信息素养评价研究是信息素养理论研究深化发展的必然方向。文章对我国信息素养评价的理论研究和实践活动做了全面评述,对我国现有的信息素养评价标准予以客观总结,指出信息素养评价研究存在的问题及解决的对策。

基于学科的信息素质评价标准研究

考虑到不同学科的差异性以及评估的可操作性,基于学科的信息素质评价标准研究逐渐成为关注的热点。本文简要概述了制定学科信息素质评价标准的必要性,介绍了国外分学科的信息素质评价标准的研究进展及主要特点,提出我国应成立专门机构全面指导和规划我国信息素质评价标准的制定,应与各专业学会/协会或教育部专业学科指导委员会合作,在统一的通用信息素质评价标准基础上建立学科信息素质评价标准,并将其与大学生的培养目标相结合。     

关于外国责任者在7--字段的名称规范问题

分析了外国责任者在7--字段规范编目中存在的问题，根据实践经验，提出一些规范编目的方法，力图探索出一种更实用、更规范的编目方式。     

关于数学文献分类的研究

文章研究了数学文献分类的三个问题：数学文献的分类标准；数学文献的分类体系；数学文献的分类方法。     

UNIMARC Format Relevance: Maintenance or Replacement?

This article presents an empirical study focused on a qualitative analysis of the UNIMARC format. An analysis of the structural quality of the data provided by the format is evaluated to determine its current suitability for meeting the requirements and trends in data architecture for the information network and the Semantic Web. Driven by a set of quality characteristics that identify weaknesses in the data schema that cannot be bridged by simply converting data to MARC XML or RDF/XML, we conclude that the UNIMARC format is not compliant with the current metadata schema desiderata and must be replaced.     

Print Media Standardisation and Professionalism

The independence of the media under Ghana’s Fourth Republic is assessed from the perspective of standards and professionalism. Using a qualitative method, the study shows that unethical practices are evident in the print media landscape in Ghana, and argues that this can be traced to four major spheres: educational qualification, existence of several professional associations, a weak regulatory body and “money matters”. Overall, the study argues that legalities form a minimal part of the independence of the Ghanaian media but concerns about freedom seem to be self-inflicted by the very media practitioners through their actions and sometimes questionable reportage.     

European standards for quality assurance and institutional practices of student assessment in the UK,the Netherlands and the Czech Republic

This article analyses the student assessment procedures of 12 universities in the UK, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic with respect to their alignment with the European standards and guidelines on the quality of assessing higher education students (European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance [ESG] 1.3). Based on qualitative methodology combining document review with semi-structured interviews, the analysis has yielded three major results. First, the assessment procedures of the UK universities studied indicate the highest alignment with the ESG 1.3 when compared to the Czech institutions, with the Dutch universities occupying the middle ground. Second, a preference for summative assessment to account for pressures of massification can be observed at institutions in all three countries. Third, it is argued that contrary to some (ministerial) expectations, the influence of the ESG on institutions seems to be insignificant, due to unawareness of the ESG 1.3 at all of the UK and Dutch universities analysed and only moderate knowledge of ESG 1.3 in the Czech case. For this reason, there seems to be a need for communicating the ESG to higher education institutions rather than revising the scope of the ESG as envisaged in the 2012 Bologna policy document (Bucharest Communiqué).

针对当前在新疆企业知识产权管理规范贯彻过程中企业、知识产权中介辅导机构和知识产权管理部门出现 的问题,文章剖析了这些问题产生的原因,提出了贯彻企业知识产权管理规范应遵循市场规律,从引入竞争机制和奖 励机制、选择适合新疆企业的贯彻知识产权管理规范模式、提高知识产权中介辅导机构服务水平、减少政府主导因素 等方面进行创新性工作的方式研究,探索符合新疆企业实际的贯彻知识产权管理规范之路,确保贯彻企业知识产权管 理规范工作取得成效。     

刘勰《程器》中的作者"文德"批评新论

中国古代化和批评一贯强调“德”说。刘勰《程器》篇中提倡“德”是其作批评论中的重要构成内容。“德”与其“养气”说，“神思”说、“才、气、学、习”说，构成作创作的综合素质。“德”是作创作素质构成中最重要和最基本的因素。刘勰的“德”说不仅强调“”与“德”的关系并突出了“德”的作用，而且“德”说弘扬了作批评中的人意识、个性意识和主体意识。
