体育教师肯定的评价与学生积极自我意识的形成

新的体育与健康课程标准突出强调要促进学生健康心理的发展 ,健康的心理即完善的人格 ,积极自我意识的形成对完善人格具有决定性作用。根据美国心理学家贝姆改变自我意识理论 ,体育教师应提高自身整体素质 ,组织调控肯定的教育环境 ,并采用适当的肯定评价技巧 ,多角度看待学生 ,从而引导学生主动建构积极自我意识 ,完善人格 ,使其更加符合时代发展的需要。

通过分析我国大众传媒对高校思想政治课教学的积极和消极影响,提出了正确把握大众传媒影响与思想政治课教学之间关系的建议。     

Through the Dąbrowski Lens: A Fresh Examination of the Theory of Positive Disintegration

D?browski’s theory of positive disintegration is an emotion-centered, nonontogenetic, five-level theory of personality development where the experience of all emotions is essential for the process of growth. In this article, we examine the complexities of the three factors of development, which are essential to the notion of development within the theory of positive disintegration. We elaborate on the relationships between these factors, depict the processes and interactions in a new graphical framework, provide associated explanations, and support these by additional references to D?browski’s original writings.     

Hopes for the future: demographic and personal resources associated with self-perceived employability and actual employment among senior year students

Undergraduates approaching completion of their studies may embrace the prospect of entry into the world of work as a challenge or conversely, may view it with trepidation. This study explores three major personal resources that may be associated with how young undergraduates view their future employability: perceived hope, grit and emotional intelligence. Demographics associated in the literature with perceived chance of employment – gender, age and having a learning disability – were also included in the study. The participants were college students in their senior year (n = 584), studying in a variety of undergraduate programmes. Results show that perceived hope and grit were positively associated with perceived employability whereas the relationship with emotional intelligence was more complex. None of the demographics associated with perceived employability.

引入积极情绪、供给需求匹配作为中间变量,建立支持型组织责任影响员工创新行为的有调节的中介效应模型。实证研究结果显示,支持型组织责任对员工创新行为具有积极的正向影响,其效用受到供给需求匹配的调节;人际支持完全通过个体积极情绪来影响员工创新行为,组织支持对员工创新行为的影响部分受到个体积极情绪的中介;积极情绪对员工创新行为的影响受到供给需求匹配的调节,研究结论有效地解释了以往研究的分歧。     

正项级数两种判别法的比较

讨论了正项级数的两种判别法：比值判别法和根值判别法，以及两者的关系，得出凡是可用比值判别法的正项级数必能用根值判别法，逆命题不成立，根据具体问题的特点采用不同的方法，解题得难以程度不同。     

激光三角法测量的误差研究

激光三角法测量是三维曲面非接触测量的主要方法之一，但测量精度受到本身结构和被测物体特性及环境因素等多方面的影响。本文简要介绍了激光三角法测量的原理，通过对一种型号的激光位移传感器的实验，对激光三角法测距由于被测物体表面特性不同和变化所引起的误盖进行了全面地分析和研究，井针对不同误差原因提出了改进的方法。     

我国区域R＆D投入绩效评价研究

针对R＆D活动绩效评价中大多没有将R＆D投入作为成本看待的做法,引入经济效率概念,指出在R＆D投入绩效评价中应贯彻产出/投入分析的思想。并尝试运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国30个省市的R＆D投入绩效进行测度与评价,着重分析了东、中、西部三大地区R＆D投入绩效的差异。     

20世纪60年代初期“借田渡荒”政策述论

20世纪60年代初期,在开展生产自救的过程中,湖南、福建、河南等省提出并实施了"借田渡荒"政策,即把属于生产队集体所有的一部分土地借给社员耕种,收获归己。这一政策为战胜当时的农业危机起到了重要的积极作用。     

网络舆论中的蝴蝶效应：混沌理论视野的解释

由微内容引起的网络反腐、网络流言、网络造星等＂舆论风暴＂被喻为网络舆论的蝴蝶效应。该概念在学界存在一定程度的异化现象。只有将蝴蝶效应置于混沌学视野的复杂动力学图谱,引入自组织概念,才能避免网络舆论先天不足偏见。研究发现,奇异吸引子触动网络舆论蝴蝶效应的舆论扳机,正反馈集聚引发连锁反应,信息与观点的分形与迭代贯穿其全过程。
