提出一种基于引用关系构建知识库的方法,通过提取文献间相互引用的知识内容来建设知识库.把该方法应用于图书情报学科领域行试验,试验结果表明该方法是可行的.最后探讨了该方法需要进一步改进和完善的地方.

Communication quality between public service units in academic libraries can make the difference between mediocre and exceptional service. If units do not communicate well, patrons may receive inaccurate information and experience short-term frustration, leading to long-term damage to the library's reputation. Poor communication creates adverse effects on employees through decreased productivity, negative work culture, and low morale. This article explores the importance of quality communication through a review of the literature and a case study at one academic library. The authors share practical communication improvement strategies for libraries of every size and fiscal ability.     

Network member support marshaling in response to another’s relational transgression experience

Relational transgressions are emotionally difficult for those who directly experience the transgression. Less is known about how transgressions affect those located within the personal network of a relational transgression victim. This study explored how network members engaged in support marshaling in response to another’s transgression experience. Results indicate that some participants marshaled support, citing four reasons for their actions: perceived insufficiency, camaraderie, personal ramifications, and personal values. We explore these reasons for marshaling support and discuss them within the broader context of support marshaling and relational transgressions.     

中巴建交六十年:双边关系回顾与思考

自1951年中国与巴基斯坦建立外交关系以来,至2011年,双边关系迎来了60周年。回顾过去跨世纪的60年,中巴关系在几个发展阶段都呈现出一些共同的特征,无论双方国内政治格局如何变动,无论国际风云如何变幻,中国和巴基斯坦都经受住了时间的检验,将"好邻居、好朋友、好伙伴、好兄弟"的国家和人民之间的关系不断推向更高的阶段,最终形成"全天候"和"全方位"的战略合作关系,成为当代国际关系的典范,也成为维护地区和世界和平、稳定与安全的重要力量。60年的中巴交往积累了丰富的弥足珍贵的经验,可以概括为:以"和谐世界"、"和而不同"的哲学思想为出发点,互相尊重,平等相待,高度信任;从全球化角度来审视和处理两国关系是中巴能够"以不变应万变"、长期保持"全天候"和"全方位"战略合作的最佳视域;以维护对方国家核心利益为基轴,在事关领土完整、民族安全等重大问题上相互理解和支持;与时俱进,扩大互利共赢的双边经贸合作是巩固和拓展两国"特殊关系"的基石;频繁的高端互访和各领域、各层次友好往来是中巴关系长盛不衰、保持活力的根本源泉。事实上,这种非同一般的关系已经远远超越双边和地区范畴,对全世界都有借鉴意义。

通过一系列的实例分析，指出《中国图书馆分类法》4版个人著作集归类中存在的一些问题，并提出：“党的领导人”类目范围应扩大到对党的建立和发展起过重大作用的领导人；关于历史人物政治理论方面的个人著作集应归属于当时的政治制度史；对于跨学科、综合性的个人著作集，社会科学内容的入C类，自然科学内容的入N类，只有横跨C、N两大类内容的才入Z类等。     

集体主义对英文写作的影响——关于人称代词的个案研究

文章以语言与文化的关系为理论基础，以人称代词和个人主义以及集体主义文化之间的关系为切入点，深入分析了集体主义文化对英语作文的潜意识影响在人称代词方面的表现以及基本认知模式，认为在英语作文教学中不仅要注意语篇、句法和修辞等方面的训练，更要注意英汉文化的区别以及学生的跨文化写作互动意识，尽量避免汉语文化在英语写作中的文化迁移现象。
