模具行业人才需求浅析

模具是一种技术密集,资金密集型的产品,在我国国民经济中的地位非常重要。笔者通过对企业的走访与调研,对模具设计与制造技能型人才的需求及培养模式的探索有了新的认识,并积累了宝贵的经验,这些经验对专业教学改革有着重要的指导意义。

心灵美是人美的核心,是人最本质的美。心灵美不仅昭示了人美的社会性,心灵的美化就是人的社会化过程,而且使人的美更具丰富性、持久性和深刻性。人要打造自身的美,首先就要塑造美好的心灵。     

生活世界视域中教师的专业身份认同

在生活世界中强调作为人的教师,是其专业身份认同的前提条件。研究者与艺术家之间动态维持的张力关系构成了教师专业身份认同的可能空间,它既关注以艺术为中介的生命反思,又重视以研究为动力的自我生成。在教育实践中坚持以少为多的变革思路、形成陌生人的教师自我意象、发展教师自我的实践智慧等,则是教师专业身份认同的基本策略。     

高校创业教育的本质与逻辑

高校创业教育是指在高校中实施的、旨在培养学生现在或未来开拓事业所需素质的一种教育活动,其本质是培养人。高校创业教育的有效开展,必须要以现实的人为逻辑起点,以发展的人为逻辑终点,而要实现从起点到终点的转变,则需要在高校整个人才培养的体系框架内,不断强化对学生开拓性素质的培养。     

工学结合人才培养模式下高职学生德育途径探析

随着高等职业院校人才培养模式改革的逐步深入,以工作过程为导向的工学结合人才培养模式的推广和实施,对于如何更加有效的推进职业院校学生德教育工作的实施提供了参考。本文从目前高职院校学生德育现状分析入手,阐述了工学结合人才培养模式对高职学生德育实施的作用,从而提出学生德育实施的途径及策略,以期能为当前的高职院校德育工作实施提供帮助。     

Queer Intercultural Relationality: An Autoethnography of Asian–Black (Dis)Connections in White Gay America

For this critical intercultural inquiry, I as an Asian/Japanese transnational cisgendered gay man write my autoethnography of queer (or non-heteronormative) Asian–Black (dis)connections. Specifically, I challenge, interrogate, and problematize my queer intercultural production of desire and attraction as I engage in my critical autoethnographic interrogation of dialogues with five Asian/Japanese transnational gay men who have previously engaged in queer Asian–Black relationality. In so doing, I intend to create a potential point of departure to decenter the discursive and material effects of White gay normativity in the knowledge production of Asian queer male desire and attraction.     

Influence of upright versus time trial cycling position on determination of critical power and W′ in trained cyclists

Body position is known to alter power production and affect cycling performance. The aim of this study was to compare mechanical power output in two riding positions, and to calculate the effects on critical power (CP) and W′ estimates. Seven trained cyclists completed three peak power output efforts and three fixed-duration trial (3-, 5- and 12-min) riding with their hands on the brake lever hoods (BLH), or in a time trial position (TTP). A repeated-measures analysis of variance showed that mean power output during the 5-min trial was significantly different between BLH and TTP positions, resulting in a significantly lower estimate of CP, but not W′, for the TTP trial. In addition, TTP decreased the performance during each trial and increased the percentage difference between BLH and TTP with greater trial duration. There were no differences in pedal cadence or heart rate during the 3-min trial; however, TTP results for the 12-min trial showed a significant fall in pedal cadence and a significant rise in heart rate. The findings suggest that cycling position affects power output and influences consequent CP values. Therefore, cyclists and coaches should consider the cycling position used when calculating CP.

关于高校推广“三人制”篮球活动的研究

本文通过查阅文献资料,并运用实验法对“三人制”篮球活动的运动特点进行了研究,揭示了“三人制”篮球活动很适合大学生的生理特点和心理特点,适于在高校推广。     

Heritage sporting events: theoretical development and configurations

ABSTRACT

Although sports heritage is increasingly recognized as a potential catalyst of tourism, heritage sporting events (HSEs) are still an emerging concept in the academic literature. Notions that associate sports events and heritage remain rare, and are usually analysed through the scope of nostalgia sport tourism. This can be partly explained by an inclination to associate the notion of heritage with conventional ideas about folklore and traditional culture. Through a constructivist approach of heritage, this contribution argues that contemporary sports events, which would generally have competition as their primary focus, might also be perceived as HSEs. A comprehensive framework, built on a multi-disciplinary literature review, is presented to show the process that transforms an initial resource (a sports event) into an accomplished resource (a HSE), which might represent a competitive advantage for the territory. A qualitative–comparative analysis is conducted among 24 sports events in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, to observe the configurations of HSEs and understand which characteristics are necessary for the perceptions of a sports event as a heritage good. Interestingly, this contribution shows that if the event needs to be sustainable in the territory to be perceived as a HSE, it is not sufficient. Indeed, a differentiation strategy should be set up to distinguish the event from other more or less similar events, to be perceived as an authentic feature of the territory by the local population.
