Students’ Reflections on Their Field Practicum: An Analysis of BSW Student Narratives

This qualitative study was undertaken to explore what undergraduate students reflect on during their learning to practice social work in the field. Reflection is essential in the social work field practicum where students learn the practice of social work by doing. Seventeen BSW students’ final field practicum learning papers are analyzed. Four themes emerge that highlight the content of their reflections: situations of uncertainty, opportunities for application, tensions in action, and confrontations with others. This article presents in detail these 4 themes. Discussion includes suggestions for helping students better engage in reflective learning.     

语义场策略在英语词汇教学中的运用

词汇是语言的基础,词汇学习是英语语言学习中至关重要的环节。本文分析了英语词汇学习的现状,介绍了语义场策略理论,并在该理论的基础上,对高职英语词汇教学方法进行了探究和尝试,取得了一定的效果。     

Equatorial aurora: the aurora-like airglow in the negative magnetic anomaly

The most fantastic optical phenomena in the Earth''s upper atmosphere are the auroras. They are highly informative indicators of solar activity, geomagnetic activity, upper atmospheric structures and dynamics, and magnetospheric energetic particles. An area where the geomagnetic field differs significantly from the expected symmetric dipole, such as at the South Atlantic Anomaly, where the magnetic field intensity is low, gives rise to stronger precipitation of energetic particles into the upper atmosphere. Impact excitation and the subsequent airglow emissions exhibit aurora-like dynamic signatures. Nomenclatures of nonpolar aurora or equatorial auroras are similar to those used with the polar auroras owing to their similar excitation mechanisms. This paper provides an overview of the knowledge and the challenges concerning auroral activity at the South Atlantic Anomaly, or more generally, at the negative magnetic anomaly. We emphasize systematic investigation of the equatorial auroras to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution of the magnetic anomaly and the behaviour of energetic particles in near-Earth space.     

Regulating surface wrinkles using light

Regulating existing micro and nano wrinkle structures into desired configurations is urgently necessary yet remains challenging, especially modulating wrinkle direction and location on demand. In this work, we propose a novel light-controlled strategy for surface wrinkles, which can dynamically and precisely regulate all basic characteristics of wrinkles, including wavelength, amplitude, direction and location (λ, A, θ and L_c), and arbitrarily tune wrinkle topographies in two dimensions (2D). By considering the bidirectional Poisson''s effect and soft boundary conditions, a modified theoretical model depicting the relation between stress distributions and the basic characteristics was developed to reveal the mechanical mechanism of the regulation strategy. Furthermore, the resulting 2D ordered wrinkles can be used as a dynamic optical grating and a smart template to reversibly regulate the morphology of various functional materials. This study will pave the way for wrinkle regulation and guide fabrication technology for functional wrinkled surfaces.     

年龄对农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的影响

中国农业面临着劳动力老龄化与绿色化转型的双重约束。聚焦于跨期技术属性,本文提出了中国情景下年龄对农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的倒U形影响假说,进而以秸秆还田为例,采用中介效应模型,利用冀鲁皖鄂4省1372份农民调查数据进行了实证检验。结果发现：①年龄对于农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的影响效应呈倒U形态势,“中年农民”成为现阶段绿色农业技术扩散的积极力量;②人力资本和风险偏好是年龄影响农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的重要中介变量,两者的中介效应占年龄总效应的71.94%;③信息化和耕地规模对中青年农民的跨期绿色农业技术采纳具有促进作用;经济价值认知、是否贫困、供水情况、补贴和处罚政策对中老年农民采用跨期绿色农业技术表现出积极影响;社会资本对中青年农民的技术采纳具有负向影响,但有利于中老年农民采纳跨期绿色农业技术。由于年龄较高农民积极采纳跨期绿色农业技术其实是该群体非农就业机会减少而被动“以农为业”的结果,这表明农业生产包括农业资源保护与开发缺乏最为优质的劳动力支撑;另一方面,非农就业的青壮年劳动力由于缺乏务农经历,多年后回归农业又能否承担起农业绿色化转型的责任也值得思考。因此,劳动力老龄化对中国农业短期的影响在于如何把地种好,而长期的潜在威胁依然是谁来种地。     

场域论视域下我国体医融合的实然困境与应然进路

体医融合是健康中国战略实施的关键技术,为加快推进我国体医融合,促进全民科学健身与全民健康深度融合,基于布迪厄场域论,以“场域—资本—惯习”三要素为逻辑主线,对我国体医融合的实然困境与应然进路进行分析。体医融合实然困境包括：体育与医疗的结构差异、关系孱弱与体医融合的生成障碍,形成体医融合的场域壁垒;医疗部门经济资本受损、体疗制度资本乏力、复合型人力资本匮乏造成体医融合资本制约;传统医疗文化及医疗技术依赖,固化体医融合惯习。提出构建大健康网络, 打破体医融合场域壁垒;改革经济资本走向、完善制度资本、加强复合型人力资本培养,优化体医融合资本;消除体医融合惯习误识、摈除医疗技术依赖惯习的应然进路。     

图书馆学学科知识地图的构建

简要介绍了知识地图的概念及构建方法,通过对CSSCI2003-2005年数据的统计分析,构建了图书馆学关键词关联图、学科专家知识地图、学科交叉图等学科知识地图,并提出了应用聚类分析来构建图书馆学关键词聚类树状图的方法。     

圆形载流线圈沿一直径折成直角可看作磁偶极子

从磁偶极子的特点出发,用毕奥—萨伐尔定律、安培力公式和力矩的定义,推导出用磁矩表示的圆形载流线圈沿一直径折成直角的远场及其在均匀磁场中所受的磁力和磁力矩,指出此非平面载流线圈可看作磁偶极子.     

高校体育教育专业田径课堂教学评价现状调查

对我国26所有体育教育专业的高校的田径课堂教学评价现状进行了调查分析,结果表明：各高校田径课堂教学评价指标体系和目标较为完善,但实际操作有相当难度;评价关注的主要是学生在技术、技能和身体素质等方面的发展,忽视课堂教学的过程和条件,对学生的发展性目标,关注不多;在评价方式与方法上,还是注重“量化”,而忽视“质性”评价;在评价结果上,仍过分强调终结性评价结论,而忽视各个时期个体的体能进步状况,因此不能起到促进发展的作用;在田径课堂教学评价实际工作中,以统一的体育教学评价量表多见,专门的田径课堂教学评价量表或量规显得尤为欠缺;评价过程显得封闭、静态、缺乏灵活性与动态性。     

广东省中超职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养研究* ——以广东省恒大、富力足球俱乐部为例

足球后备人才应走职业化培养道路已经得到广泛认同。但我国足球职业化的发展已经走过近20年,其成绩却一直不理想。出现这种现象的原因是多方面的,主要是由于青少年足球后备人才的足球职业化培养不够成功。近年来广东省中超职业足球俱乐部经过不懈的努力成绩不错,但其后备人才的职业化培养仍不容乐观。研究的重点在于了解广东省高水平中超足球俱乐部后备人才培养现状,找出职业化培养后备人才的不足,为提高后备人才的质量,促进足球运动发展提供参考的理论依据和对策。
