法的规范化、系统化的理性思考

中国在依法治国的实践中，不但要注重立法的健全和完善、简洁和通俗，同时更要注意法的规范化和系统化，使法对于社会和公民的价值需求得以全面实现。     

胡适周作人的平民文学观比较——兼谈平民文学的界定

胡适、周作人都站在人文主义立场上倡导过平民文学。但胡适的平民文学观又与周作人有诸多不同。在胡适那里,平民文学不仅中国自古就有,而且与国语文学、白话文学、民间文学、通俗文学等都是相通甚至相同的。这种诠释起码失之宽泛。事实上平民文学是19世纪末20世纪初兴起的思想启蒙运动和平民主义的产物,是一种具备现代性的、视新文学作家为创造主体的文学观念和创作主张,周作人的理论首倡正体现着这些涵义。随后,不仅有新文学作家的创作实践,毛泽东、阿英、郑伯奇、鲁迅等人也都是依循这些涵义做出或发表对平民文学的评价或看法的。     

明清白话小说俗语词例释

明清白话小说是研究近代汉语的重要材料,其中大量的方俗语词为近代汉语词汇研究提供了丰富的语料。研究这些特殊的词语对汉语词汇史、大型语文辞书的编纂以及古籍的校勘整理等有着重要的意义。本文摘取明清白话小说俗语词十余条,分“字面普通而义别”、“字面生涩而义晦”及虚词三类,试加诠释。     

Problematizing public engagement within public pedagogy research and practice

In this article, we explore issues related to how scholars attempt to enact public pedagogy (i.e. doing ‘public engagement’ work) and how they research public pedagogy (i.e. framing and researching artistic and activist ‘public engagement’ as public pedagogy). We focus specifically on three interrelated issues we believe should be addressed by scholars as they continue to theorize, enact, and analyze public pedagogies in the broader public sphere: (a) power dynamics embedded in individualized versus more collective enactments of public intellectualism; (b) conflicting and complicated conceptualizations of the relationship between the public pedagogue and the public, and how that relationship should be enacted; and (c) ethical issues surrounding the framing of public engagement and activist work under the umbrella of ‘pedagogy’.     

当代管理心理学研究的热点与重心

管理心理学是在管理科学与心理科学的边缘上发展形成的一门研究人的心理与行为的科学。近年来，由于管理心理学不断地应用于社会实践，因此其本身在理论研究和实际应用方面均得到了飞速的发展。当代管理心理学的研究热点主要集中在组织变革、领导行为、激励问题、组织文化等方面。我国的管理心理学是在西方管理心理学的理论与实践的基础上发展起来的，所以其理论在某些方面并不适应我国的具体情况，而且其理论本身也有待进一步深入，尤其是如何发展和创立有中国特色的管理心理学的理论体系和研究方法，是我们应该重点思考与探索的。     

明清八股文三考

八股文在明清时期的科举考试中,占有十分重要的地位,且流传和影响十分广泛,但其中的一些"细节"问题尚有待于深入考订.八股文之称"时文",有与时俱进等多层含义;八股文专场考试又名"前场",反映出明清统治者以科举考试推行程朱理学的目的;八股文代言的最高境界并非惟妙惟肖,越像越好.

《Tao杌闲评》前绍《金瓶梅》，后启《官场现形记》等谴责小说，是明清世情小说发展史上不可忽视的一个链条。它对《金瓶梅》的继承主要表现在立意和多层次塑造人物形象两个方面；它对《官场现形记》等谴责小说的影响主要表现对官场黑幕的暴露和笔法上的痛快淋漓的谴责两个方面。抒情写意性则是《Tao杌闲评》体现出来的新的艺术素质。     

Individualisation in Swedish Adult Education and the Shaping of Neo-liberal Subjectivities

In this article we have analysed the ways a discourse on individualisation is taking shape within adult education in Sweden, how it operates, and what effects it has in terms of shaping student subjectivity. Drawing on a post-structural theorisation we analyse interviews with teachers and students in municipal adult education and folk high schools (FHS). The analysis illustrates how both institutions contribute to the shaping of individualised subjectivities, although differently. At the end, a general question is raised about what happens with the democratic function of adult education in general when a discourse on individualisation operates in the ways described and, more specifically, asks what is happening to FHS as an educational practice that upholds its self-image as a last bastion of a collective notion of learning and subjectivity and nurturing an educational practice of learning democracy?

通过对二月河、唐浩明等人创作的长篇历史小说研究的梳理,指出学界对历史小说研究中"大众"视角的缺乏。"大众"视角包含着具体的诗学意蕴、观念意蕴和接受图景,它不仅是研究视角的转移,也包含着研究者身份认同的调整和研究过程拓展的必然,这在历史小说研究中有重要地位。

科普对培养高素质的人才具有重要的作用，是和学校教育相辅相成的社会教育的重要组成部分。而科普创作是培养锻炼大学生观察能力、思维能力、表达能力，有时还包括某些操作能力的过程，是大学生一门不可忽视的基本功。
