超声电机振子驱动定位齿设计

设计一种旋转驻波超声电机振子驱动定位齿,可以实现对超声电机预先调整振子齿位置,达到精确定位.通过使用有限元分析软件对电机振子振动模态进行分析,设计了振子的尺寸,并制作了原理样机.实现了输入电压260 V,共振频率为40.55 kHz时,输出力矩17N＆#183;m.     

LGBTQ literature in middle school classrooms: possibilities for challenging heteronormative environments

This paper uses a case study approach to examine how the heteronormative nature of one middle school setting and classroom environment shapes the climate of safety, support and learning for LGBTQ students when they are engaged in studying a novel with a gay character. Heteronormative environments inform and shape positioning of and by students and teacher, impacting how knowledge is created, processed and applied. LGBTQ literature integrated into the classroom curriculum invites opportunities for possibilities through windows and mirrors for exploration of the world and self. Heteronormativity, positioning and LGBTQ literature thereby become interactive catalysts that create and foreclose possibilities and impossibilities for student learning. Three themes emerged from the study that reveal positioning and possibilities when studying a text with a gay character: (1) the school environment and classroom context positioned students as heterosexual; (2) students and teacher positioned gender performance and sexual identity as other; and (3) while the text acted as both a window and a mirror, the teacher and students consistently framed different, and sometimes contradictory, views for each other. Together, these themes reflect a nested understanding of gender performance and sexual identity that subscribed to heterosexual norms and limited possibilities for LGBTQ students.     

改进的传输层非对称加密方案设计

合作方协同设计的PDM项目中,采用Web Services模式下分布式数据系统,在进行数据传输时,既要符合系统安全性,又要满足系统易用性、效率等非功能需求,对数据传输层在传统的非对称加密方案上重新进行设计,加入了自定义的算法,设计了一种改进了的传输层非对称加密方案。     

中高职课程体系衔接研究

中高职教育衔接在国家职业教育体系中的地位日益提高,课程体系衔接是中高职教育衔接关键环节;调查研究发现,中高职课程体系衔接中存在课程设置不当、教学内容重复等问题;其原因主要是,人才培养目标定位模糊、生源素质和师资力量等存在问题;为此,研究提出,重在改善师资队伍等建议,以顺利推进中高职课程体系有效衔接。     

Construction scheme comparison with comprehensive evaluation of independent perspectives

Considering both the characteristics of construction scheme evaluation and the lack of consideration of index proportionality after introducing comprehensive evaluation of independent perspectives into construction scheme evaluation, a construction scheme evaluation model of independent perspectives was put forward through the study and optimization of comprehensive evaluation of independent perspectives. The feasibility and rationality of the optimized method were illustrated through a case study and the evaluation results were compared between the optimized method and non-optimized method. The ootimized method has the nractical value in construction scheme comparison.

就郑汴新区的定位和发展方向提出了自己的看法,提出郑州、开封、郑汴新区应该通过一体化发展最终形成一个超级大城市.从文化底蕴、历史内涵和国内外认可度,城市名称应定名为开封.文章还就城市安全,即消除黄河水患威胁提出开挖第二黄河,以利防洪、灌溉、水运发展等建议.     

Re-imagining teachers’ identity and professionalism under the condition of international education

Around the world, 4.3 million students are engaged in international education each year. However, there is a paucity in theory and empirical research on teachers’ professionalism in international education. This paper aims to fill out this gap and contribute to our understanding of teachers’ changing roles and identity due to the impact of internationalisation and the growth of international students. Drawing on positioning theory as a conceptual framework to understand teachers’ roles and identity, this paper shows the emergence of teacher sub-identities as a reciprocal intercultural learner and an adaptive agent. It argues that these sub-identities are central to teachers’ development of cosmopolitan qualities in the contemporary context of international education.
