《水浒传》中由否定副词构成的双重否定句

为了加强肯定的语气或者使肯定的语气变得更加委婉,汉语常常使用双重否定这种句式。笔者对《水浒传》中由否定副词构成的双重否定句进行统计,将144个例句分为两大类八小类。在此基础上,对这些双重否定形式从语法、语义、语用的角度进行简要分析,从中找出双重否定句式的结构特点和使用机制,以期促进对双重否定的进一步研究。

教育立法怠惰是指立法机关负有积极履行教育法律、法规及规章的立、改、废的义务,但在有条件、有能力履行的情况下,并未履行立法义务而导致教育立法不到位的现象。教育立法怠惰一般分为显性和隐性两种形态。在依法治教进程中,教育立法怠惰产生了一系列的消极影响,需通过调整立法政策、健全立法制度、提升立法能力等有效措施加以规制。     

转型期消极社会心态问题研究

转型期社会心态具有现实可感性,是社会现实的反映和社会变动的折射。消极社会心态的呈现,偏重于情感表达与情绪宣泄,并时常伴随群体性的社会行为,有一定的社会破坏性。转型期社会消极心态主要表现为社会焦虑、社会恐慌、社会冷漠、习惯性社会质疑等。消极心态的成因主要有安全感缺失、社会经济利益结构发生大幅调整及改革成果分享不均、信仰的缺失。消除消极社会心态的关键是维护社会公平公正,培植"奋发进取、理性平和、开放包容"的积极社会心态。     

浅谈奥运冠军邹市明拳击比赛中正反架灵活转换运用功效

随着现代拳击的高速发展,对拳击运动员的技术能力要求越来越高,为了更加的完善比赛选手技战术水平,熟练掌握正反架是十分必要的.本文通过录像分析法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对2012年伦敦奥运会拳击冠军邹市明比赛中正反架灵活转换时进攻、防守、游击、反击、迎击技战术实效性进行统计分析.研究表明在比赛中在进攻端,灵活的转换正反架能更好地取得进攻的先机,出其不意攻其无备;在防守端,更加灵活脚下的步法,第一时间做好撤步、躲避对方进攻;正反架灵活转换能迷惑对手乘机找到空隙,更有效地进行防守反击和迎击得分.因此拳击运动员熟练掌握和灵活转换正反架丰富比赛技战术运用多样化值得广大教练员思考与借鉴.     

中国创新合作网络的演进特征及影响因素研究——以SCI论文合作为例

创新驱动战略实施背景下,融入创新合作网络是中国各省域提升区域创新能力的重要途径。本文基于2008—2018年中国省际之间在Web of Science核心合集发表的论文合作数,构建中国省际创新合作网络,描绘其时空演化特征,并借助零膨胀负二项回归深入分析影响机制。研究发现：中国省际创新合作网络结构逐渐复杂化、均衡化,省际创新合作网络中网络节点之间的联系不断丰富,在网络中重要节点省份逐渐增多,而且随着时间推移,网络结构不断优化。多维邻近性检验显示网络邻近性、产业邻近性是影响创新合作关系的重要因素,地理邻近性、经济邻近性影响较小,网络邻近性可以通过调节地理邻近性、经济邻近性影响创新合作。     

同群效应促进企业绿色创新吗？——基于绩效期望差距的中介效应检验

鉴于已有相关研究中缺乏基于同群效应作用的“认知—比较—行动”管理逻辑视角,基于2009—2019年我国沪深A股上市公司数据,从绩效期望差距的中介效应视角切入,构建“同群企业绿色创新行为—绩效期望差距—焦点企业绿色创新行为”理论模型,分析同群效应对企业绿色创新行为的作用机理。结果发现：同群效应对企业绿色创新行为具有促进作用;绩效期望顺差和绩效期望逆差都在同群效应与企业绿色创新行为的关系中发挥部分中介作用,即绩效期望逆差（或顺差）越大,实际绩效低于（或高于）行业期望绩效越多,越有可能开展（或中止）绿色创新;市场不确定性与环境规制均正向调节同群效应对企业绿色创新行为关系。     

Applying BronfenBrenner 's ecological model to identify the negative influences facing children with physical disabilities in rural areas in Kwa-Zulu Natal

Abstract

Children with visible physical disabilities (CWPDs) living in rural areas of South Africa are a matter of particular concern. While all children living in rural areas face negative influences such as poverty and the high incidence of HIV/AIDS, this situation is exacerbated for CWPDs who are more vulnerable to these influences (Human Sciences Research Council). The aim of this research was to explore and describe the negative influences facing children with physical disabilities in rural South Africa utilising Bronfenbrenner's ecological model as a theoretical point of departure. A purposeful sampling strategy was used to select forty participants for a critical ethnographic study. Data were gathered through multiple strategies: interviews, observations, photos and drawings and analysed using a thematic approach. The findings indicated that children with physical disabilities experience negative influences in many domains of their everyday life: lack of resources, poverty, cultural beliefs and personal factors are a few of these domains that were identified. The complexity of the lack of resources for this marginalised group of children emerges from the interplay of these domains rather than a single domain.     

Using Interaction Content Analysis Instruments to Assess Distance Learning

Summary

Utilizing the full potential of distance education requires an understanding of how the absence of face-to-face communication affects the relationship between teaching behaviors and learning outcomes. Teachers' awareness of how their teaching behaviors change across distance and conventional contexts can assist them in overcoming the limitations of distance learning. This paper describes the development of two content analysis instruments for analyzing teacher-learner interaction patterns in order to enable educators to (a) identify the effect of separation from learners by space and/or time, (b) examine the relationship between interaction patterns and learning outcomes, (c) identify teacher-learner interactions which comprise essential elements of effective distance education, (d) increase the effectiveness of the instructional design, (e) plan more effective staff development programs, and (f) enable decision makers to assess the effectiveness of distance learning programs.     

Between Private and Public: Recognition,revolution and political renewal

This paper deals with some issues underlying the role of education in the preparation of students for democratic participation. Throughout, I maintain two basic ideas: first, that a political action undertaken to obtain practical ends reflects a set of privately held values whose recognition is therefore essential to any idea of the political; second, that the continued viability of liberal democracy is dependent upon its openness to alteration through its recognition of private values. In order to bring these ideas to light more clearly, I will develop my position in the form of a critique of some contemporary liberal theories of civic education, most notably Amy Gutmann's, as expressed in her influential work Democratic Education. Maintaining Gutmann's requirement of educational relativism, I intend to show how her emphasis on individual deliberation as a goal of education fits within a system of deliberative democracy, and that the two serve to minimize, on the individual level, the ability of individuals to seek recognition within the public sphere, and on the political level, the ability of democratic institutions to be renewed through participation.
