教师教育U-S合作的结构性障碍与路径选择

大学与中小学(U-S)合作是当前教师教育的一条有效出路。但目前我国教师教育U-S合作过程存在严重的结构性障碍,主要表现为合作中的异质性资源依赖感不强,合作主体的合法性认同严重不足,合作协调机制缺位。因此,我们需要充分挖掘U-S合作中的异质性资源,增强双方异质性资源依赖程度;赋予中小学教师教育义务并提升合作双方的利益共识,增强合作主体的合法性认同;构建政府统筹的U-S合作管理体制,规范合作行为。     

“There is a fine line between one’s personal life and professional one”: handling employee sexual harassment on facebook from the victim’s perspective

Sexual harassment is an interdisciplinary topic in organizational research that has received increased attention with the rise of the #MeToo movement. The online environment has complicated the experiences of employees who are sexually harassed by a coworker. One particular medium where online sexual harassment occurs is on social networking sites (SNS), such as Facebook. This research report examined how victims of sexual harassment believe organizations should handle online sexual harassment. We qualitatively coded 153 responses to the question, “What else do you think employers could do to handle sexual harassment on Facebook?” Our findings demonstrated a clear tension between whether harassment on Facebook is a private concern of the employee or a public concern of the employer/organization. Some victims advocating keeping work friends off of Facebook, while others suggesting having open door policies, conversations, and/or trainings. The difference in these approaches illuminates how the victims grappled with the public/private tension, and whether the organization should be made aware of their situations or if victims should handle it themselves. Implications of this research suggest that the blurred boundaries between employee face-to-face and online sexual harassment should continue to be explored, including why victims report harassment and to whom they report it.     

中小学线上教育影响因素及优化建议探究

在“互联网+教育”的背景下,教育信息化助推线上教育飞速发展,线上教育是推进教育课程改革、教育公平、教育普及的有效手段。中小学线上教育发展的影响因素包括学生身心发展特点、教育形式及内容、家庭教育环境、资源配置、投入力度等。新时代背景下,应坚持以发展、兴趣和需求为主,选择合适的线上教育课程;坚持“以人为本”的核心理念,提升线上教育质量内涵;重视家校合作,提高线上教育质量;加强数字资源配置,优化线上教育环境。这对促进中小学线上教育发展有着积极的作用。     

大型赛事赞助、网络关注度与企业市场价值--2018年俄罗斯世界杯中国赞助商实证研究

企业赞助大型体育赛事目的是为了提升企业的市场价值,针对多家中国企业赞助2018年俄罗斯世界杯的事件,用事件研究方法考察了企业签约赞助和开赛日2个阶段股票价格的异常收益波动,并用百度指数研究了网络关注度对异常收益的影响关系。研究发现,中国企业赞助俄罗斯世界杯,在签约事件窗口内企业获得正向的市场绩效,而在开赛日事件窗口内企业获得负向的市场绩效。百度指数与股票异常收益的关系,说明网络关注度对事件影响产生催化剂的作用。研究结果表明,企业赞助大型赛事需要注重短期和长期的效果,注意防止过度炒作,并要积极采用营销组合的手段扩大赞助带来的影响和收益。     

Intercultural contacts and acculturation resources among International students in Australia: A mixed-methods study

This paper explores the impact of acculturation conditions, orientations and outcomes on international students in Australia’s tertiary education sector. Specifically, we investigate the factors that facilitate or hinder acculturation of international students within a multidimensional acculturation context (Arends-Tóth & van de Vijver, 2006). We used a sequential exploratory mixed-methods design in two studies to investigate acculturation of international students at an Australian university and test how these factors are related to psychological and sociocultural outcomes. In Study 1, we conducted a generic qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with a conventional content analyses approach,which compared the experiences of international students who on average had high numbers of positive experiences versus those who had high numbers of negative experiences. We found that a support network of mixed-nationals, and especially host locals, facilitates positive psychological and sociocultural adjustment, and buffers acculturative stress. Study 2 quantitatively tested the association of factors found in Study 1 (perceived stereotypes, intercultural and ethnic network/resources) with psychological and sociocultural acculturation outcomes. Study 2, shows that perceived negative stereotypes loosen ties with the dominant (host) culture and reinforces ties with the ethnic (non-host) culture. The social resources associated with either culture was found to be useful for acculturation, with both independently contributing to participant well-being. Contact with host locals played a particularly crucial role in developing these resources. Our findings provide foundations for pragmatic policy implications, suggesting value in the development of formally organized contact programs in the early sojourn experience of international students.     

Strength,Weakness, Opportunity,Threat (SWOT) Analysis of the Adaptations to Anatomical Education in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland in Response to the Covid-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic has driven the fastest changes to higher education across the globe, necessitated by social distancing measures preventing face-to-face teaching. This has led to an almost immediate switch to distance learning by higher education institutions. Anatomy faces some unique challenges. Intrinsically, anatomy is a three-dimensional subject that requires a sound understanding of the relationships between structures, often achieved by the study of human cadaveric material, models, and virtual resources. This study sought to identify the approaches taken in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland to deliver anatomical education through online means. Data were collected from 14 different universities in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and compared adopting a thematic analysis approach. Once themes were generated, they were collectively brought together using a strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT) analysis. Key themes included the opportunity to develop new online resources and the chance to engage in new academic collaborations. Academics frequently mentioned the challenge that time constrains could place on the quality and effectiveness of these resources; especially as in many cases the aim of these resources was to compensate for a lack of exposure to cadaveric exposure. Comparisons of the actions taken by multiple higher education institutions reveal the ways that academics have tried to balance this demand. Discussions will facilitate decisions being made by higher education institutions regarding adapting the curriculum and assessment methods in anatomy.

江西省学前教育事业发展研究——基于1995-2008年数据

自1995年以来,受国家宏观教育政策等因素影响,江西省学前教育事业发展也经历了起伏。与湘鄂皖三省相比,江西省学前教育事业发展相对平稳,在每万人拥有幼儿园数量、生师比和3-6岁适龄儿童毛入学率几个方面取得了较大进步,但也存在学前教育供给不足、师资力量薄弱、学前教育普及与公平相冲突及教育功能退化等新矛盾和新问题。     

关于深化国有资源有偿使用制度改革的理论初探

在粗放型的经济增长方式下，由于我们过多地运用了行政手段来管理经济，管理国有自然资源，导致国有自然资源一直是无偿或低廉使用的。随着我国经济增长方式的根本性转变，国有资产无偿使用制度的弊端已显现，一是导致国有自然资源的收益大量流失；二是导致国有资源配置无序和扭曲。因此，深化国有资源的有偿使用制度改革，对于维护国有资源的权益，加强资源开发者的经济责任，实现资源的最优配置，加速与国际通行做法的并轨，具有极为重要的现实意义，有广为实行之必要。
