北京高校体育科研动机和价值取向的调查研究

采用问卷调查、文献资料及数理法,对北京高校的科研动机和价值取向进行研究,指出:1)北京高校体育科研动机主要与兴趣、谋生、功利等有关,为追求真理进行科研的人不多;2)年龄小、学历高、职称低的教师科研动机高,而年龄大、学历低、职称高的教师科研动机低。3)教师的价值取向是积极的,但对干扰因素考虑不足,容易受外在影响干扰迷失方向。4)科研动机和价值取向呈显著的正相关。建议:1)提高教师的学历水平、取消职称终生制的措施是提升科研动机的良方。2)教师将表层正确的价值取向逐渐内化为深层,实现盲目——自在——自为——自觉的转化。     

合肥大学城高校开展定向运动的现状研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对合肥大学城校区定向运动的开展现状进行研究,以了解定向运动的开展成效与影响因素。研究发现：定向运动练习者接触项目时间晚,训练年限短,基本知识技能掌握不理想,且面临着学训矛盾的双重考验。教练员从业年限短,专业技能有待提高;项目经费不足,训练补助有待提高。同时,需要强化领导重视程度并提高对定向运动的安全保障。最后针对影响因素提出相关建议。     

构建以兴趣为导向的工程训练实践教学体系

本文以贵阳学院工程训练中心分层次的工程训练实践教学体系为例,探讨了工程训练在工科本科生四年学习过程中,如何通过实训课程的设置和实训活动开展,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学习热情,锻炼学生的实际工作能力,并逐步形成较为明确的职业取向,并最终达到培养学生应用能力、创新能力和工作能力的目的。

对西方环境伦理思想中的人类中心主义,非人类中心主义的基本观点,存在的理论依据及其实质分别进行了剖析,对人类中心主义与非人类中心主义产生分歧的焦点——自然价值进行了深层次的挖掘,并在此基础上说明了西方环境伦理思想的现代价值取向,指明西方环境伦理学由人类中心主义向非人类中心主义的发展具有历史的必然性.     

基于战略导向的项目组合配置研究

基于企业战略的导向性探讨战略导向下的项目组合配置过程并构建基于战略的项目组合配置流程图,通过一些定性的指标对企业项目进行初选构建三维度的项目组合配置模型。通过赋权、专家打分的方式对项目进行三个维度的权衡并通过三维空间点对企业的项目进行组合配置。     

传统英语专业基础上体育院校英语专业人才培养模式创新研究

从分析体育院校英语专业人才培养现状及问题入手,对体育院校英语专业培养方案进行规划,并设计了“分段模块式”专业课程体系结构.认为体育院校英语专业应该建立英语专业课程渗透体育元素的教学模式、建立体育英语课程的实践型教学模式、建立“双师型”体育英语教师队伍、拓宽英语专业生源渠道.旨为体育院校办好英语专业提供参考.     

论军事体育训练的＂方向性＂

在以往的各种训练和运动生理理论中,通常只提及“正”、“负”两种效应。但训练实践要比预想的更复杂,训练只注意避免“负”效应,并不能确保训练取得预想结果。因为训练中除“正”、“负”效应外,还有极易被忽视的“正、副作用”。这种“副作用”不仅易被忽视,而且因被传统的训练效果“迁移理论”证明有用而被掩盖,干扰着我们的训练方向而不为人知。认识这种作用的存在和危害性,并在训练中尽量避免,可使军体训练事半功倍。     

Development of the Sport Orientation Questionnaire

Abstract

The Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) was developed as a multidimensional, sport-specific measure of individual differences in sport achievement orientation. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses revealed a stable, three-factor structure across three separate samples of university and high school students. The three separate but related subscales of competitiveness, win, and goal orientation demonstrate high internal consistency and stability over time. The SOQ competitiveness score differentiates students in competitive activities from those in noncompetitive activities, providing evidence for construct validity. The overall factor stability, reliability and validity evidence suggests that the SOQ can be a valuable measure for the investigation of competitiveness and achievement behavior in sport and exercise settings.     

Inter-organizational relationships and knowledge sharing through the relationship and institutional orientations in supply chains

Sharing knowledge in inter-organizational relationships is one way to enhance strategic competitiveness. It is generally agreed that the development of close relationships facilitates such sharing among partners. This paper presents a research model comprises five research hypotheses with four constructs, including relationship orientation, institutional orientation, relational risk and knowledge sharing. This study develops a conceptual model that relational risk as a mediating construct to examine the inter-relationship effects that affect knowledge sharing and these relationships. We analyze data collected from 312 of the top 1000 Taiwanese manufacturing firms in 2011 listed in Business Weekly. The results of the empirical study suggest that the role played by relationship orientation and institutional orientation is critical in ensuring the inter-organizational knowledge sharing as it mitigates the relational risk in the process. The findings of the study provide practical insights into how supply chain members should reinforce their relational and institutional view of relational governance and manage relational risks so as to improve their collaborative behaviors and in turn achieve the competitive advantage of knowledge sharing for the supply chain as a whole.     

Disciplining the Future: A Critical Organizational Analysis of Internet Studies

This article provides a critical, cautionary stance toward the future structure of “Internet studies” as a field. A social constructionist reading of the process of organizing reveals the ways in which apparently obdurate structures are constructed and negotiated through everyday discursive practices. Subsequent structures and practices function ideologically to control organizational members in a concertive fashion by shaping and directing the conceptual frameworks for inquiry and action in a seemingly natural way. Definitions and metaphors construct conceptual boundaries of meaning for the field of inquiry, delimiting and protecting over time what counts as Internet and Internet studies. Over time, origins of knowledge are hidden within the structure of the organizations and a culture of unobtrusive control emerges. Unless radical measures are taken to reflexively interrogate everyday routines and habitual ways of talking in academic environments, the future field of Internet studies will not transcend the traditions of the academy but will be entrenched in and reproduce traditional structures and a traditional scholarly enterprise.
