浅谈导学群的构建

远程开放教育的教学支持服务和质量监控一直是远程开放教育发展的制约"瓶颈",也是远程教育同仁在实践中着力解决的核心问题。"六位一体、五级联动"的导学群机制的构建,较好地解决了远程开放教育中教与学分离给远程教育带来的困难与矛盾,是一种新型的开放教育管理模式。     

Reflective pedagogy: the integration of methodology and subject-matter content in a graduate-level course

This article presents a critical reflection on how we, instructors of a graduate-level course in higher education administration, sought to integrate theoretical and subject-matter content and research methodology. Our reflection, guided by autoethnography and teacher reflection, challenged both our assumptions about curriculum design and our process of designing and teaching the redesigned course. We found that our efforts to integrate course content and methodology differed from students’ prior experiences and resulted in a disconnection between their experience and the intended course learning objectives. Recommendations include understanding the degree program culture and students’ course expectations, using assignments that facilitate learning of both theory and methods, and balancing classroom discussion among theory, methodology, and the integration of the two.     

我国竞技体育后备人才培养改革

通过对专家和竞技体育后备人才基地的调查，笔者认为，以加强体教结合为核心的体制创新是解决体育后备人才队伍不断萎缩的根本出路。因此．我们必须转变观念，清除阻碍竞技体育发展在认识上、体制上、机制上、制度上以及方法手段上的障碍，并根据各地的实际情况走创新之路。     

Student outcomes and perceptions of instructors' demands and support in online and traditional classrooms

In this study, seven graduate students were interviewed and 187 (91 online; 96 traditional) graduate students were surveyed about perceptions of differences in instructors' demands and support and student' motivation, self-regulation, satisfaction, and perceptions of learning in these environments. Results indicated significant differences in students' perceptions on all variables except self-efficacy. Results indicated a strong effect for differences between perceived instructor affective support in online and traditional classrooms. Although students in traditional classrooms ranked instructors' affective support higher, the variable had a stronger relationship with online students' satisfaction. Differences between online and traditional students' reports of instructors' academic support, instructors' demands, and students' satisfaction were significant with medium effect sizes. Results are important because they provide information about students' perceptions of the differences in environments created by instructors that relate to students' affective outcomes.     

对数据仓库的认识

计算机技术的发展和各种新的需求，是数据仓库技术的产生的强大动力。数据仓库技术将从事事务处理的传统数据处理与具有分析特性的处理分离开来，使得数据仓库，结合数据库成为一个新的体系化环境。数据仓库，联机分析处理及数据挖掘构成了这一体系的三大技术，并且使得决策支持系统的真正实现成为可能。数据仓库和ＤＳＳ是密不可分的，利用了 ＤＷ技术的支持，企业的决策分析才更有真实的意义。     

Integrated MSS effects: An empirical health care investigation

Since accurate decisions are required for effective management, much research has focused on information systems that support decision making. Recently, this research has engendered frameworks, such as the management support system (MSS), that are designed to provide comprehensive and integrated support for the decision making process. Few, if any, studies have empirically measured the effects of these frameworks on decision making. This article offers empirical evidence on MSS effectiveness. It overviews the decision making process, presents an MSS for supporting the process, and assesses the influences of the MSS on the process and outcomes of health care decision making. The paper also examines the implications of the analyses for information systems research and health care practice.     

家庭支持网与农村空巢家庭养老问题

从乡土资源与现代社会保障视角看,家庭支持网在解决农村空巢家庭养老问题中发挥了极为重要但又相对有限的作用,其在农村空巢家庭养老中的角色需要进一步发掘。借助政府公共力量的投入重新发掘这一乡土资源,强化农村社区互助养老模式可为农村空巢家庭养老问题的缓解开辟新的途径。     

引导高校合理竞争 完善自主招生制度

在资源分配行政划拨和高等教育资源供不应求的卖方市场环境下,我国高校之间长期以来缺乏竞争。自主招生为高校之间争夺优质生源提供了竞争平台,提供了完善高校竞争机制的切入点。在竞争的压力下,各高校才有动力不断提高自身的办学条件,提高教学科研水平,不断改进教学内容以适应社会需求,形成多样化和特色化的人才培养方案。管理部门应该给予学校足够的自主权,并给予政策上的引导和支持,以自主招生为切入点,完善高校竞争机制,提高高校的综合实力。     

Resistance partial factor and reliability of cast ball-and-socket support joint

Considering the uncertainty of material performance, geometric characteristic and analysis method, the analysis of statistical parameters of the resistance of cast ball-and-socket support joints and the reliability analysis are carried out by JC method (improved first-order second-moment method) based on the relevant experimental data. Results show that the resistance partial factor of the joint increases with the increase of the reliability index. The resistance partial factors are suggested corresponding to the reliability index under different load combinations. Moreover, the suggested resistance partial factor is adopted in reliability design, and it is found that the reliability index of the joint is larger than the target reliability index. The optimal load combination is the one in which live load plays an important control role. Finally, based on the suggested resistance partial factors, the reliability analysis of cast ball-and-socket support joints of a project is conducted.
