现当代管理心理学领导行为与领导风格研究成果综述

通过对现代管理心理学中领导行为和领导风格研究成果的综述认为,西方管理心理学研究的结论在中国的推广存在严重的文化障碍,必须逐步本土化才能用来指导中国的党政管理和企业管理.20世纪的中国管理心理学关于领导行为和领导作风的研究,要么停留在西方管理心理学的介绍和跨文化验证方面,要么以西方文化为背景,批评中国企业家没有现代管理的心理素质,对中国古代儒家道家文化背景下形成的治国治家思想和以党的执政理论为框架的领导科学视而不见.西方的管理心理学和中国的领导科学就象两条铁轨,难以相交,主要的障碍在于话语的转换困难.心理学的本土化道路仍然很漫长.     

Land degradation,government subsidy,and smallholders’ conservation decision: the case of the loess plateau in China

Land degradation is one of the severe environmental problems in China. In order to combat land degradation, a soil conservation program was introduced since 2000 to reduce soil erosion by converting slope-cultivated land into forestry and pasture. This paper represents the first systematic attempt to investigate the impact of the soil conservation program on land degradation in the loess plateau. The results indicate that the soil conservation program to convert slope fields into forest or pasture is an effective way to combat soil erosion. However, a subsidy that is higher than profit of land use activity of slope fields before their conversion into forest and pasture is needed to encourage farmers to join the conservation program. A policy measure to encourage and assist farmers to develop sedentary livestock by using crops produced from fields as well as fodder and forage grass from the converted slope fields might contribute to combat soil erosion. Increase in off-farm job opportunities may encourage households to reduce cultivation in slope fields. That implies a policy measure to encourage rural urbanization might contribute to combat soil erosion.     

Children’s Memory: A Primer for Understanding Behavior

This paper provides the opportunity to understand children’s behavior from a memory viewpoint. For the last three decades, cognitive developmentalists have been asking the question, “what develops in children’s memory?” Four answers to this question are presented, complete with explanations, examples, and possible applications where appropriate. The purpose of the paper is to provide early childhood educators and other practitioners who work with children a different lens through which to view children’s behavior. The memory view is compatible with current best practices in early childhood education, and may provide practitioners an additional viewpoint from which to draw when implementing developmentally appropriate practice.     

暂住证制度的存废研究

文章认为，我国的暂住证制度具有行政确认与行政许可双重法律性质，并具有前置许可的某些作用，因而该制度在现行条件下不具有正当性、合理性及合法性。暂住证制度存废的真正命运系于现行的户籍制度，其彻底废除的可能性根源于户籍制度的进一步改革，只有中国的户籍制度得到符合时代的改革，暂住证问题自会迎刃而解。     

高等教育顾客感知服务质量的实证研究

高等教育顾客感知服务质量是指高等教育服务的固有特性满足顾客明确的或潜在的要求的程度，它包括六个特性：有形性、形象性、过程性、内容性、情感性和可靠性。高等教育顾客感知服务质量比较显著地影响顾客满意感，并通过顾客满意感影响顾客行为意向。     

家庭寄养对孤残儿童社会适应行为的作用

孤残儿童是一个特殊的群体，他们的发展或多或少地有所滞后或者缺陷，在社会适应行为发展上尤为突出。寄养儿童在寄养家庭中得到了情感满足、需要满足、行为支持、心理健康发展。家庭寄养对孤残儿童的适应行为发展有着积极作用。     

Pricing policy and the college choice process

Following the presentation of a marketing management paradigm for higher educational institutions, this paper discuses some aspects of the pricing policy process in colleges and universities. A statistical model of the college choice process is developed, and some empirical results related to the effects of price, among other factors, on the collegechoice decision-making behavior process of high school seniors are presented and interpreted. The two most important factors affecting the college choice process are seen to be college quality and price-related considerations. Marketing implications of these results are discussed.Presented at the Annual Forum of the Association For Institutional Research, Houston, Texas, May 1978.

The relative impact of school‐wide positive behavior support on teachers’ perceptions of student behavior across schools,teachers, and students

School‐wide positive behavior support (SWPBS) is a systemic approach for implementing a proactive schoolwide discipline and for improving students’ academic and behavioral outcomes by targeting the school’s organizational and social culture. With a multilevel approach, the present study evaluates the relative effectiveness of SWPBS on teachers’ perceptions of the student behavior (N = 3,295) across schools, teachers, and children using a multilevel approach. We assessed teacher perception of student problem behavior five times during a 3‐year implementation of SWPBS in 23 Dutch schools. Multilevel analyses not only revealed a small increase in perceived prosocial behavior and a small decrease in problems with peers, but also different effects across children, teachers, and schools. Effects were stronger for girls and for students with higher severity of perceived problems at baseline. At teachers’ level, higher mean baseline severity of perceived problems was associated with the reduced impact of SWPBS on perceived emotional problems and problems with peers. At the school level, effects were stronger for regular schools as compared with special needs schools.
