群体性突发事件诱发因素及发生机理研究*--基于扎根理论

近年来群体性突发事件频繁发生,严重影响社会的和谐发展,研究群体性突发事件的诱发因素、发生机理对于科学预防群体性突发事件具有重要指导作用。立足搜集的群体性突发事件资料和案例,运用扎根理论得出公平性这一群体性突发事件的核心诱发因素和文化冲击、个人需求等8个主要诱发因素。在此基础上阐述了基于“公平性”的群体性突发事件发生机理,揭示了群体性突发事件发生的过程。最后根据发生机理提出了预防群体性突发事件发生的建议。     

面向TRIZ的企业内部协同创新体系构建思路

TRIZ理论在协同创新体系的构建中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文通过对TRIZ理论进行提炼和升华,构建面向TRIZ的企业内部协同创新体系的特征和条件。选取应用TRIZ构建协同创新体系获取较大成功,并成为湖北省创新方法示范企业的七家企业进行多案例探索性研究,应用T-LAB9.0分析软件得出面向TRIZ企业内部协同创新体系构建的六个关键点、四大主题要素并验证了此体系构建的可能性和现实性。     

民族高校概率论与数理统计教学的探究

概率论的起源与博弈有关,它最近几十年在自然科学和社会科学等方面应用广泛。概率论与数理统计是研究随机现象统计规律性的学科,是我国各类高等学校工科、理科、管理学及经济学等各专业的基础性课程,是学生学习高等数学后的后续课程,学习本课程需要微积分作为基础。概率论与数理统计研究的一些对象带有随机性、不确定性,并且它和实际生活有着紧密的联系,它的理论与方法已广泛应用于自然科学、社会科学、工程建设、军事科学、生物工程和众多经济领域之中,如经济管理、金融工程、保险精算、经济预测等。概率论与数理统计是高校重要的数学基础课之一,本文探讨了民族高校概率论与数理统计这门课程进行分层教学和激发学生学习的主动性方式,并提高了教学质量。     

Stories in networks and networks in stories: a tri-modal model for mixed-methods social network research on teachers

Social network research on teachers and schools has risen exponentially in recent years as an innovative method to reveal the role of social networks in education. However, scholars are still exploring ways to incorporate traditional quantitative methods of Social Network Analysis (SNA) with qualitative approaches to social network research. This article provides a mixed-methods model for researching teachers' social networks and an empirical example of the model in practice. The model incorporates a tri-modal coding approach that promotes data validity while uncovering network data that some SNA methods may overlook.     

Culturally responsive computing: a theory revisited

Despite multiple efforts and considerable funding, historically marginalized groups (e.g., racial minorities and women) continue not to enter or persist in the most lucrative of fields – technology. Understanding the potency of culturally responsive teaching (CRT), some technology-enrichment programs modified CRP principles to establish a culturally responsive computing (CRC) experience for disenfranchised groups. We draw from our respective praxes developing two such initiatives and reconceptualize CRC as a heuristic. In this theoretical article, we offer a more nuanced vision of CRC considering intersectionality, innovations, and technosocial activism. Implications for the newly defined tenets consider programmatic, theoretical, and methodological concerns.     

Rationalizing Sociality: An Unfinished Script for Socialbots

This article takes the concept and some of the existing applications of socialbots—software robots that operate on social networking sites and present themselves as human users—as an occasion to trace the evolution of online sociality. The argument mobilizes theories of social rationalization from Max Weber to contemporary critical theory to demonstrate that the appearance of automated profiles (socialbots) on social networking platforms can be seen as a logical step in the progressive enclosure of online social interaction in standardized, simplified, and trivialized forms, frames, and gestures. Critical questions concerning what the growth of robo-sociality may mean for individual users and the online public sphere are posed with a view to charting the directions for a needed public debate.     

基于多跟随者Stackelberg博弈的企业创新行为研究

研究一个多领导者的斯坦伯格纳什古诺竞争模型,并考虑到领导者与跟随者有产品质量差距,得到该模型的均衡解并对其进行数值展现。发现领导者有提高产品质量的动机,跟随者会与领导者保持适当的质量差距,良性竞争市场中逐渐形成合理的产业梯度,提升社会福利。最后,提出政府提高社会福利的途径、策略和建议。

在一个功利化的时代,人们变得越来越世俗,失去了对高尚的追求。陆九渊的心学理论,重视"志"在人的道德成长的作用,认为人有了远大的志向,道德成长才会有方向和动力,因而强调辨志、立志、行志。针对当前青少年信仰的缺失,我们需要强化立志教育,给青少年道德成长以高尚的引导和动力的支持。     

社会性别理论视角下的女大学生创业制约因素及其对策分析

大学生就业形势日趋严峻,女大学生就业难,已成为社会无法回避的现实问题。在国家以创业促进就业政策鼓励推动下,虽然越来越多的女大学生走上自主创业之路,但创业之路充满艰辛。本文基于社会性别理论视角,对江苏省48所高校46个本科专业660名创业女大学生进行了调查,对女大学生的创业特点、制约因素进行了深入分析后,提出了对策及建议。
