谈我院科研成果的微机化管理

本阐述了新疆教育学院在科研工作中推行微机化管理，开发适合自身需求的系统软件的具体思路和实际经验，并探讨了进一步实现科研信息服务网络化的前景设想。     

Learning to make change happen in Chinese schools: adapting a problem-based computer simulation for developing school leaders

School leader training has become a critical strategy in educational reform. However, in China, there still exists a big gap in terms of how to transfer leadership knowledge into practice. Thus, tools that can integrate formal knowledge into practice are called for urgently in school leader training. This paper presents the results of a research and development (R&;D) approach to adapt an existing online computer simulation, Making Change Happen?, for use in Mainland China. The paper describes the process used to inform and assess our cultural adaptation of the simulation, as well as the response of Chinese principals to learning through this innovative method. Results affirmed the necessity for cultural adaptation of ‘Western’ curricula and tools for use in the Chinese context. The positive response of the Chinese school principals to learning via an online computer simulation suggested future potential for employing technology-facilitated, active learning modes in China. Implications are outlined for theory, research, and practice.

以技能竞赛促进会计电算化课程教学

要突出电算化专业培养技能型人才的特色，加强学生电算化应用技能的培养尤为重要。目前，除采用案例，强化实验、实训教学外，开展电算化应用技能竞赛也是提高电算化课程教学效果的有效途径．     

量子计算机研究进展

从量子力学的基本原理出发,论述了量子力学的基本概念,简要介绍了目前实现量子计算机的几种物理方法,包括离子阱、腔量子电动力学、核磁共振、量子点等,以及当前该研究领域的研究进展。     

基于MATLAB的数值计算软件包的设计与应用

介绍在MATLAB 6．5版本上开发的软件包（NMUM）的基本功能的设计及实现．该软件包集成了一些常用的数值计算程序，既可作为《数值计算方法》课程的辅助教学软件，又可以应用于实际的数值计算问题中．     

数学建模培训中对学生计算机应用能力的培养

在实施数学建模培训时必须重视将数学教学与计算机应用相结合，培养学生利用计算机进行文字处理、数值计算、图形变换、数据信息分析处理以及信息检索的能力，教会其使用多种数学应用软件．对学生建模中计算机应用能力的培养必须制定全面、系统、有效的实施方案，将枯燥的数学研究变得生动有趣，调动学生的学习兴趣，以期提高参赛成绩，从而达到培养学生计算机应用能力的预定要求．     

基于园区网的网络工程虚拟实验室的研究

网络工程虚拟实验室采用多媒体技术、仿真技术、数据库技术和网络技术，构建了一个网上虚拟实验环境。学生可在其中进行“计算机网络原理”和“网络管理”2门课程的多个实验。简要介绍了虚拟实验室的设计思想，并对实验内容进行了分析。     

浅析《计算机组成原理》课程教学改革

文章根据《计算机组成原理》课程在教学过程中存在的问题,提出了几点改革措施。通过从教学内容的组织,教学方法的改革,组成原理实验系统更新等几个方面,逐步建立了以“学生能力培养”为中心的理念,运用形象化教学和启发式教学相结合以及多媒体网络课件等手段深化了课堂教学。     

Using Laptop Computers to Improve the Performance of Minority Students: A Pilot Project

A school system and a university joined forces to improve the science and mathematics environment for local minority students with a program that utilized computer technology. The initiative involved individual students from all of the high schools in the Winston–Salem/Forsyth County (North Carolina) School System. In this initiative, Wake Forest University operated a two-week Summer Science and Math Experience for minority students. During the two weeks, students worked intensively with computers and, at the end of the summer program, a laptop computer was loaned to each student for personal use during the of school year. Through interviews and questionnaires, students overwhelmingly endorsed their involvement in the computer-oriented project, both the summer and academic year phases. They especially liked having access to the Internet (provided by the project), being able to use e-mail and chat rooms, and utilizing the information retrieval potential. Parents and teachers surveyed also praised the project, feeling that their students learned more as a result of being involved in project activity.
