中国证券交易所治理现状、问题及其经营与监管博弈分析

以我国证券交易所为对象,分析证券交易所治理现状、问题及其经营、监管中的激励协调,旨在考察我国证券交易所经营与监管激励失衡的内在成因及其协调对策。研究表明,为在政府监管机构和社会公众面前建立良好的声誉,交易所将采取不完全监管的策略。     

学校文化认同、组织文化氛围与教师满意度对学校效能的影响效应:基于结构方程模型(SEM)的实证研究

基于结构方程模型的研究在回顾相关文献的基础上建立了学校文化认同、组织文化氛围与教师满意度对学校效能影响效应的假设理论模型,运用结构方程模型对假设模型进行了实证分析,结果发现:第一,学校文化认同、人本导向的组织文化氛围对学校效能具有显著影响效应;第二,学校文化认同、人本导向的组织文化氛围对教师的内在满意度具有显著影响效应;第三,教师满意度在学校文化认同、人本导向的组织文化氛围到学校效能之间未发现起中介作用.这一研究从实证的角度验证了学校文化对于学校效能的影响效应,对提高学校的文化领导力具有较好的参考价值.     

Recovering the role of reasoning in moral education to address inequity and social justice

This article reasserts the centrality of reasoning as the focus for moral education. Attention to moral cognition must be extended to incorporate sociogenetic processes in moral growth. Moral education is not simply growth within the moral domain, but addresses capacities of students to engage in cross-domain coordination. Development beyond adolescence in moral thinking is in two forms: (1) the gradual application of morality in broader adult contexts, and (2) the result of social discourse and progressive readjustments at the individual and societal level of views of the morality of societal practices. Postconventional moral reasoning is not a rarified stage of moral cognition, but an orientation and set of discourse skills potentially available to all normally developing adult moral reasoners.     

住房公积金利率管理研究

文章对住房公积金资金运行的重要工具——利率进行了初步的探讨,首次提出了住房公积金利率管理的五大原则,并对利率设计应考虑的社会经济和国家政策两个层面进行了多因素分析,列出了当前该领域存在的问题,给出了建立和完善富有弹性的利率形成和管理机制的政策建议。     

罪名拟定的原则

罪名拟定必须坚持概括原则、文本原则、协调原则、准确原则。概括原则是指罪名应当简约、精炼。文本原则是指拟定罪名应当尽量使用罪状中的表述词汇。协调原则要求罪名之间应当协调一致,相似、相近罪名应当呈现出规律性。准确原则是指罪名应当反映罪名的本质特征,不能出现罪名的外延大于或者小于罪状的情形,更不能产生歧义。新通过的《刑法修正案(八)》涉及的争议罪名,运用如上四个原则拟定,会得出恰当结论。

幼儿教师组织承诺的心理结构,有自己的特点。幼儿教师组织承诺可分为五种类型:情感承诺、经济承诺、理想信念承诺、职业承诺和人际承诺,不同组织承诺类型的幼儿教师行为表现各不相同,影响幼儿教师组织承诺的因素有个人因素和组织因素。     

Workload and willingness to change: disentangling the experience of intensification

Teachers are facing an increasing number of changes in their job context, many of which significantly affect their work lives. This study offers a theoretical understanding of the changes in teachers’ working conditions, starting from the intensification thesis. The case study of a Flemish (Belgian) elementary school shows the existence of various and mutually reinforcing sources of intensification. Those sources emerge not only from outside school (e.g. policy‐makers and society), but also as teachers impose their own standards on their work. The case study exemplifies the compelling (and thus intensifying) character of a collective norm of willingness to innovate. However, this norm seems to act paradoxically: both as a support in dealing with external pressure and as an intensifying factor, increasing the workload. The possibly intensifying impact of changes on teachers’ working conditions is mediated by the school organization as well as the personal interpretative framework (sense‐making) of individual teachers.     

Student-perceived organizational support and perceived employability in the marketing of higher education

In the current context, the need for marketing in institutions of higher education is undeniable. The specification of the student not merely as a ‘customer’ means that traditional marketing no longer has sufficient capacity to explain the behavior of the student body. In this study, a four-level relationship marketing model is tested to check the influence of perceived organizational support (POS) and perceived employability on identification with the institution and the perceived price-quality ratio and how these influence student satisfaction. In addition, the constructs prior to POS and perceived employability are identified, which are explicit enough to enable specific marketing actions to be carried out. As POS is a construct defined for the labor market, its use applied to relational marketing comes up as something innovative.

To this end, Likert scales have been designed and validated to measure these constructs. The results of this test show how the perception of organizational support depends on the relationship of the student body with the administration and management of the center. Likewise, the perception of employability depends on the perceived reputation and the perception of the promotion of employability. Furthermore, it is confirmed that satisfaction is positively related to identification and the perceived price-quality ratio, which in turn are positively related to organizational support and perceived employability.     

基于熵权的交通—经济协调发展与预警研究

通过构建交通和经济发展水平评价的指标体系,运用熵权法计算综合得分,得出交通—经济协调度模型。以黄冈市为例,计算得出过去五年两个系统之间都是处在相对协调的发展状态,这与该地区投资比例是不相称的。通过预警模型预测该地区未来两年交通—经济系统的协调发展度如果按照现在的趋势并不会有太大的改善,仍然没有达到真正协调发展的状态。
