彼得·凯里第二次获布克奖的小说《凯利帮真史》将澳大利亚官方历史记载中面目狰狞的"丛林大盗"内德·凯利塑造成为一个本性良善但为生活所逼而反抗殖民当局的爱尔兰裔英雄。复活历史人物,让历史人物站出来为自己辩护,凯里巧妙地安排小说人物展开了一场历史话语权的争夺。在他看来,爱尔兰裔澳大利亚人是白澳内部的"他者",他们挑战了澳官方宣称的"澳大利亚是白人的澳大利亚"的观点。     

The careers of fine artists and the embedded creative

While there is a growing body of scholarship on the creative industries and on the career trajectories of graduates from creative industries programmes, there has to date only been a limited amount of research that examines in detail, the careers of fine arts graduates. Fine art is arguably the least ‘vocational’ of creative disciplines, in that there are relatively few employers that seek to employ fine artists as fine artists. If fine arts graduates are not employed in their chosen field – that is, in the ‘Creative Trident’ terminology, in a core creative occupation – how do their careers parallel or differ from those of other creative graduates? Do they find employment as ‘embedded creatives’, using or applying their experience and practice in sectors beyond the core creative industries, or as ‘support workers’, enabling and facilitating the creative work of others? Do they experience portfolio careers? And how do their artistic training and attitudes to creativity affect their working relationships and experiences? This article draws on rich qualitative data about the experiences of a small group of graduates (including the author) who all graduated from the same course at the same institution in the UK in 1994, to provide some insights into the career paths and trajectories of a sample of fine arts graduates.

中国体育相关产业跨界融合现状及趋势分析

依据产业融合理论,从技术、价值和市场融合三个层面构建产业跨界融合指标体系,基于2002-2017年投入产出表,对体育相关产业跨界融合进行实证分析,结果发现:体育相关产业与其他大部分产业之间技术融合逐渐增强,其中体育相关制造业对科技服务业(220.00%)技术融合增幅最大,但对其投入比率偏低,体育相关服务业对金融保险业(193.55%)技术融合增幅最大,但对其投入比率偏高;体育相关产业与其他产业融合不均衡现象普遍;对体育相关制造业价值创造能力提升最大的是体育相关服务业,对体育相关服务业价值创造能力提升最大的是住宿和餐饮业;对体育相关制造产品的需求,农村居民比城镇居民的增幅更大;对体育相关服务产品的需求,农村居民呈下降趋势、城镇居民呈上升趋势;体育相关服务业出口下降,进口增加;最终需求对体育相关制造业拉动效应由大到小依次为出口、消费和投资,而对体育相关服务业由大到小依次为消费、出口和投资。     

Government support for SME innovations in the regional industries: The case of government financial support program in South Korea

This study explores the impact of governmental support policies on the innovation of SMEs in the regional strategic industries in South Korea. We use the technological development assistance funds as a proxy for governmental support policies for SMEs in the regional industries in Korea. The innovation of SMEs is measured by technological innovation: patent, utility model, trademark, and new design registrations. Before empirically testing the impact of governmental support policies on the innovation of SMEs, this study reviews the literature concerning the innovation and the governmental support policies of SMEs in regional industries. Results from empirical models, which simultaneously control for factors which were thought to affect the innovation of regional SMEs, indicate that a positive relationship exists among the technological development assistance by the Korean government and patent acquisitions and new design registrations of regional SMEs. Networks with universities also have a positive relationship with patent acquisitions and new design registrations of regional SMEs. This study suggests there is an importance to governmental financial aids for regional SME innovations, and there is an importance to the need to build a strong social relationship in today's networked economy.     

特殊行业中人员高危行为视觉监控系统仿真

在一些高危的特殊行业中,操作人员的行为是否规范,一直是行业监督的重点。传统的监控方法以人工监控为主,无法做到高效与及时,为此提出一种特殊行业中操作人员高危行为视觉监控系统方案。利用员工操作区域固定场景采集操作人员行为图像,通过图像预处理、人体姿态定位与标准模式阀值识别等相关技术手段设计实现了一套特殊行业中操作人员高危行为视觉监控模型。在识别过程中通过利用手部姿态、相关货物飞行的位置关系与手臂连线的灰度直方图构建特征向量,完成判断。以物流行业为例,仿真实验表明,该方法取得了较好的识别效果,可以对物流分拣过程的标准化过程进行有效的监控。     

战略性新兴产业的生命周期及其演化规律研究——基于英美主导产业回溯的案例研究

从产业发展史来看,各时代都有各自的战略性新兴产业。由理论分析可知战略性新兴产业属于战略产业演化过程中的初级阶段,战略性新兴产业在产业内外因素的推动下逐渐演化为主导产业。结合产业演化理论、产业生命周期理论和对英国汽车产业、美国信息技术产业的回溯研究发现,战略性新兴产业作为战略产业的初级阶段,其生命周期因受产业内外不同因素不同程度的影响而表现出"增长─放缓─增长"、"增长─停滞─增长"或"增长─下滑─增长"的震荡期。研究结果还表明产业外部环境、政府扶持、产业创新、产业平台、风险控制以及产业链/产业集群的培育是战略性新兴产业成功演化发展的关键要素,这些要素通过相互协同共同促进了战略性新兴产业向主导产业的成功演化和升级。

文章数据来源为2013年年度基本单位名录库资料,经过对名录库资料的整理、比对,发现百色市经济发展从2008年以来发生了巨大变化,三次产业全面发展,结构得到优化,第三产业发展迅猛,水电、沼气、太阳能等清洁能源发展迅速,走低碳经济发展道路初步形成,百色经济已经走上可持续发展之路,文章引用大量数据说明百色发展大有可为。
