Librarians Team Up with Marketing Research Class

The Library Assessment Committee at Central Missouri State University has conducted numerous user surveys within the past three years. In an effort to come up with some creative new ideas, the Committee worked with one of the University's Marketing Research classes. The class's term project was to design a methodology to assess students' impressions of library service. Several of the ideas have been implemented, and an intern form the Marketing Department has been hired to assist with future surveys.     

高职院校药学专业实习存在的问题及对策

高职药学专业教学为期一年的专业实习存在一些问题,主要包括学生及其家长对实习的偏见、医药企业对实习生身份的定位不准、学校对实习工作的管理和考核体系不够完善等。鉴于此,对这些问题进行了分析并提出了针对性对策：要使学生正确认识实习工作;转变对实习的看法;加大管理与投入;要探索多样化的实习模式。     

大学生兼职的现状调查与职业发展研究

大学生从事兼职现已成为大学校园里的普遍现象,且越来越受到教育理论界的关注。兼职不仅是大学生参加社会实践活动和勤工俭学的一种有效途径,同时也是大学生思想政治教育的重要抓手。本文采取抽样调查的实证研究方法,从大学生兼职的群体、兼职时间的长短、兼职的目的和种类,以及兼职工作与大学生经济状况的关系等几个方面,分析在校大学生从事兼职工作的现状,探讨大学生从事兼职对其学业状况、能力发展和职业发展的关联性影响,研究高校、教育行政主管部门等如何从提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性出发,在切实引导和保障大学生顺利完成学业的前提下,达到兼职工作需求和发展意愿之间的平衡,实现大学生个人的成长成才。     

A practice-based approach to student reflection in the workplace during a Work-Integrated Learning placement

In the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) curriculum, reflection on workplace activities is widely used to support student learning. Recent critiques have demonstrated the limitations of current approaches to support students' reflective learning of workplace practices. By employing a practice-based approach, we seek to refocus WIL reflection on workplace practices, emphasising the ‘embedded (social), engaged (practice) and embodied (material) aspects' of students' reflective practices in the workplace. We argue that reflection-in-the-midst-of-action includes an often-overlooked phenomenological contribution that shifts attention from cognition to action. This study uses a case study of one typical WIL student to illustrate the importance of reflection-in-the-midst-of-action and the limitations of pedagogical structure using an e-log and reflective journal to capture reflection-in-the-midst-of-action. We argue that the move to consider reflection as a practice, and the move to refocus reflection to reflection-in-the-midst-of-action, supports a learning approach that is more congruent with workplace action and context.     

Social Work and Criminal Justice: Are We Meeting in the Field?

Social workers are needed but infrequently involved with criminal justice systems. One way to increase the number of social workers in the criminal justice system is by exposing students to work in these settings. This study examined the number, types, and utilization of criminal justice field placements in MSW programs by surveying field education directors. On average, 7.73% of field placements were in criminal justice settings. When asked about barriers to criminal justice placements, the most frequently identified challenge was a lack of MSW supervisors. Implications for future research and education are discussed.     

基于层次分析和灰色关联分析的实习员工绩效评估研究

在对实习生绩效评估过程中,为了帮助企业科学、有效地衡量出实习生_丁作业绩表现和潜质,结合层次分析法（AHP）和灰色关联分析方法的特点,提出了基于层次分析和灰色关联分析的实习员工绩效评估方法,并运用该方法进行了实例分析。     

OBE理念下高职学前教育专业见习实施的现状与对策——以广东职业技术学院为例

学前教育专业见习对于学前教育专业人才培养具有重要价值,本研究基于OBE教育理念,以学生的学习成果为基础,反向设计学前教育专业见习目标、内容、组织实施以及评价,关注学生在见习结束后在教育教学行为表现和能力方面的增长,运用问卷调查法对198名高职学前教育专业学生见习前的准备状况、见习中遇到的问题、见习后的感受与收获进行了调查,对学生见习前、见习中、见习后的情况进行了详细的数据分析,从学校、幼儿园、学生三个方面提出了改进的建议,以促进学前教育专业见习质量的提升,为我国培养高素质善保教的幼儿园教师队伍。     

雨课堂在感染科见习教学中的应用及评价

目的:探讨雨课堂在感染科见习教学中的应用。方法:选取2018年9月—2018年12月在我院感染科见习的80名见习医师作为研究对象,随机分为两组,一组采用传统的见习教学(对照组,n=40),另一组采用雨课堂教学(实验组,n=40),在见习教学结束后进行总结并填写问卷调查表,通过问卷调查对教学效果进行评估。结果80名见习医师中,实验组见习医师自主学习的能力、解决问题的能力、临床思维能力、专业知识的理解能力、理论联系实际能力均高于对照组;两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雨课堂应用于感染科见习教学中,能培养见习医师分析处理问题的能力,激发见习医师的学习能动性,提高见习教学的效果,值得在今后的教学工作中推广。     

高职港口工程技术专业顶岗实习模式探索与实践

目前高职院校存在顶岗实习企业难固定、顶岗实习期间学生难管理等问题，针对这些问题，港口工程技术专业从创新校企合作机制、强化安全教育、落实“双导师制”等五个方面提出了相应措施。     

Professional Functioning: Exploring Developmental Narratives of Counselor Trainees

The authors analyzed the reflective journals of 49 counselor trainees in internship using a conventional content analysis approach. Developmental insights from the 4 overarching themes and 7 subthemes are provided to assist counselor education and supervision programs in supporting the professional functioning of counselor trainees.
