当代社区开展民族传统体育项目的研究

民族传统体育是休闲性的民俗游戏,很少有与古希腊大规模竞技相同和类似的成分,即使是竞技性较强的项目,也与“更高、更快、更强”的奥林匹克竞技导向格格不入。它极具生活情趣,以人为本,运动休闲,突出了丰富的娱乐内容,是社区体育取之不尽的素材。为推动社区体育的发展,以《全民健身计划纲要》为指导思想,结合工作实践经验,对民族传统体育与社区体育的发展进行研究探讨,提出发展对策和自己的看法。     

从综合实践活动课程的实施看教师学习共同体的成长

本文试从如今正在进行的新课程改革中,寻找一个视点即综合实践活动课程的实施中,存在的与教师有关的问题出发,结合新课程改革的精神和教师专业发展的要求,探索教师共同体的构建与成长过程,并提出了以若干教师共同体促进综合实践活动课程发展的新思路。     

发挥电大优势为社区教育提供社会化服务

社区教育是终身教育的一部分。在我国构筑终身教育体系，创建学习化社会，应立足于社区。电大以自己的系统优势、设施优势和教育资源优势为社区教育提供全方位的支持服务，完全有能力参与和推动社区教育。在实现教育的大众化普及化，促进全民终身学习的同时电大又可以得到自身的发展。     

仰天山落叶阔叶杂木林群落研究——群落组成及结构

通过对仰天山落叶阔叶杂木林生态环境、种类组成、区系成份、群落结构、生活型等方面的研究 ,发现这是一片保持了暖温带典型森林特征的次生落叶阔叶杂木林 ,颇具研究和保护价值。     

The Role of Parents and Community in the Education of the Japanese Child

In Japan, there has been an increased concern about family and community participation in the childs education. Traditionally, the role of parents and community in Japan has been one of support and less one of active involvement in school learning. Since the government commenced education reforms in the last quarter of the 20th century, a more active role for parents and the community in education has been encouraged. These reforms have been inspired by the need to tackle various problems that had arisen, such as the perceived harmful elements of societys preoccupation with academic achievement and the problematic behavior of young people. In this paper, the following issues are examined: (1) education policy and reform measures with regard to parent and community involvement in the childs education; (2) the state of parent and community involvement at the eve of the 20th century.     

Novice teachers’ learning and knowledge building during the induction programme

This paper explores the Estonian novice teachers’ learning and knowledge building (LKB) practices in the extended professional community during the induction programme using well-known knowledge conversion model. The assumption in this study is that a teachers’ participation in the extended professional community facilitates their professional development. The survey was conducted with 101 novices after their induction programme. The patterns of novices’ LKB practices in the professional learning community during the induction programme were explored. The analysis showed to what extent extended professional community may be formed during the induction year. LKB practice patterns among the novices were identified. We discovered that many novices felt that there was insufficient support from other teachers and from university experts. It appears that it is challenging to develop a coherent induction programme as the extended professional community of educators, where different partners collaborate and share professional knowledge is challenging.     

A narrative inquiry into the fostering of a teacher-principal’s best-loved self in an online teacher community in China

This study revolves around an organically lived online community of Chinese elementary teachers. The teachers shared their reflective journals and engaged in conversations with the facilitators and also with their peers. Following one participant’s postings over a span of thirteen months helped the research team to narratively explore how the teacher, through reflections and interactions with his other fellow community members, refined his personal practical knowledge and cultivated his best-loved self as a teacher-principal in a rural school in China that lacked learning resources. Highlighted in the discussions are how the participant integrated his personal being with his professional being and eventually became the teacher he wanted to be. This research study adds to the literature about teachers as agents of change. This knowledge contribution, among others related to technology, shows how professional development and the development of teacher identity can be promoted in online teacher knowledge communities. Implications for teacher education are also discussed.

通过开发社区开展软件研发实训教学,探讨基于开发社区的软件研发实训平台的建设思路、建设内容及建设方法,使学生能有效地利用校内外资源参与真实项目研发,从而获得大量的实训机会,以培养学生的专业能力、方法能力和社会能力。     

当代西方教师专业学习共同体的理论与实践

随着教师专业化发展和不断提高教育质量的迫切要求,当代西方专业学习共同体理论也应运而生。在历经了共同体理论、学习型组织理论、学习共同体理论之后,教师专业学习共同体理论也逐渐完善,并在促进教师专业发展的实践中产生了非常积极的作用。成功的专业学习共同体不仅具有共享和支持性的领导、共同的价值观和愿景、共同学习和应用、共享的个人实践、支持性条件等五个特征,而且还具有专注于学习、合作的文化、聚焦于成果等基本理念。     

新乡土社会与马克思主义大众化

自马克思主义传入中国,乡土社会中就一直进行着马克思主义大众化的历程。新时期,乡村社会出现了一系列新的特征,＂传统乡土社会＂转向＂新乡土社会＂,新乡土社会就成为了马克思主义大众化的重要场域。因此,在新的境遇下实现马克思主义大众化就必须结合新乡土社会的实际,契合新乡土社会的文化,结合时代发展的特征,发挥农村精英分子的作用。
