In the face of ubiquitous information communication technology, the presence of blogs, personal websites, and public message
boards give the illusion of uncensored criticism and discussion of the ethical implications of business activities. However,
little attention has been paid to the limitations on free speech posed by the control of access to the Internet by private
entities, enabling them to censor content that is deemed critical of corporate or public policy. The premise of this research
is that transparency alone will not achieve the desired results if ICT is used in a one way system, controlled by the provider
of information. Stakeholders must have an avenue using the same technology to respond to and interact with the information.
We propose a model that imposes on corporations a public trust, requiring these gatekeepers of communication technology to

Team supervision of doctoral students adds new dimensions and complexities to relationships within the teams that impact functionality of the team. Trust emerged as a significant theme in recent qualitative research into the quality of team supervision of doctoral students. Trust was cited as a key component in successful team collaborations, and the missing component in dysfunctional teams. Definitions refer to trust as the belief of truthfulness, reliability or faith in another person’s abilities. My hypothesis is that trust operates as a form of power in team supervision. It is a form of power that enables voice, resilience and creativity in teams. This article concludes that placing trust in others in supervisory teams is a deliberate decision by candidates and supervisors. It is a decision to engage in a team context despite known risks and may be understood as a gamble on the reliability of others in the expectation of reciprocity. By conceptualising trust as a form of power, strategies that engender and maintain trust may be utilised more intentionally. 相似文献

This case study research found that the relational leadership and organisational culture at a public primary school situated in a high poverty location in South Australia was built upon the strength of the inter-relationships between the teachers, teachers and leadership, and between teachers and students. Supported by what we called ‘dynamic inter-relationships’ and a ‘commitment to ongoing growth’ manifesting as key themes across the qualitative survey data generated by the school’s participants, we found the individual strengths of staff served the ‘on-going formation of organisational life’. Cognisant of these disclosed relational underpinnings, the research provided recommendations to the school’s leadership team about how they could best progress their educational reform agenda. The findings affirmed an Appreciative Inquiry inspired approach designed for the research was ‘fit for purpose’ as it generated extensive qualitative data from the teachers and leaders, offering opportunity for deep interpretive analysis using hermeneutic methodology of the school’s relational leadership and organisational culture. The research findings were subsequently confirmed by the teachers and leaders through a dialogic presentation of the research findings as an accurate representation of the culture of their school. 相似文献

权利受到具体损害的具体方式决定了法律的救济措施,具体的救济措施充实了权利的真正意涵。缔约过失损害方式,表现为非过失方为与相对方订立合同所产生的费用支出,或非过失方因相对方违背"诚实"原则丧失与第三人缔约的机会损失。该损害方式与其损害的生成期间密切相关,又与过失内容相辅相成。损害方式和过失内容将缔约过失损害赔偿限于信赖利益损失。在缔约过失中发生的人身损害、不符合费用支出的财产损失及商业秘密损害应适用侵权责任或不当得利或恢复原状而非缔约过失责任。 相似文献

摘要:以探讨职业体育俱乐部的企业社会责任如何长期影响消费者为研究目的,在2015~2016赛季的开始和结束阶段,分别选取职业体育俱乐部的消费者群体作为研究对象,采用定量问卷调查和定性内容分析相结合的研究方法,探讨我国职业体育俱乐部所履行的企业社会责任对消费者的长期影响。研究结果得出:在一个完整的商业周期内,职业体育俱乐部的企业社会责任对消费者的影响力逐渐增强,职业体育俱乐部的企业社会责任与消费者承诺的关联、消费者对职业体育俱乐部的承诺和消费行为之间的关联、消费者对职业体育俱乐部的承诺和俱乐部绩效之间的关联会随着时间的推移而增强,而企业社会责任和消费者对俱乐部信任之间的关联没有随着时间的推移而改变,承诺和信任两个变量在连接企业社会责任与提高职业体育消费者相关绩效的关联中产生了重要的中介作用,消费者的企业社会责任感知能够对消费者的关联态度产生直接影响,进而影响消费者的关联行为。建议我国职业体育俱乐部从业人员利用所得出的研究结果,有针对性的制定与实施企业社会责任策略,并将消费者的企业社会责任期望与感知整合到本俱乐部的信息营销系统中去,以检测消费者的需要、期望与感知的持续变化。 相似文献
