标准化病人连续工作的时间对OSCE评分的影响

目的：探索客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）中标准化病人（SP）在半天中连续工作的合理时间安排问题。方法：OSCE考试试验和问卷调查相结合。结果：半天中,SP连续工作1小时、2小时和4小时,其评分与打分医生评分的一致性较为稳定。结论：在志愿者SP同意的情形下,可以安排其连续工作半天。本研究可为OSCE的SP安排提供借鉴。     

The information experience and learning needs of couples living with HIV in Malawi

In this feature, guest writer Kondwani Wella presents an overview of his PhD – a study which investigated the information experience of serodiscordant couples with HIV and AIDS in Malawi. In particular, for this article, he considers the information behaviour of people who need HIV‐ and AIDS‐specific information and the role of the librarian in helping to deliver what is needed to support engagement in relevant learning. 临床心理诊疗属于临床医疗中的一个部分，它有其自身的特殊性。临床心理工作者在进行相应的诊疗活动时，应认真履行告之说明义务，并构建有效的医患关系，切实保障病人的知情同意权益，以达到临床心理诊疗的良好效果。     

老年糖尿病并发低血糖误诊原因分析及诊治

目的:探讨老年糖尿病并发低血糖的临床特点、误诊原因及诊断治疗.方法:回顾性分析我院收治的老年糖尿病并发低血糖病人32例.结果:院内、外误诊18例(56%).结论:通过了解老年糖尿病的生理、临床特点,提高对并发低血糖的警惕,及时检测血糖,同时建议临床医师指导病人合理用药,加强对本病的预防.     

监护仪单片机系统的抗干扰技术研究

以51单片机为例，介绍监护仪单片机系统的抗干扰技术，并给出部分硬、软件抗干扰的设计方法。实践证明，用该方法设计的应用系统，抗干扰能力强，效果好。     

西医东渐与中国近代医疗卫生事业的肇始

西方医学作为基督教会传播教义的手段被带到了中国。其先进的制度体系、技术水平以及教会医师所体现的人文关怀,逐渐赢得了国人的认同;其良好的示范效应促发了中国传统医疗格局和医患关系的转型。于是,西方近代医院制度被移植到中国,近代公共卫生事业也随之启动。     

24例精神病人院外自杀死因分析与预防

目的：通过分析调查精神病人院外自杀死亡的各种因素,降低自杀死亡率．方法：回顾性调查研究2000-2003年间经住院治疗出院后的院外自杀死亡的24例精神病人的病种、病程、自杀方式、年龄、季节、文化程度及各种生理、心理、社会因素．结果：自杀以男性多见,年龄在20-30岁和40-50岁两个年龄段,文化程度以初中及以下多见,住院2-3次多见,职业以农民多见,疾病种类以精神分裂症多见,自杀方式以服大量抗精神病药多见,自杀春夏季高于秋冬季．自杀因素有社会环境、家庭、疾病影响,药物副反应及其它等．结论：精神病人院外自杀预防应以社会、家庭、医生共同参与帮助为较好途径,早期发现,早期干预和治疗是减少自杀死亡的关键．     

Participating in Communities of Practice

ABSTRACT

Hospital librarians understand they need to move outside the four walls of the physical library and provide information support for clinicians in various settings. Librarians round with patient care teams as clinical librarians. They sit on quality improvement and patient safety committees in order to provide information to those groups. Many are members of their organization's Institutional Review Board. Some of these activities are done for a specific purpose and are short-lived. Other activities become institutionalized as the value of the librarian's contribution is recognized. This article will describe examples in which hospital librarians are part of multidisciplinary teams created to improve patient care in their hospital.
