浅论减少母语对英语学习的负迁移

我国的英语学习者都是在学习了母语的基础上学习英语的。由于汉、英语言文化存在一定的差异,会导致汉语对英语学习的负迁移。本文通过分析汉英语言文化的一些差异,论述了减少母语对英语学习的负迁移的几个办法。     

强化理论在高校后勤职工管理中的应用

在优秀人才聚集的高校,后勤职工是一支特殊群体,普遍存在着文化素质相对不高,技术水平低下,服务意识淡薄,管理能力不强等问题。为了快速适应高校的迅猛发展,后勤改革应以强化理论为依托,在后勤职工的管理中合理采用正强化、负强化等手段,从而刺激后勤职工的积极性,提高其工作效率。     

Coach–athlete attachment and the quality of the coach–athlete relationship: implications for athlete’s well-being

Abstract

This study examined whether athletes’ attachment styles with the coach were linked to aspects of the coach–athlete relationship quality and, in turn, whether relationship quality was linked to athletes’ well-being. One hundred and ninety-two athletes completed a questionnaire measuring their attachment styles and relationship quality with the coach as well as their feelings of positive affect (PA) and negative affect (NA). Structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis found athletes’ avoidant and secure attachment styles to be associated with aspects of coach–athlete relationship quality such as social support, relationship depth, and interpersonal conflict. Interpersonal conflict appeared to play a key role in athletes’ PA and NA. From a practical perspective, an understanding of conflict management could provide a resource that allows athletes (and coaches) to enhance the quality of their sporting relationships. Specifically, an awareness of proactive strategies (e.g., steps to clarify expectations) and reactive strategies (e.g., cooperation during the discussion of disagreements) could potentially lead both coaches and athletes to “broaden” their viewpoints and in turn “build” connections that are capable of generating positive emotions including interest, excitement, happiness, and zeal.

用回归分析方法探讨广州中心城区各功能用地人流密度的分布特征,从一个侧面反映广州中心城区各功能用地强度的分布状况,分析表明,广州中心城区各功能用地人流密度具有明显的层次性的距离衰减特点,且服从负幂函数的衰减规律。市政府、西湖商场一带和南方大厦一带是广州中心城区用地强度最大,社会、经济、文化活动最集中的两个区域,形成双中心集中型的空间格局。

Using Interaction Content Analysis Instruments to Assess Distance Learning

Summary

Utilizing the full potential of distance education requires an understanding of how the absence of face-to-face communication affects the relationship between teaching behaviors and learning outcomes. Teachers' awareness of how their teaching behaviors change across distance and conventional contexts can assist them in overcoming the limitations of distance learning. This paper describes the development of two content analysis instruments for analyzing teacher-learner interaction patterns in order to enable educators to (a) identify the effect of separation from learners by space and/or time, (b) examine the relationship between interaction patterns and learning outcomes, (c) identify teacher-learner interactions which comprise essential elements of effective distance education, (d) increase the effectiveness of the instructional design, (e) plan more effective staff development programs, and (f) enable decision makers to assess the effectiveness of distance learning programs.

强化理论一直对学校教育发展有很重要的影响。本文一方面从斯金纳的强化理论的概念及功能入手,深入浅出地分析正强化与负强化在小学教育中如何提高学生学习的积极性问题,并通过对小学生学习特点的分析,探讨怎样使教师在日常的学校教育中灵活运用它们。另一方面,斯金纳的程序教学法也为我们日常教学提供了丰富的理论指导,文中详细列举了程序教学法的几个方面和我们应采取的措施。     

关于负商誉本质的认识

从施并企业、被并购企业以及除双方当事人之外的第三方等三个角度对负商誉存在的合理性展开了深入的定量和定性剖析，在定量分析层面上，采取了投资项目的动态分析方法对负商誉进行数量上的界定。最后，在此基础上较为直观地论证了负商誉的本质，即其以购买价格低于被并购企业净资产公允价值的差额所体现的能够为企业带来未来超额盈利的经济资源。     

非英语专业大学生写作中的衔接手段使用和错误分析

写作一直是英语教学中的薄弱环节,如何帮助学生实现语篇连贯是英语教师应该做的主要工作。本篇运用衔接理论和错误分析理论,结合案例分析,对90个学生的作文进行了研究,指出了学生词汇衔接的使用频率和使用中出现的错误。在此基础上,笔者提出了强化学生基本功和关注母语负迁移的做法。
