我国职业体育竞赛表演业的组织机制研究

职业体育竞赛表演业组织治理机制是指导、监管和控制职业体育竞赛表演行业组织运作的制度和方法的一个完整系统.研究我国体育竞赛表演行业组织结构的现状,分析我国体育竞赛表演业组织机制存在的问题,从内部治理以及外部治理的角度给出了相关建议.     

我国"后奥运时代"体育管理组织结构的优化构想

从纵横两个层面剖析我国体育管理组织结构的现状。认为:现阶段体育、教育、社会系统在"管、办"体育的过程中需要进一步理顺相互之间的组织结构与组织职权。在阐释组织结构优化配置的基本原理、目标定位的主体思路基础上,提出我国"后奥运时代"体育组织结构优化配置的近期(2008-2012年)、远期(2013-2016年)构想。     

我国大学生体育社团的组织与活动建设

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法,分析现阶段我国高校体育社团的组织结构特征、管理结构特征、活动特征及影响因素。提出我国大学生体育社团组织与活动建设方案,即积极转变观念、优化组织结构和管理方式,给予政策扶持;利用体育场地设施优势,根据学生实际需求,定位社团的发展取向。     

运动员组织性应激研究的源起与现状

组织性应激是指与个体工作所在的组织直接并且主要相关的环境需要同个体之间的一个持续相互作用的过程。由于运动员工作环境的特殊性,因此提出组织性应激的概念可以更加有效地理解运动员应激。运动员组织应激源主要包括5个类别:体育本身固有因素,运动员在体育组织机构中的角色,体育运动项目中人与人之间关系和交流的需要,运动员竞技生涯和成绩发展问题,体育运动项目的组织结构和氛围。未来的研究应该注意进入组织内部测量,完善相关的研究方法,以及建立一体化的理论模型等方面。     

Do EFL Teachers ‘Critically’ Engage in Cultural Awareness? A Mixed-Method Investigation

ABSTRACT

This study explored 150 EFL teachers’ perceptions of critical cultural awareness (CCA) considering their teaching context, academic degree, and professional development programs. The participants all completed the CCA questionnaire, fifteen of whom also sat a semi-structured qualitative interview. Our findings showed, a) EFL teachers’ perceptions of CCA located at a medium level, b) the PhD participants showed significantly higher engagement in CCA than their BA and MA counterparts, c) private language institute teachers reported higher levels of CCA than their state-run school counterparts and d) local professional development programs did not emphasize culture teaching in general and CCA in particular.

对高校非英语专业专科学生采取了随机抽样,以问卷调查的形式,通过描述性统计和定量分析,对非英语专业一、二年级学生的阅读情况进行了调查和分析。同时对学生英语阅读过程中词汇学习策略现状进行了调查,并对数据进行了统计和结果分析。

分析了图书馆要实现和谐发展,应该以科学发展观为指导,从构建学习型组织和节能型组织入手,逐渐实现图书馆的全面、协调和可持续发展.

传统图书馆组织结构存在层次过多、条块分割、系统阻塞等弊端,不利于组织学习,必须进行组织结构创新.文章提出基于组织学习的图书馆组织结构创新的原则和方法.     

Occupational Social Work Education for Employee Assistance Practice

ABSTRACT

This article explores the current state of Occupational Social Work/Employee Assistance (OSW/EA) education. It examines the relationship between social work curricula, field placement experiences, and entry-level employment opportunities in the OSW/EA field. It is based on an educational initiative called the Partnership for Employee Assistance Education. Drawing on the OSW/EA literature, surveys, and focus group materials, the article concludes that the nature of OSW/EA is being reshaped by information technology, shifting demographics, globalization, and evolving terms and conditions of employment. The authors discuss how the graduate-level OSW/EA curriculum and field placements are being transformed to reflect these trends. Concepts such as Organizational Social Work and organizational intelligence are discussed. Innovative educational strategies are recommended. Finally, the authors argue that the contemporary workplace offers potential opportunity for innovative social work practice and education.
