原过程。 相似文献
