反转课堂式教学模式在留学生妇产科临床教学中的探索研究

针对妇产科临床实习带教学生分别采用传统"灌输式"教学与留学生参与式反转课堂式教学方法,比较两组留学生对妇产科基本理论、基本技能及临床技能(包括病史采集、病历书写、现场分析及提出治疗措施等)掌握的程度,发现反转课堂式教学方法有较好的教学效果。

高职院校工科专业学生顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养工作中的重要组成部分。顶岗实习作为重要教学环节之一,对于促进学生成才成长具有重要的作用。高职院校应将顶岗实习与就业联系起来,形成一体化机制,坚持顶岗实习、毕业设计、就业的深度融合,将职业教育与企业实际结合起来,为社会培养所需要的应用型人才。     

Implementing Effective Internships: A Case Study of Work-Integrated Learning in a Chinese Undergraduate University

Chinese local undergraduate universities are in a process of transition into universities of applied sciences. Important aspects of this include strengthening cooperation between universities and industry, cultivating applied talent needed in industry, improving students’ employment rates, and promoting economic development. Internships are an important way to help students gain practical experience and deepen university-industry cooperation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the challenges of the existing internship process in an undergraduate university in China and give suggestions to improve internship quality. Qualitative data from 35 students and 12 administrators/faculty were collected at a local undergraduate university, H University (HU), in central China, which is currently undergoing the process of becoming a university of applied sciences. The findings of the study show issues with the university’s model, including communication between industry and university, internship evaluation, student guidance, and internship quality. Recommendations based on the literature are provided.     

高职学生顶岗实习存在的问题及对策研究

高职的顶岗实习是实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用。如何对顶岗实习进行科学设计、合理安排、精心组织、规范管理是提高高职顶岗实习教学效果的关键。本文分析了顶岗实习的意义及目前顶岗实习存在的主要问题,阐述了提高顶岗实习质量的对策。     

Perceptions of Zimbabwean trainee/educational psychologists regarding the training on their support roles and responsibilities in inclusive education

The study used focus group interviews at three administrative offices (provinces) that house trainee/educational psychologists in order to explore their experiences on how they learn about their support roles and responsibilities regarding the implementation of inclusive education. 13 trainee/educational psychologists from these provinces volunteered to participate in the study. The study used a qualitative design based on a phenomenological perspective and inductive thematic content was used to analyse data. The results indicate that trainee/educational psychologists had known their support roles through master's degree programmes, a single 2016 workshop, personally guided reading and collaborative work with workmates. Their views indicated inadequate training and supervision, and negative feelings towards internship after master's programme, payment of supervisors, continuing professional development points, lack of degree programmes in Master of Science in educational psychology, and location of conferences. The results provide important information about educational psychology in Zimbabwe with important implications for training and policy making.
