一元与多样：青年学生价值观形成的艰难抉择

学生时代是人生价值观形成的关键时期,而在价值取向呈现多样性的今天,如果对青年学生人生价值观的形成缺乏积极引导,那么他们的价值取向将会变得无所适从甚至扭曲。加强和改进学校的思想政治教育,坚持社会主义核心价值体系的主导地位,引领和整合多样化的思想观念和社会思潮,巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,才能帮助青年学生形成正确的人生价值观。     

WHO NEEDS OR DELIVERS DIVERSITY TRAINING?

This article engages with key questions concerning diversity training issues and trends related to media professionals in contemporary Europe. It draws on interviews with 68 senior journalists and media professionals working in six Member States of the European Union. The study on which this article is based included interview questions on four aspects of ethno-cultural diversity in European media (content, recruitment, newsmaking and training), for which interviewees were asked to comment generally and in respect of their own media organisations. This particular article focuses on responses given to questions about diversity training. On the whole, our research finds considerable variation across Member States in terms of opportunities provided for diversity training yet also that interviewees (in the main) are broadly supportive of it, if somewhat hesitant about its implementation and likely effects.

问卷调查分析了北方某城市污水处理厂职业卫生教育与职业健康状况。该污水处理厂职工接受职业卫生教育培训比例超过80%;一线职工和非一线职工对臭气、化学毒物和噪声等三个职业危害的认知比例分别超过79%和50%;一线职工和非一线职工报告有呼吸道粘膜刺激症状的比例分别高达71%和64%,报告有皮炎症状的比例分别为46%和21%。应进一步加强职工职业卫生教育培训,提高职业危害因素识别和防护意识。     

Preservice teachers’ views of global citizenship and implications for global citizenship education

Global citizenship (GC) is becoming increasingly significant as a desirable graduate attribute in the context of increasing globalisation and cultural diversity. However, both the means and ends of GC education are influenced by a divergent range of conceptualizations. The aim of this research project was to investigate preservice teachers’ understandings of global citizenship, with a particular focus on cultural diversity. Pre-service teachers (PSTs) participated in interviews, and findings indicated that they were uncertain about the idea of global citizenship, sought harmony and a desire for sameness in culturally diverse relationships, and held ethnocentric, paternalistic and salvationist views about the ‘Other’. Drawing on these findings, we present a framework incorporating technicist, humanistic and postcritical conceptions as a tool for analysis of GCE approaches, their means and ends.     

重庆四面山常绿阔叶林群落的排序与环境解释

本文通过对重庆四面山常绿阔叶林群落的ＮＭＤＳ排序，研究了该区植物群落分布与环境之间的相互关系，并应用植物群落的排序值与环境因子的多元回归分析给出了植物群落类型与生态梯度的定量环境解释。结果表明：ＮＭＤＳ排序较好地反映了植物群落与环境的变异。四面山常绿阔叶林群落类型及分布主要取决于海拔高度和土壤含水量，并可通过与环境参数的回归模型定量地确定。

通过已感土壤根结线虫病的四季豆田间取样研究 ,结果表明 :危害四季豆生产的土壤根结线虫居群为南方根结线虫 (M .incognita)种 ;造成四季豆感病的直接原因是四季豆属于南方根结线虫的寄主植物
