在数字知识环境下构建知识服务体系必须以用户综合集成化的知识需求为中心,将知识服务的理念融入到机构的整体战略之中,注重体系建设过程中的用户体验,构建以层次化的科研信息资源体系为基础,以强有力的技术和高素质的人力资源队伍为支撑,以新型组织管理和文化体系为保障的新型知识服务体系。向科研用户提供高知识附加值的知识服务产品或问题解决方案,提高科研用户的知识转移和知识转化能力、提升科研用户科研创新的效率。     

Training for Research Data Management at the Bodleian Libraries: National Contexts and Local Implementation for Researchers and Librarians

ABSTRACT

This article outlines the involvement of the Bodleian Libraries at the University of Oxford in developing new services for research data management. It offers reflections on what such additional support means for academic librarians, specifically considering support offered by subject consultants and a series of research data management (RDM) training workshops. The need to reshape library roles, teams and collections to accommodate developments in support for research data and its management is discussed. Additional actions being carried out within the Bodleian Libraries to help further meet these needs are outlined and include the development of the role of a Data Librarian and engagement of a network of librarians with this expanding area of professional knowledge. This review of what has been achieved so far provides fellow practitioners with valuable lessons and pointers to consider when reviewing the support required within their own institutions.

以SCI-Expanded数据库为来源,对国际纳米电子学领域2000-2011年科研论文的研究力量分布情况作出分析,包括核心期刊、国家和科研机构的分布情况.同时采用知识图谱可视化方式,对最近12年来的研究热点逐一进行分析,得出该领域主要的研究热点有“纳米技术”、“输运”、“阵列”、“薄膜”.     

Noticing Children’s Learning Processes – Teachers Jointly Reflect on Their Own Classroom Interaction for Improving Mathematics Teaching

One could focus on many different aspects of improving the quality of mathematics teaching. For a better understanding of children’s mathematical learning processes or teaching and learning in general, reflection on and analysis of concrete classroom situations are of major importance. On the basis of experiences gained in a collaborative research project with elementary school teachers, several ideas about a professional reflection on one’s own instruction activities are explained. The paper focuses on joint reflection between teachers and researchers on the participating teacher’s own classroom interaction by means of concrete examples. It becomes clear that changes of one’s own interaction behavior will take place only in the long-term. Nevertheless such a joint professional reflection should be an essential component of teachers’ professional knowledge in a natural way. An erratum to this article can be found at     

论教育学人的生存困境及生存方式的转变

教育学人的生存方式面临重重困境,包括身份标志的边缘化、群体内部的相对孤立化、教育学对社会教育力的忽视等问题。教育学人如何走出困境,实现自我超越,以谋求教育学人的独立地位,这是教育学人应思考的问题。为改善教育学人的生存状况,提高教育学人的群体地位,教育学人应着力构建教育学自身研究范式,逐步对接理论体系和实践体系,研究内容指向从"是什么"到"怎么做",并以自觉的自我超越作为最坚实的品质。     

新时期教研工作的几点思考

当前基础教育和中等职业教育面临着新的形势和任务 ,对教育学院的教研工作提出了新的要求。教研工作必须以全新的教育理念和创新精神 ,在学科德育、素质教育课堂教学体系等方面进行研究和探索 ,加强对基础薄弱学校和中等职业学校的教学研究和指导 ,积极参与教师继续教育的课程培训 ,全面提高教研员的整体素质 ,更好地为基层学校服务

随着农业科技研究事业的不断深入,对农业科技档案的管理提出了更高的要求。文章分析了农业科技档案利用率低、缺乏行之有效的档案管理制度、档案管理人员配备不足、工作任务重等现实问题,提出了相应的解决对策。     

对核心期刊现象的几点看法

目前核心期刊已成为一种得到社会普遍认可的对科研工作的评价标准，但笔认为核心期刊作为一种评价标准有它的局限性和不足，我们必须完善评价标准，创造良好的学术环境。     

Semantic support environment for research activity

Scholarly activities are a collection of academic related activities such as research, teaching and consultation work which result in research outputs such as journals, theses and articles in proceedings. The output will then be disseminated to researchers all over the world by means of the WWW. The four pillars of this scholarship i.e. discovery, teaching, application, and integration of knowledge are supported by research activities which often start with the process of identifying key research questions. The ocean of information available on the interact could sometimes cause the scholars to be ＂lost in Cyber Ocean＂ Thus, this study aims at recognizing the key research questions and suggesting a support environment for scholarly activities for novice researchers. A structured interview was conducted among researchers to capture three pertinent aspects of research activities： becoming proficient in the new field of research, reviewing a research paper and identifying special research interests in specific research areas. The analysis of the interview shows pertinent questions that scholar make while carrying out their research. The feedback provides an overview of the range and altitude of support needed by scholars in seeking information especially in the electronic joumal environment. Based on the result of the study, a proposal for system prototype and future work will be discussed.     

Developing student voice and participatory pedagogy: a case study in a Spanish primary school

This article describes a case study that is part of a broader research project in which schools set up processes of school improvement inspired by the proposals put forward by students. The project furthers the initiatives of the student voice movement and seeks to implement more participative pedagogical models. This as a whole represents a novel opportunity in the context of Spanish schools. Specifically, in the text we describe an experience in which students work as researchers (SAR) and in which we describe and discuss this process carried out in a primary school through ethnographic tools. The findings allow us to discover in this experience a learning opportunity for the members of the school community and for the school itself. Likewise, the research permits us to verify the existence of certain changes in the preexisting practice architectures that affect the cultural–discursive dimension, the material–economic dimension and the social–political dimension of schools.
