职业院校大学生求职时应注意的三点人文要素

职业院校大学生在求职时体现出来的人文素质令人担忧。要想通过求职这一关,职业生们需要重点从三个方面来加强自己的人文素质:一是要注意形象和仪态,充分展现自我风采;二是要注意语言表达得体,充分表达自我愿望;三是要体现出职业精神,力求在未来的工作中充分实现自我价值。当然,职业生在求职时,用人单位还会从其他方面来考查、评价其人文素质情况。但是把握好以上三点,会使他们在求职时减少障碍,走好社会人生的第一步。

教师职业活动的独特性决定了教师专业的内生性.中职教师与普通高中教师因职业活动的差异,决定了他们专业性的差异.根据中等职业教育的培养目标、教育对象与教师的职业活动,中职教师的专业性是实践型的,实践性是中职教师的专业特质.     

组织结构视角下我国学术会议绩效评价管理研究

近年来随着我国学术会议活动规模和公共经费支持力度不断攀升,亟需建立起长期化、科学化、规范化的学术会议评价机制来保障会议质量,提升会议绩效。当前学术会议评价管理研究中缺乏一种系统性的分析视角和框架,因此对学术会议的绩效内涵、生成方式及评价管理要点缺乏系统性梳理。本研究从新组织结构学派分析视角出发,首先明确了学术会议作为一类组织的特征要素,并对学术会议组织结构中主要功能模块及其关系进行了分析。进而,本文对学术会议组织的绩效内涵及典型组织绩效的生成步骤加以厘清。在此基础上,我们对组织结构类型与学术会议类型间的对应关系进行了分析,并明确了不同类型学术会议的绩效管理评价中的要素、要点和方法工具。     

教育见习:教师教育的一贯性

教育见习的设置在教师教育中要具有一贯性。它可以奠定师范生对教育活动的感性认识基础,有助于教师综合职业品质的形成。教育见习可以集中与分散相结合的原则灵活设置,关键是应加强对见习过程的管理,使其规范化、系统化和科学化。高师应本着互惠互利的原则,加强与中小学的联系,建立稳定的实习见习基地。     

Professional mobilities in the creative industries: The role of “place” for young people aspiring for a creative career

Within creative industries policy, two themes have been situated as central to the needs of the creative economy: the economic importance of place and the role of education in delivering a better-equipped workforce. However, these themes have rarely overlapped in either policy thinking or academic research, and so this article focuses on the relationship between place, education and professional aspirations for young people. Using the findings from qualitative interviews with media studies students within higher education (HE), this article analyses how the perceived attributes of some locations may provide industry credibility and the promise of enhanced professional mobility. It examines the tangible and symbolic value of place within young people's career development in the creative industries. The findings highlight how the links between place and education can influence the professional process, and how place shapes young people's perceptions of and opportunities for work in the creative industries. Finally, this research emphasises how current theories on creative industries policy and HE provision need to be extended to take greater account of the ways in which the attributes of localities can be used as a catalyst for individual professionalism amongst young people, and the ways in which certain places (mainly rural) may be disadvantaged in the current policy trajectory.     

中美竞技篮球对篮球产业影响的比较研究

中美在篮球产业发展水平上存在着巨大差距,而竞技篮球发展水平对篮球产业的影响作用是造成这种差距的主要原因之一。NBA是美国篮球产业的赚钱机器,同时也是宣传机器和造势机器,NBA对美国篮球产业产品乃至深层次的篮球文化、篮球娱乐精神都具有广泛的影响力,这种影响力几乎覆盖全球。中国篮球职业化改革已走过28个年头,竞技篮球对篮球产业也产生了积极的影响,然而对照美国职业篮球发展路径,还存有很多不足和缺陷。今后需要在政府管理、企业自主经营、市场化发展等方面花大力气。     

Embodied learning and school-based physical culture: implications for professionalism and practice in physical education

We write as critical theorists, who consider that in terms of scoping out robust conceptual elaborations which are suitable for contemporary schooling, that physical education has ground to make up connecting theory with practice and practice with theory. We advocate that aspects of existentialism and phenomenology can provide a theoretically sound basis on which to argue that embodied learning should be the foundational cornerstone of physical education programmes. To avoid embodied learning becoming overly learner centric and insular, we advance Merleau-Pontian informed ideas on how learning could flourish when an individual and embodied focus merges with a school-wide physical culture agenda which is underpinned by social and moral theorizing. In developing our focus on merging embodied learning and physical culture, we draw upon MacIntyrean views on the goods which are internal to practice and extend thinking on how these goods could merge with the diverse aims and intentions informing the culture and ethos in schools. In pursuing these ambitions, we outline the constructive activist-based benefits of teachers working within subsidiarity-based school communities where pedagogical decisions are made at a level consistent with realizing whole schools aims. This is in spite of our acknowledgement that the lack of career-long professional learning adds to the difficulty of achieving these aims. In conclusion we argue that if physical education is to become a pivotal component of realizing a diverse range of whole school aims there is a need for greater professional engagement with pedagogical approaches that attempt to derive greater meaning from learners movement experiences and which help learners to understand better both their own identity and the ethos of the school context and environment they share with others.

摘要：主要采用文献资料法,以社会嵌入理论为视角,探析“社区—社会体育组织—社会体育指导员”联动运行机制及其实施过程中急需解决的核心问题和实施策略。研究提出：社区体育组织形式有效地吻合了全人群和全生命周期为立足点的全民健身要求;“社区—社会体育组织—社会体育指导员”联动运行必须以“社区嵌入社会”和“社会体育指导员嵌入社会”为理念,以社会体育组织为核心开展工作;联动运行不仅限于基层社区内部,而且还要通过以社会体育组织为核心纽带实现基层社区体育横向网络和国家、省、市级纵向网络交互联系的社区体育网络体系;联动运行的实践是政府规划体育公共服务项目并实施监管,社会体育组织实施项目,社会体育指导员全职融入社会体育组织提供人力资源保障;联动运行的关键是实现社会体育组织实体化和社会体育指导员职业化;联动的实施策略是通过在全社会实施认知性嵌入、文化性嵌入、政治性嵌入、结构性嵌入,构建与联动相适应的社会环境。为今后社区体育的组织与管理提供理论借鉴。
