生态论教育思想视域下的当代中国艺术歌曲的价值

生态论教育思想是全球性生态危机背景下诞生的一种新的教育理念,生态论思想与现代教育实践的融合对于当代音乐教育工作有着重要的指导意义。当代中国艺术歌曲中有大量饱含生态论价值的优秀作品,这些作品必将是以生态论教育思想为指向的当代音乐教育所亟需的艺术资源,具有较高的生态教育价值。     

肖邦《降E大调夜曲》的作品设计

夜曲是肖邦（Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin,1810-1849）创作中最富于浪漫主义气质的体裁。文章选例肖邦的《降E大调夜曲》,从夜曲的体裁和作品本体两方面对这首广为流传的夜曲在作品的设计上进行了简要的分析,以期揭示出肖邦夜曲创作的艺术特点。

为了达到利用中国战场捆住日军手脚的目的,苏联通过外交关系影响国民党,通过共产国际影响共产党,促成中国国内两大党结成抗日民族统一战线。作为抗战前期的主要支援国,苏联利用自己的特殊地位,在一定程度上制约了国民党挑起大规模内战的企图,对维护中国抗日民族统一战线做出了积极贡献。但苏联为了本民族利益,过分看重国民党,甚至要求中共以妥协退让来维持统一战线的做法使中国抗日有生力量遭到重大损失,妨碍了中国抗日民族统一战线的巩固和发展。     

鲁迅与史密斯论中国国民性之比较

鲁迅与史密斯在中国国民性的言论上,既有相同之处,如“中国人爱面子”、“中国人缺乏诚与爱”、“中国人缺乏时间观念”等;又有相并存在,如史密斯只看到了中国社会所表现出来的各种现象,而鲁迅却着到了速成这种社会现象的根源。     

精神生活的原始地层--丹纳《艺术哲学》研究

丹纳在其《艺术哲学》中深入地研究了文学的民族特性，认为各民族的文学以其特有的个性置身于世界文学之林，就像自然界有桔树、桦树一样自然。文学的生成要受各种因素的影响，其中对文学影响最深刻最经久的是民族的本能与才具——它是在血里，与血统一起传下来的；要这些本能和才具变质，除非使血变质。正因如此，丹纳将其称为精神生活的原始地层。以“文化霸权主义”为其背景的“全球化”，与深厚坚固的原始地层相比，显得那么浅薄和松软，经不起时间的刮、刨。     

Assessing ethics education through national tests—an advantage or not?

The purpose of this study is to describe, critically analyse and discuss the Swedish system of assessing ethics education in compulsory school through national tests. The publicly available tests from 2013 for grades six and nine have been studied as have the assessment instructions for teachers. Staff responsible for the test construction have been interviewed. The aims, core content and knowledge requirements of the curriculum were also studied. The concept ‘ethical competence’ was used as an analytical tool in the qualitative content analyses. Through the design of this study, the actual test, its process of construction and the curriculum were examined. The results suggest that ethics education, given (a) the curricular construction of what ability to assess, (b) complexities of test construction in ethics and (c) possible teach-to-the-test effects, runs the risk of being limited to an argumentative, conceptual competence, with ethics education being emptied of crucial content. However, being included in national testing can strengthen the position of a school subject. Is it then an advantage for ethics education to be tested in this way? The critical problems the study raises make the author conclude it to be a disadvantage for ethics education to be tested through national tests.

制定适合中国国情和特色的图书馆法

法律、法规建设是图书馆实行民主和科学管理的根本保证,是图书馆事业走向文明和进步的重要标志。图书馆法必须立足国情、体现中国特色。制定图书馆法要借鉴发达国家的成功经验、最大程度地取长补短,求同存异,以实现我国法律的完美性。     

Curriculum stasis: the disconnect between music and technology in the Australian curriculum

Technology is a dominant mediating factor impacting on current human behaviour and social change, which both acts on and is acted upon by other phenomena. This changing social landscape, along with new expectations and requirements, drives our educational priorities and curriculum agenda. There is no denying the prevalence of technology found in the statements and guidelines of the national Australian Curriculum. Further, the National Review of School Music Education identified the importance of technology in school music education in 2005. The curriculum guidelines illustrate an understanding of technology in Music and the Arts that is both vague and limiting. In 2015 we are at a point of curriculum stasis, an equilibrium that highlights a disconnect between music, technology and Australian music education. This article investigates current secondary school Years 7–10 (ages 11–15 years) Music and Arts curriculum statements concerning the use of technology and compares this to the general capability information and computer technology (ICT) curricula. There is wide recognition that digital technology is essential in teaching and learning, but this is not reflected in contemporary Australian Arts and Music curricula.     

基础教育阶段的国学教育

从广义上讲,国学指的就是中国的传统文化。中国传统文化是世界上最优秀的文化之一;但是近代以来,国学在内部挫折和外来文化的侵蚀之下,一蹶不振,所以当前进行国学教育势在必行。中小学生是国家民族的未来,基础教育时期是其成长的关键阶段,因此在这个阶段应该对其实施国学教育。有关部门应当尽快制定政策措施,教学参与者应当行动起来,使国学教育落到实处。
