高职院校辅导员促进学风建设的几点思考

在这个充满诸多干扰的时代,高校学风普遍存在着一些问题,特别是高职院校。本文在探讨了高职院校学风的主要问题及分析引发其成因的基础上,从辅导员的角度来谈如何改善高职院校学风的几点思考。     

ERP企业沙盘模拟经营教学中的挫折教育

随着社会的发展,企业对管理人才的需求与高校对人才的培养模式产生了冲突,高校必须强化实践教学环节,充分利用各种手段培养学生独立自主的、创新性的分析和解决问题的能力。在沙盘模拟教学中营造挫折环境,可以很好的培养学生毕业后团队合作、坦然面对失败的能力,以及面对困难时的创新性的分析、解决问题的能力。     

休闲与物理学创造的双向互动性

休闲是科学诞生的基本条件之一。作为时间形态存在着的休闲（闲暇时间）是物理学创造活动得以进行的基本保证,而作为实践形态而存在的休闲则极大地推动了物理学的突飞猛进,并通过技术的中介,给人类社会带来了高度的物质文明和精神文明,反过来在延长了休闲时间的同时,又丰富了休闲的内容与方式。在当今知识爆炸时代与信息化时代,无论是对任何一门学科的教学而言,学校主管部门特别是具体授课者,都应该力求做到得心应手地给学生＂留下空间＂。因为只要有了空间,学生就不仅能够在积极向上、形式各异、多姿多彩的校园文化这个心灵的驿站中,获得精神的慰藉,从而陶冶了情操、恢复了体能、增强了交际能力;而且还能够充分利用课余的闲暇时间,在开放性、交互性、共享性、协作性和自主性的信息化环境中,积极主动地去猎取适合发展自己个性特长的有关知识,进而使他们的知识结构,能够跟得上新知识、新学科与日俱增的时代步伐。     

Aiming for autonomy: formative peer assessment in a final-year undergraduate course

This article takes a dual focus on the theme of student formative peer assessment. On the one hand it offers a thorough literature review in this field, while on the other it unpacks a case study of curriculum design where peer assessment has been adopted. The practical example draws on recent changes made to a third- and final-year undergraduate research dissertation course in a UK architectural school. Although peer assessment worked quite well in this small setting, similar findings might be uncovered when scaled up to larger cohorts, as well as other disciplines and year groups. The research findings are certainly relevant for other contexts. Qualitative research from a focus group with six students on the course informs the empirical body of the paper. Through engaging with students’ reflections, as well as the relevant literature, and reflexively looking at the curriculum changes, this paper discusses some of the benefits and drawbacks that can arise from peer assessment in this context. Peer assessment is not without its challenges and hiccups, but, despite these, the benefit to autonomous critical thinking cannot be understated. And arguably peer assessment is especially germane for final-year undergraduates as they embark on employment or more advanced studies.     

The role of a digital engineering platform in appropriating the creation of new work-related mind-set and organisational discourse in a large multi-national company

This paper reports on a case study involving a strategic and innovative approach to creation of an in-house multifaceted digital engineering platform (the DEP) in overcoming a number of organisational problems at a multinational engineering company. The DEP was to be used strategically for simplifying the operational complexity and to create and appropriate new work-related mind-set and new organisational discourse to achieve homogenous working across the organisation, which is a huge challenge. The need for this system emerged from the need to resolve many organisational services related problems that carried phenomenal amount of processes, health and safety risks and to regulate, and, control the running of engineering project. Research data were collected using a longitudinal case study approach over a period of six months. In order to make sense of how the DEP helped the organisation, the study used certain elements of Extended Structuration Theory as a lens to assess the case study. This research discovered that the DEP succeeded in creating and appropriating work-related mind-set and organisational discourse. It also had real influence on working processes and employees at all levels while encouraging transparency, responsiveness, agility and accountability. It continues to help the organisation to govern, manage and maintain good standard of service but many barriers still remain.     

