Analytical attractions and the techno-continuum: Conceptualising data obsessions and consequences in elite sport

The proliferation of sports science and technological innovation within performance settings has precipitated the generation of increasing volumes of data to aid athletes. Copious data production has also perpetuated the privileging of scientific information, and a ‘thirst’ for ‘more data’ as an unproblematic ‘truth’. Of significance is not merely the use of technology for the production of data-for-data's sake, or the utility of data for a greater cause (e.g. the good of the team), but the quest for personalised data for individual athletes to be analysed, and reflected upon ad nauseam. Furthering scholarship on disciplining bodies, we argue that increased technological consumption, and the related excessive quantification of athletes’ bodies via data production, adds further insecurity into performance sports work. Finally, attention is given to the cultural step-change new techno-dispositions may now present.     

培育教师合作文化——当前建设和谐校园的重要任务

随着新课程改革的实施,对教师专业化要求越来越高,其专业知识、专业能力和专业心境的发展并不完全依靠自己的力量来实现,还同时在与他人(同事)合作交往的过程中得到推进,这就依赖于一种教师间的合作文化氛围的形成.培育合作的教师文化氛围是新时期教师专业化发展的新境界,也是建设和谐校园的重要任务之一.     

教师专业化的限度与超越

本文对教师专业化发展的可能性、专业化与职业活动的崇高性以及教师专业水平提高中出现的知识权力性与权力知识性等问题进行了省思，进而从为何求知、求什么知、如何求知三种维度注解了教师专业化应时具、善、美的统一，提出教师专业化既有知识的质与量的扩充的任务，又有完成对此的超越，即实现专业教师化。     

构建专业化的二级学院职业指导体系

从目前用人单位和大学生需要更多的"个性化"服务来看,大学生职业指导只有回归"院系本位"才能真正实现职业指导的"个性化"服务。因此,建立和完善二级学院职业指导体系,不仅是实现学校职业指导专业化的重要途径,也是提升大学生市场竞争力,促进就业的重要环节。     

中学教师追求生命幸福的重要条件

当前的中学教师群体普遍处于亚健康状态、存在着职业倦怠。教师的生存状况需要改善,这是保障基础教育质量的必要条件;而且,教师作为与学生具有同样意义的"人"的存在,其生命幸福理应受到同样的关照。教师对生命幸福的追求,需要教师主体对教育事业的热忱信念、精湛的专业素养;也需要社会、学校为教师提供必要的环境、资源,这是当代教育发展的需要,也是教育为使人、人类社会变得更加美好的理性表征。     

Comparative learning in partnerships: control,competition or collaboration?

This paper examines the quality and development of relations between organisations and the ways in which these are informed by incidental learning experiences in two projects. The paper conceptualizes instances of inter‐organisational learning (IOL) applying theories such as principal‐agent, prisoners' dilemma and women's place in community development. The main results are (a) that IOL can be used to maintain and modify relations of control and dominance in partnership hierarchies; (b) that IOL serves as a spin‐off of horizontal relationships and can be increased or reduced in the competition between partners for resources and identity; and (c) that IOL at the community level, when delivering outsiders' intervention, can be promoted by involving local authorities and operating within the existing household hierarchy. The paper shows that the influential role of individuals, beyond organisational boundaries, becomes critical through social networks and the establishment of trust‐based relations and resistance to learning as consequences of personal conflict. However, structural constraints in the aid system, such as asymmetric access to resources, expertise, knowledge, status and networks, ultimately determine the quality of funding management schemes and the emergence of an environment that stimulates mutual individual learning, which in turn may lead to organisational learning and inter‐organisational learning.

本文通过对知情权的阐述和对我国“宣传本位”传统的分析,指明了改变传统的本位模式,尊重公众知情权的重要意义,并且对媒体今后要着重努力的方向也给出了自己的建议。     

从战时新闻传播看新闻专业主义与爱国主义的冲突

本文从战时新闻传播的概况出发,主要论述了新闻专业主义与爱国主义冲突的实质及其根源,认为两者的冲突实质是新闻专业主义理念的超地域性与媒介所处的民族国家的地域性之间的冲突。并分别讨论了爱国主义的两种内涵及其与新闻专业主义的两种不同的冲突,以及两者的冲突有没有融合的可能,最后从全球化与民族国家的趋势方面分析了两者冲突有没有消解的可能。     

论教师职业的专业化

教师专业化是社会分化与职业分化的产物。本文首先论述了专门职业的概念，并归纳出专门职业的六大特征，即专业知识和技能、职业道德、长期的专门培养、进修制度、自主权、组织权。进而以此审视教师职业，提出教师职业是“从不成熟走向成熟的专门职业”，在教师专业化发展过程中，也需进一步加强与完善职业基本标推、专门职业观念等。
