敏捷制造环境下供应链管理的几个新问题

在全球化的制造环境里，供应链之间的竞争正在逐步取代传统的单个企业之间的竞争，供应链管理已经成为实施敏捷制造的重要环节。本总结了国内外供应链研究的最新进展及其发展方向，着重分析了敏捷供应链管理，全面供应链管理，客户化供应链管理，供应链结构评价，供应链结构匹配性等问题，同时，结合我制造业的实际情况与需求，探讨了实施供应链管理的区域性，层次性和多元化等问题。     

跨文化交流与接辞的形成——中日语言中“～的”的历时态研究

＂～的＂是在日语中使用频率高、用法多样、意义丰富的汉语系接辞之一。迄今为止,对于＂～的＂的共时研究比较多,尤其是从语法论的角度来进行的对比研究较多,而历时态研究较少。从语言交际的角度更深层次地、历时态地考察日语＂～的＂,同时,通过本研究来考察＂～的＂的发生、发展直至稳定的过程,从语法的角度进行归纳梳理,最终目的是希望为今后的日语语言学历时态的研究提供借鉴。     

追求卓越的永恒动力——美国大学社会责任研究

19世纪60年代至20世纪初,现代大学的社会责任开始形成,并在美国率先得以确立。本文讨论大学社会责任的概念与内涵,回顾美国大学社会责任的形成与兴起,通过对休斯顿大学的个案研究,考察美国大学社会责任的内容与履行,研究结论对我国高校具有重要的借鉴意义。     

通过研究性学习推进教学过程最优化研究

教学过程可分为课堂内的理论教学和课堂外的实践教学,分别实施互动式课堂教学模式和产学研结合的实践教学模式,培养和提高学生独立思考、解决和探索科学研究问题的能力,同时可把教学过程的优化与强化研究性学习有机地联系起来,并结合课堂教学过程,建立专业课程论文制度,培养和提高学生的论文撰写能力及综合素质,是进一步深化教学改革和提高教学效果的一个有益尝试。

智慧型课堂的关键特征是机智地教学,创建智慧型课堂需要研究课堂,全面改革备课、听课和评课诸环节。课例研究意味着一种教学研究方式的转变,强调深入不确凿的教学世界进行思考,以适宜智慧型课堂的探究。具体而言,它反映了从理论的实践转向实践中的理论、从教的研究转向学的研究、从单一性研究团队转向多质性研究团队、从归类评级转向鉴赏批评四个视角的转换。围绕课例研究:共建智慧型课堂的主题,在浙江四所学校开展了课例研究实践,从教学设计改进、三维观课框架到课例研究方案,创造性地构建了智慧型课堂。     

化学与社会类课程网络教学资源体系建设比较研究——以中国和美国“化学与社会”类课程主要网站为例

网络教学资源体系建设是加快教育信息化进程的重要步骤。化学与社会类课程的网络教学资源体系建设具有迫切的使用需要和明显的资源优势。从定位、内容和研发三个维度对中美此类代表性课程分析比较表明,存在橱窗秀与工作坊两种主要实际定位,存在课堂搬家与深度加工两种主要内容模式,存在一校之力与校企联盟两种主要研发途径。确立立足于使用的建设理念、拓展内容设计模式、走校企联合的研发之路是课程网络教学资源体系建设的必由之路。     

中国从业者职业成功评定标准相关问题探讨——一项个案研究

职业成功评定标准的确立对于促进从业者身心和谐具有现实意义。大多数学者的关注点都在于主客观评定标准的进一步分割和厘定,并未关注两种衡量标准之间的作用与影响。该文针对这一研究短板,突破现有研究范式,采用个案研究的方式,分析了主观职业成功与客观职业成功之间的相互作用,并发现职业发展阶段和社会性因素在二者作用关系中起到调节作用。在分析基础上提出主客观标准相互作用理论模型。     

国语运动与汉字检字法改革

汉字检字法属于汉字字序的范畴,有较强的继承性。由于不便于检索而有碍于普及民众教育,因此受国语运动的影响,发生了我国首次汉字检字法改革运动,改革对象是《康熙字典》部首法,关于现代汉字检字法的应用和理论研究由此展开,意义重大。新生了号码检字法,完善了笔形笔画检字法,改良了部首法,历经百年几代人努力,使现代汉字检字法真正地建立了起来。     

The Experience of Doctoral Studies in the UK and France: differences in epistemology,research objects and training

This article investigates how doctoral students perceive their research education in different disciplines in two higher education systems, the UK and France. It explores what underlies the diversity of doctoral students' experiences. Three theoretical positions are identified: the epistemological position, conceptualisation of research objects and organisational structures of research training. A questionnaire on the experiences of research training was distributed to doctoral students in Economics & Management (representative of social sciences) and Chemistry (representative of natural sciences) in France and was compared to a survey carried out earlier in Education (representative of social sciences) and Chemistry (representative of natural sciences) in the UK. Strikingly, similar disciplinary patterns were found in the doctoral research experiences in the two countries. The findings were used to review the three theoretical positions on the experiences of doctoral studies.     

A model for incorporating lesson study into the student teaching placement: what worked and what did not?

This article describes a model for incorporating lesson study into the student teaching placement and reports on the success of the implementation of such a model with student teachers and their cooperating teachers (CTs). Student teachers had the opportunity to discuss many important ideas with each other and their CTs, including “big ideas” of mathematics, and the anticipation of student questions and possible responses. Student teachers also had a built‐in opportunity for peer observation on a regular basis and the opportunity to collaborate with their peers. Certain important aspects of lesson study were not present in this implementation: the teachers involved did not discuss the gaps in their own knowledge with the goal of improving their own mathematical understanding, they did not refer outside sources for ideas for the lessons, and they did not have an overarching affective goal for students. Suggestions are made for teacher preparation in light of these findings.
