由相斥到相吸,实现女性价值——《到灯塔去》的女性主义解读

Self‐Compassion,Affect, and Body Image in College Women

The aim of this study was to understand the relationships between self‐compassion, positive affect, negative affect, and variables representative of positive body image for college women. Regression analyses indicated that self‐compassion and affect accounted for 39% and 30% of the variance, respectively, in body appreciation and body image quality of life. Mediational analyses demonstrated that positive affect mediated the relationships between self‐compassion and both indicators of body image. Implications for college counseling are discussed.     

Little Women Out to Work: Women and the Marketplace in Louisa May Alcott's Little Women and Work

Much critical attention has focused on Alcott's representation of domesticity, and, given that her contribution to the nineteenth-century domestic ideal was the source of her fortune and continuing literary fame, this is hardly surprising. This attention to Alcott's portrayal of domesticity, however, has meant that her representation of working women has received relatively little consideration. Indeed, what is missing from many studies of Alcott's domestic novels is an acknowledgment that Alcott's image of domesticity is underpinned by her experience as a working woman. This article examines the foundations of Alcott's domestic ideal by focusing on the experiences of Alcott's working women in two of her most autobiographical novels.

乡村振兴战略是贯彻新发展理念、建设现代化经济强国的重大战略。习近平总书记指出,要把实施乡村振兴战略摆在优先位置,让乡村振兴成为全党全社会的共同行动。没有人,乡村振兴就是一句空话。乡村振兴的发展迫切需求有文化、懂政策、有技术、会经营、善管理、具有充分的民主观念以及掌握现代农业生产技术的新时代公民。农村妇女是实施乡村振兴战略的一支重要力量,是我国农业生产的主力军,是推动农村社会发展的重要力量,是提升农村管理民主的排头兵。农村妇女肩负着家庭和社会双重职能,但目前农村妇女普遍存在总体素质偏低、传统思想比较重、信息较闭塞、资金和技术缺乏等问题。精心培育新生代农村妇女,关系到乡村振兴战略的实施,关系到美丽乡村的进度,关系到幸福村落目标的实现。     

North West Cross Institutional Action Learning developing women's leadership

ABSTRACT

Human resource development professionals in Higher Education are continually striving to develop efficient interventions to increase the capabilities of their leaders. As a result of evaluating feedback from an action learning (AL) programme designed and delivered in North West Higher Education Institutions in the UK for women in senior academic and professional service roles, we are able to share how AL can be utilised to transcend and supplement traditional leadership training. The article discusses the approach taken to support participants to develop vital leadership behaviours through the acquisition of critical questioning and reflective habits whilst developing strong supportive cross-institutional relationships with other higher education leaders.     

吃饭延续生命,男女延续人类,教育延续智慧——《孟子》女人观之窥视

《孟子》中的女人,可以认为有几个意味:其一,是与男人对举与比附的女人,不是单独显现的女人。其二,似乎是一个一个虚幻的故事,没有实指的女性话题。但是,越是虚的,越使人觉得那是实的;越是实的,倒越使人觉得那是虚的。其三,我们不知道《孟子》中的女人,怎么看待我们后人。《孟子》中的女性话题或者女性故事,已经成为中国文化中的典故,没有时代性限制,达到了哲学上的永恒。最终,女人在《孟子》中,是一个意境:孟子用语词说出来的女人。语词成为哲学,成为教育,成为历史记忆。最终,所有的男人和女人,都无逃于语词中的男人和女人,任由后人在语词中摆布。在归根结底的意义上,人与现实中的人是隔膜的,我们倒是在典籍的语词中才能对人无限欣赏与神入。     

关于女性篆刻的思考

历史上女性篆刻发展不尽人意，自明中期讫于现代，女印人屈指可数，且多系篆刻家之妻妾。女印人的成功更需要条件和机遇。“现代第一女印人”谈月色的成长经历就令人回味。在当代，女性篆刻有所发展，但势头并不强劲。这与篆刻的刀石特性、男女的腕力及智力差别及女性的家庭地位、作用有关。当代女性就读于艺术院校书法篆刻专业日多．女性篆刻发展前景看好。当代女性篆刻的总体风格偏向男性化，倾向于写意、大气一路印风，这与社会倡导、展厅文化及女性印人自身性情等有关。当代女性印坛应提倡女性意识，但从长远来看，则不能刻意强调男女的性别差异。     

艳诗内涵考论

“艳诗”的含义最初与音乐相关,其源于楚地的民歌“荆艳”。可它在发展过程中逐渐褪去了音乐方面的含义,而成为描写与女性相关题材的诗歌泛称。唐代以后,它又逐渐被用来指称吟咏女性和描写男女恋情的诗歌。     

Career Aspirations of Non-Managerial Women: Adjustment and Adaptation

This study addresses career aspirations and planning among non-managerial women. Results indicate career goals often are adapted to meet other life circumstances; and that family responsibilities, job security, and organizational support systems influence career success and satisfaction. Recommendations for organizationally based career initiatives focused on women in non-managerial positions are provided.