大型赛事赞助、网络关注度与企业市场价值--2018年俄罗斯世界杯中国赞助商实证研究

企业赞助大型体育赛事目的是为了提升企业的市场价值,针对多家中国企业赞助2018年俄罗斯世界杯的事件,用事件研究方法考察了企业签约赞助和开赛日2个阶段股票价格的异常收益波动,并用百度指数研究了网络关注度对异常收益的影响关系。研究发现,中国企业赞助俄罗斯世界杯,在签约事件窗口内企业获得正向的市场绩效,而在开赛日事件窗口内企业获得负向的市场绩效。百度指数与股票异常收益的关系,说明网络关注度对事件影响产生催化剂的作用。研究结果表明,企业赞助大型赛事需要注重短期和长期的效果,注意防止过度炒作,并要积极采用营销组合的手段扩大赞助带来的影响和收益。     

Implementing Student‐Centered Learning Practices in a Large Enrollment,Introductory Food Science and Human Nutrition Course

Informed by the latest research on how people learn, effective teachers address both aspects of the teaching–learning equation—they engage students in the course material by implementing best teaching practices and they prepare students for learning by sharing best learning practices. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of student‐centered learning practices on students’ perceptions of their ability to learn, specifically in a large enrollment, introductory food science and human nutrition course. Featured student‐centered learning practices included required assignments, optional study tools, and supplemental learning resources. A mixed method survey instrument with 5‐point Likert scales and qualitative, open‐ended questions was used to determine students’ (1) use of optional study tools and supplemental learning resources; (2) perceptions as to the quality and impact of required assignments, optional study tools, and supplemental learning resources to enhance their ability to learn; (3) perceptions as to the usefulness of required assignments, optional study tools, and supplemental learning resources to help them perform better in this course; and (4) overall satisfaction, as a learner, in this course. Overall, students identified study guides (developed using Bloom's taxonomy action verbs) (Mean = 4.34), microthemes (Mean = 4.27), and quizzes (Mean = 4.11) as the most beneficial resources to enhance their learning of the course material. Overall, 85% of students said they were extremely or very satisfied as learners in the course and nearly 75% of the students said the student‐centered learning practices should be offered to future FSHN 101 students.     

Adolescents’ autonomous functioning and implicit theories of ability as predictors of their school achievement and week-to-week study regulation and well-being

Research on students’ motivation has mainly focused on interpersonal differences rather than on the ongoing, intrapersonal dynamics that forge students’ everyday life. In this five-month longitudinal (diary) study, we recruited a sample of 179 high school students from Greece (35.8% males; M_age = 16.27; SD = 1.02) to investigate through multilevel analyses the ongoing dynamics of students’ motivation. We did so by examining the relation between autonomous functioning and aspects of study regulation (namely, study efforts and procrastination) and well-being (namely, subjective vitality and depressive feelings). After controlling for perceived competence, we found week-to-week autonomous functioning to relate positively to study efforts and subjective vitality and negatively to procrastination and depressive feelings. Interestingly, implicit theories of ability - the degree to which one believes that ability is fixed or amenable - were found to moderate the week-to-week relations of autonomous functioning to study efforts and homework procrastination. In particular, autonomous functioning co-varied positively to study efforts and negatively to homework procrastination only among students who believed that ability is malleable. Also, beliefs that ability is fixed predicted poorer grades, lower mean levels of study efforts, and higher homework procrastination. The results underscore the necessity of taking a more dynamic view when studying motivational phenomena and the importance of jointly considering the implicit theory framework and self-determination theory.     

关于二手房贷款风险控制的对策研究

日本小学综合性学习活动的实施特点及其启示——以东京都大田区矢口小学六年级“新矢口渡调查”为例

随着课程改革的不断深入,综合性学习活动的实施及价值备受关注。本文以东京都大田区矢口小学六年级的新矢口渡调查为例,通过对矢口小学六年级学生新矢口渡调查活动的组织、实施及评价过程的考察,分析了日本小学综合性学习活动的特点,以期为我国中小学有效开展综合实践活动提供必要的参考和借鉴。
