论个人社会化的标准和目标

我国社会学界对个人社会化的目标和标准问题的忽视并不意味着该问题不重要，以人作为类所应具有的本真意义为背景，结合西方社会的发展走向，联系我国转型社会的实际，可以推出社会化的原典标准和道德性目标，在应然思想方式的指导下，将社会化的目标和标准结合并统一起来，就能在更高层次上指导角色认知和角色实践，昭示社会化研究的新动向，引导社会的发展方向。     

清代山西票号的激励机制及其对当代银行监管的启示

票号是19世纪中国历史上一个重要的金融组织，其中，最负盛名的是山西票号，它在没有政府监管的情况下，繁荣昌盛近一个世纪，后因战乱不断才逐渐倒闭并消失。山西票号的经营制度深谙委托代理之道，也就是今天在经济学界大行其道的激励理论，并形成了一套行之有效的激励机制。尽管时代和环境都发生了变化，激励问题是永恒的。山西票号的激励制度的启示对当代中国银行业监管效率的改进是有益的。

从理论上讲,任意两种或多种拳法之间都可以组合。受传统武术思想的影响,在散打运动员的训练与竞技实践中,拳法连击未能得到人们足够的重视。拳法组合连击技术的进攻形式是非常繁多的,且具有腿法所达不到的高度机动性,灵活快速的攻击是拳法组合连击技术的重要特点之一。     

Design considerations for series hybrid active power filter

Some important factors for designing a series hybrid active power filter (SHAPF) are presented in this paper for the case when the load is varied in a wide range and/or the source voltage is seriously distorted. Special design of passive filters, adaptive control of parameter and multi variant control are discussed in detail. The filter is stable, has good performance, and causes small capacitive reactive current. The simulation and experimental results accorded with the theoretical analysis results. From data source to co-researchers? Tracing the shift from ‘student voice’ to student–teacher partnerships in Educational Action Research

This article provides a review of the concept of student voice as it has been represented in Educational Action Research from the 1990s to the present day. Contextualised within an exploration of the challenges posed by educational action research that incorporates student voice in the current age of accountability as reflected and understood in academia, we explore issues of power and authority, issues of process and issues of ownership as they emerge in the literature. We note ways in which these challenges are manifest in primary and secondary schooling and in tertiary education. Finally, we survey some recent representations of student voice in Educational Action Research, observing something of a shift from earlier conceptualisations of students as a ‘data source’ to a more active involvement as co-researchers and joint constructors of knowledge, progressing toward more active student–teacher partnerships.
