新疆生产建设兵团普通高校校园足球推广与发展经验探讨

校园足球运动是夯实足球人才的根基,对学生智力发展及身体健康水平的改善与提升具有重要作用。本文以新疆生产建设兵团所属的塔里木大学为具体研究对象,梳理了塔里木大学校园足球运动的发展模式,并在此基础上分析、探讨了塔里木大学校园足球运动推广、管理与发展的成功经验与模式,以及制约塔里木大学校园足球进一步发展的瓶颈。     

Professional knowledge or motivation? Investigating the role of teachers’ expertise on the quality of technology-enhanced lesson plans

In an expertise study with 94 mathematics teachers varying in their relative teacher expertise (i.e., student teachers, trainee teachers, in-service teachers), we examined effects of teachers' professional knowledge and motivational beliefs on their ability to integrate technology within a lesson plan scenario. Therefore, we assessed teachers' professional knowledge (i.e., content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, technological knowledge), and their motivational beliefs (i.e., self-efficacy, utility-value). Furthermore, teachers were asked to develop a lesson plan for introducing the Pythagorean theorem to secondary students. Lesson plans by advanced teachers (i.e., trainee teachers, in-service teachers) comprised higher levels of instructional quality and technology exploitation than the ones of novice teachers (i.e., pre-service teachers). The effect of expertise was mediated by teachers' perceived utility-value of educational technology, but not by their professional knowledge. These findings suggest that teachers’ motivational beliefs play a crucial role for effectively applying technology in mathematics instruction.     

Using the Information Structure Model to Compare Profile-Based Information Filtering Systems

In the IR field it is clear that the value of a system depends on the cost and benefit profiles of its users. It would seem obvious that different users would prefer different systems. In the TREC-9 filtering track, systems are evaluated by a utility measure specifying a given cost and benefit. However, in the study of decision systems it is known that, in some cases, one system may be unconditionally better than another. In this paper we employ a decision theoretic approach to find conditions under which an Information Filtering (IF) system is unconditionally superior to another for all users regardless of their cost and benefit profiles.It is well known that if two IF systems have equal precision the system with better recall will be preferred by all users. Similarly, with equal recall, better precision is universally preferred. We confirm these known results and discover an unexpected dominance relation in which a system with lower recall will be universally preferred provided its precision is sufficiently higher.     

高校扩招后体育教学质量下降的原因分析及对策

运用综合研究方法，对扩大招生后广西10所高校体育教学情况进行了问卷调查，并对调查结果进行相关分析。发现影响体育教学质量的主要因素为运动场地、设施；师资力量；生源质量；教学管理水平。提出：加大体育经费投入，改善运动场地、设施；加强体育师资的建设与管理；因材施教，实施学分制；提高体育教学的管理水平。制定科学的教学质量评估体系，是稳定和提高体育教学质量的重要举措。     

体育课教学中师生交流探析

体育教学效果取决于多种因素。师生之间的相互交流形成融洽气氛是很重要的因素之一。论述了体育教学中师生交流的重要性及一些行之有效的交流方法，并提出了师生交流中应注意的问题和交流技巧。     

从当前中小学体育教学现状看高校体育教育专业的教学改革

在新的历史时期，研究中小学校体育教学现状对于高等体育教育专业的教学改革十分必要。本主要采用问卷调查和献分析等方法对我国16个省、直辖市、自治区的241所中小学校进行问卷调查和分析，发现：当前中小学校体育教师的教学工作负担过重，科研的整体水平偏低，法律意识淡薄等不利因素；同时提出：在现阶段的高等体育教学中，应当加强对学生科研能力的培养，技术教学要突出“多能一专”的教学思想，并建议有关部门关注体育教师的“减负”问题。     

略论现代体育教学过程中学生创新能力的培养

体育与健康课程教学以“健康第一”为核心，以全面提高学生素质为目标，是培养学生创新能力的重要环节。创设体育课堂教学的民主协作氛围，保障学生心理的自由和安全，构建以人为本，以动机、兴趣、情感、意志为基本内容的激励体系，为培养和发展学生的创新能力提供良好的心理环境。     

大学英语教学应重视交互式教学模式

交互式教学模式是教学中经常使用的一种方法。这种教学模式有利于调动学生学习语言的积极性、主动性和创造性 ,提高学生的语言表达能力。国外采用自主和交互式教学模式培养学生的一些成功事例 ,为我国外语教学在培养外语人才提供了有益的启示。     

中学体育培养学生良好个性的实验研究

通过课程及学生成绩评价系统的改革及教学方式的变化，在体育教育中对本校748名高中生进行了3年的个性培养研究。结果提示个性化体育教学有利于学生良好个性的养成和全面素质的提高。     

对"竞技运动教材化"的思考

通过对新的竞技运动概念的认识和思考 ,认为竞技运动教材化 ,将会给学校体育 ,尤其是高校体育带来一个新的视野。并认为在学校体育课程教材内容体系中存在着阶梯性和逻辑性关系 ,也存在着非阶梯性和非逻辑性关系。
