依据信息经济学的基本原理,探讨了股权分置改革可能导致逆向选择问题,对股权分置改革造成的流通股股东和非流通股股东的利益进行了经济分析,推导出股权分置改革的前提条件和均衡条件,提出了完善股权分置改革机制设计的建议。     

浅议非常规否定句

通过对否定句研究的回顾和当今语言学界对否定句的认识，得出非常规否定句的定义，并重点研究了非常规否定句产生的原因、非常规否定句的理解及其语用含义。     

一类投资组合模型的模糊两阶段算法

对多目标证券组合投资模型进行了研究，模型以风险损失率作为风险。该模型是一多目标线性优化问题．我们采用模糊折衷算法对模型进行了求解，算例给出了该模型的一个实例的最优解。     

中小学校长选拔机制的中外比较与思考

本文分析和讨论了中外中小学校长选拔机制的各自特点，在比较的基础上，指出我国中小学校长选拔中所存在的若干缺陷，并进一步提出几点建议来完善我国中小学校长选拔机制：（1）实施“聘任制，竞争上岗”；（2）实施中小学校长任职资格证书制度；（3）建立一个严格的、标准化的校长选拔程序。     

常识推理基础逻辑系统M的完全性

对通常的典范模型方法加以改造，在典范结构的基础上，可建立相对于任意给定有穷公式集Г的Г-典范框架和Г-典范模型，以证明M的框架类完全性。Г-典范模型方法是有穷方法。如果Г有穷，得到的典范模型有穷。这不仅可以证明M的完全性，还可证明M的有穷模型性，因此M是可判定的。     

Selection for special education services: the role of gender and socio-economic status

Children from some demographic groups disproportionately receive special education (SE) services. Due to methodological shortcoming in existing work, it remains unclear whether this is due to real differences in academic needs or cultural selection/bias. Hence, in a community sample of 1250 Norwegian children, we examined the role of third grade SE services, academic test scores, behavioural problems, and teacher’s level of helplessness in mediating the effect of family socio-economic status (SES) and students’ gender on fifth-grade SE services. Results revealed no direct effects of either gender or SES on fifth-grade SE, but four mediated pathways were identified: (1) Boys had a greater likelihood of receiving fifth-grade SE services when (a) they previously received SE and (b) they experienced more ADHD symptoms, both in third grade. (2) Students from low-SES families were more likely to receive SE services in fifth grade when (a) they performed poorly in math in third grade and (b) their teacher reported greater feelings of helplessness when teaching these students. The findings are discussed with respect to the differential-needs hypothesis, mechanisms of cultural selection and the possibility of gendered selection for SE at younger ages.     

规训与交往——两种自由观念对现代道德教育的启示

文章在阐述规训与交往的理论基石即现代道德教育中“逻各斯中心主义”的基础上,从规训与交往的视角反思了现代的道德教育,认为现代的道德教育,正以“压迫”、“奴役”甚至是“暴力”的手段对学生的消极自由进行着“规训”,以“启发”、“诱导”、“灌输”等手段对学生的积极自由进行着不平等的交往,但大学校园的亚文化,学生的价值观念和道德准则却是在自由自主地阅读、上网等各种不同的交往途径中形成的。     

外语习得中母语文化的负迁移现象及对策

外语教学不仅是语言教学，也是化教学。不同化之间具有鲜明的民族性，呈现出不同的化形态，反映到作为化载体的语言上则表现为语言表达的差异。母语化的影响根深蒂固，对目的语的学习必然会产生一定的负迁移作用。由于母语化负迁移造成理解错误，或使交际陷入尴尬境地的例子不胜枚举。如何逐步了解目的语国家的化、增强化差异意识，克服母语化的负迁移现象，是外语学习中的一个重要课题。     

电视新闻报道正负效应的思考

负面报道是对新闻报道意识形态化倾向的反拨;正面报道中的不良手法致使产生负面效应;负面报道常常聚焦社会反常现象,客观上反映了现实矛盾;负面报道的取材更容易迎合受众收视需求,所以有较高的收视率。对负面报道要正面定位;报道宗旨应有破有立;注意报道民生内容要追求理性剖析;媒体应参与受众互动,实现功能延伸。     

Students’ achievement goals,emotion perception ability and affect and performance in the classroom: a multilevel examination

Performance at school is affected not only by students’ achievement goals but also by emotional exchanges among classmates and their teacher. In this study, we investigated relationships between students’ achievement goals and emotion perception ability and class affect and performance. Participants were 949 Greek adolescent students in 49 classes and their Greek language and mathematics teachers. Results from multilevel analyses indicated that students’ mastery-approach and performance-approach goals were positively related to positive affect whereas performance-avoidance goals were negatively related to positive affect. At class-level, relationships between achievement goals and affect were moderated by students’ emotion perception ability. These findings highlight the importance of emotion abilities and their role in motivational processes for class-level outcomes.
