"三通两平台"体现了信息技术与教学实践相结合的核心理念,它的应用改变了传统的教育教学模式,提高了课堂教学效果。文章在分析"三通两平台"应用中存在的问题基础上,探索"三通两平台"在英语教学中的应用策略:改变传统教学观念、加强重视程度,加强对英语教师的培训,制定激励方案、调动教师的积极性。     

Brave new platforms: a possible platform future for highly decentralised schooling

ABSTRACT

Sweden has one of the most marketised and decentralised school systems in the world while also ranking amongst countries with the highest levels of access to technology in classrooms. Considering the increasingly central role that digital platforms play in the practices of schooling, this article speculates on what might happen during the 2020s in highly decentralised school systems like Sweden’s. Based on current trends in education, directions indicated by platformisation in other contexts and taking a critical speculative approach, it offers a discussion of what could happen to the practices of schooling and the public mission of education. This discussion is intended to raise important questions for researchers, educators and policy makers to consider as the platformisation of schooling unfolds.     

基于卷积神经网络的海洋平台损伤识别实验系统开发

将卷积神经网络(CNN)引入到海洋平台损伤识别应用中,开发了基于一维CNN的导管架式海洋平台损伤识别实验系统。构建一维CNN结构损伤识别模型,基于振动台规则波激励获取导管架式海洋平台模型的应变响应实测数据,将实测数据分为训练集和测试集,进行CNN网络的训练和测试。在此过程中,考虑了完好工况、单损伤、多损伤等不同损伤位置共7个模拟工况。实验结果表明,一维CNN可以有效地识别海洋平台结构损伤位置,开发的实验系统可进一步扩展其功能。     

Epistemology,ontology and ethics: ‘galaxies away from the engineering world’?

Philosophy of technology/philosophy of science has recently become part of the curriculum of engineering degree programmes in Denmark. However, to what extent do teachers of engineering see it as meaningful for students to work with relatively abstract philosophical concepts such as epistemology, ontology and ethics as part of engineering degree programmes? And what, if any, are the complexities and difficulties in implementing philosophical questioning into engineering curricula? Do teachers tend to see philosophy of science as a kind of ‘Trojan horse’ – an unwelcome idea that will defocus engineering degree courses and steal time from more important subjects? Or do they see it as a necessary and welcome addition to engineering curricula that will result in more qualified and free-thinking engineering graduates? Subsequently these issues are discussed in the light of findings in an empirical case study carried out by the authors at their Institute.     

E-learning平台中信息集成与互用的挑战及研究

随着信息通讯技术和网络技术的快速发展,E-learning(电子学习)成为知识时代下支持终生教育和普及教育的一个重要手段,其所依赖的学习平台也在技术的进步下日益改进.但目前的学习平台的服务功能方面依然有许多不足之处,还不能满足学习者的更多个性化需要.要让学习者更主动地、更动态地参与到学习过程中,学习平台要在适应性超媒体、语义网等相关技术的支持下,建立以服务为导向的系统架构思想,走向模块化和个性化.文章讨论了E-learning平台的发展及目前所面临的主要挑战,并总结了支持下一代学习平台的信息集成与互用的思路与技术.     

Emergency management in the changing world of social media: Framing the research agenda with the stakeholders through engaged scholarship

The use of social media and Web 2.0 platforms is proliferating and affecting different formal and highly structured organisations including public safety agencies. Much of the research in the area has focussed on public use of social media during an emergency as well as how emergency agencies benefit from the data and information generated by this process. However, there is little understanding of “what are the operational implications of this public use on emergency management agencies and how does social media either positively or negatively impact these operations”? In order to progress research into this topic, we chose an engaged scholarship framework to shape a research agenda with the active participation of stakeholders. Hence, we conducted a series of workshops primarily involving over 100 public safety practitioners working in the area of disasters and emergency management who work in public safety agencies, humanitarian organisations, volunteering online platforms and volunteer groups in addition to 20 academics working on this area of enquiry. The findings highlight six different challenges that emergency responding organisations currently face in relation to social media use. We conceptualise these challenges as creating six operational tension zones for organisations. We discuss these tensions and their implications for future research and practice.     

基于全过程管理理念的文献情报项目评价体系的构建与实践——以群组平台项目为例

[目的/意义] 将全过程管理的理论方法融入文献情报项目评价研究之中,构建一套较为完整的文献情报项目评价的全过程管理体系,为图书情报学领域其他项目的评价工作提供可参考的理论模型和实践经验。[方法/过程] 梳理全过程管理理念下的文献情报项目评价的影响因素和管理特征,从4个维度构建基于全过程管理理念的文献情报项目评价体系,并以群组平台项目为例开展实证研究,建立一套基于全过程管理理念的群组平台项目评价体系用以实施项目评价工作。[结果/结论] 从“结构维度”“指标维度”“时间维度”和“策略维度”4个方面较为全面地分析了文献情报项目评价的影响因素和管理特征,设计了一套涵盖“前期基础”“团队建设”“建设路线”“内容建设”“成效建设”“管理机制”和“可持续发展”7项属性的项目评价指标体系,并按照项目评价管理全过程中的“项目计划评价”“项目申报评价”“项目实施评价”“项目验收评价”和“项目后建设评价”5个时间阶段形成针对不同时期的项目评价动态指标方案,同时制定了多项实施策略提升项目评价的管理实施效果。基于全过程管理理念的群组平台项目评价体系的构建,有效支撑群组平台项目评价工作的有序化、合理化和制度化开展。     

Digital platforms and transformational entrepreneurship during the COVID-19 crisis

There has been an increased usage and popularity of digital platforms during the COVID-19 crisis. This has resulted in many new types of digital platforms emerging that are tied to specific localities and based on emergent needs. This article presents the results of a study on the ClickforVic digital platform that was started during the first 2020 lockdown in Melbourne, Australia as a way for country farmers to connect with urban consumers. The study is premised on transformational entrepreneurship theory that enables a focus on the societal changes that have resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic. A semi-structured in-depth interview approach was utilised to understand how farm entrepreneurs perceived the digital platform and how this contributed to transformational entrepreneurship outcomes. The study is amongst the first to incorporate a digital platform, farm entrepreneurship, transformational entrepreneurship and COVID-19 perspective. The findings suggest that farm entrepreneurs are driven by financial, social and community goals during a crisis that influences their usage of digital platforms. As a consequence, the findings contribute to managerial practice and policy debate by highlighting the way digital platforms can be used in times of crisis to produce transformational entrepreneurship outcomes.
