试论行业协会的法律定位

随着市场经济的发展,各种行业协会发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于实践中行业协会的角色定位模糊,规范混乱,行业协会在其发展中暴露出越来越多的问题,发生角色冲突。因此,必须明确行业协会的法律定位。行业协会具有民间性、自治性（非政府性）和非营利性的特征,由此决定了行业协会的主要职能为自律、维权、协调、服务与交流,不宜将政府的行政职能赋予行业协会,行业协会只有在经授权或委托的情形才具有被授予或委托的行政职能。行业协会具有双刃剑的作用,法律必须对行业协会的基本职能作出明确的规定,并对行业协会的行为做出禁止性规定。     

Teachers learning how to use data: A synthesis of the issues and what is known

This article provides a synthesis of the articles found in the special issue on data use. The synthetic piece contextualizes how the articles contribute to the knowledge base of how teachers use data. It synthesizes the findings by identifying key common themes. It then describes gaps in the current knowledge base and identifies the requisite steps needed to address those gaps.     

A Collaborative Process Model for Promoting Successful Referrals in College Counseling

The need to refer students to off‐campus mental health providers is common in college counseling. Such referrals can be challenging for college counselors who strive to meet students' counseling needs while adhering to ethical and center policy guidelines. In this article, the authors explore the nature and challenges of referral in college counseling settings and introduce a collaborative process model to enhance the likelihood of successful referrals. A case study is provided to illustrate the model.     

基于梯形模糊语言变量的多属性决策方法

研究了决策者的偏好信息（属性值）为梯形模糊语言变量（TFLV）的模糊语言多属性决策问题．定义了2个梯形模糊语言变量比较的可能度公式并研究了它的一些基本性质,给出了基于可能度公式的梯形模糊语言变量多属性决策的方案排序方法．这种方法通过对决策信息进行TFLWA算子加权集结,并通过比较梯形模糊语言变量的可能度得到所有方案的排序结果．在不损失模糊语言信息的条件下,该方法计算过程简单,决策结果合理且有效．最后,通过一个实例说明了该方法的操作过程．     

教育公益性的持守与营利性教育的界限

传统上,教育公益性是从教育的提供方式来理解的。随着营利性教育的出现,产生了教育公益性与营利性的矛盾。从大教育观的视角出发,教育应被看成是一个从提供到产生结果的动态过程,并由此产生了与教育的提供相关的公益性问题、与教育的进行相关的公益性问题以及与教育的结果相关的公益性问题。这种理解方式,使教育公益性与营利性的矛盾得以化解,不仅最大限度地实现了教育公益,而且也使营利性教育得到了限制。     

国内外爱伦·坡研究综述与比较

全球化进程的加速及文化研究热潮的兴起对爱伦.坡研究产生了巨大影响。本文从国内研究和国外研究两个方面对爱伦.坡研究予以综述和比较,试图通过阐述爱伦·坡研究现状和国内外研究的分析和比较,为我国学者和研究人员提供国内外爱伦·坡研究的清晰脉络和方向。     

SWOT量化分析法在福清移动校园战略制定中的应用

目前国内企业普遍应用传统的SWOT分析法来制定企业战略,而传统SWOT分析法缺乏定量化分析的过程,造成了战略分析的随意性和主观性。本文提出的结合AHP方法、专家评分法和四雏坐标系战略重心定位法,对传统SWOT方法进行了定量化分析的探讨,并结合福清移动公司校园战略制定的实例来阐述该方法的应用。结论证明,SWOT量化分析法提高了战略决策准确性,取得了良好的效果。

交友是我们每个人司空见惯的事情,但是交友的境界可以和经济学中的博弈论联系起来,并且它们之间存在着巧妙的对应关系,却是件新鲜事儿．看来生活中处处有经济学的影子．     

基于方案模糊偏好信息的一种多属性决策方法

针对决策者对方案有模糊偏好信息的多属性决策问题,提出一种新的方法.通过构造优化模型,反映决策者对方案的主观偏好信息,求出属性权重向量,从而对方案进行排序.最后利用实例说明该方法的可行性.     

On the value of data-based decision making in education: The evidence from six intervention studies

Although some studies have investigated the impact of data-based decision making (DBDM) on student achievement, the overall findings are not straightforward, because of the studies’ methodological flaws and their mixed results. This article first presents a breakdown of the DBDM concept as applied in the Dutch context. Next, it explains the theoretical foundations of DBDM in feedback and goal-setting theory and then discusses various factors influencing DBDM effectiveness. The results of six Dutch DBDM interventions with an explicit focus on student achievement effects of DBDM and with strong research designs are then presented. Significant positive effects on student performance as measured by means of standardized tests are reported for four interventions. The interpretation of student progress data from student monitoring systems does not seem to be problematic for teachers, if they are deliberately trained for it, but teachers do find it difficult to translate student progress data into tailor-made instruction.
