Building knowledge,building community: reflecting on the value of a national research programme in adult literacy

In 2003 the National Literacy Secretariat (NLS) of Canada, at that time a branch of the Department of Human Resources and Development Canada, decided to review its research function. This article discusses some of the questions the review raised for the field. Many of these issues are to do with the management of knowledge – what research gets funded, to be performed by whom, and with what kind of approach – whereas others are concerned with the meaning of the research function itself, and what it can contribute to a field of practice such as adult literacy.

所有权保留是起源于罗马法上的古老制度,进入我国后,以其独特的移转所有权的形式和担保功能在现代信用经济高度发展的时代受到青睐,取得了较大的发展,但是,当前学界对所有权保留制度的性质尚无统一认识。本文基于对当前所有权保留性质的各种学说的评析介绍,否定了以往所有权保留性质争论中的单一论的观点,提出确定所有权保留制度性质的新的理论预设,认为所有权保留制度具有二元性,既是附停止条件的所有权的移转形式,又具有独特的担保性质。     

Supporting the development of early years students’ professional identities through an action research programme

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the aims, rationale and aspects of a new Action Research (AR) module developed for level 6, Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) students. The aims of the module are three-fold: First, to support learners in developing the research and academic skills needed to investigate their own practices, generate knowledge and engage in critical reflection. Second, to assist students to be active agents in questioning and designing changes to improve their practice. Third, to support them in disseminating their work in the public sphere and thus take an active part in discussions about their field of practice. Drawing on the processes of ongoing reflection and collaborative enquiry, our vision is to emancipate our students; support them in repositioning themselves as powerful agents with significant insights and the power to make a difference to their practice. However, facilitating emancipatory AR can pose several challenges, on individual, institutional and political levels. The aim of this paper is to reaffirm the rationale for AR as an epistemological, methodological and political tool that can support the professional identities of our learners; also, to address some of the anticipated complexities and tensions of employing emancipatory AR in an academic environment.     

UML与J2EE在宾馆预订管理系统中的应用

传统的宾馆预订管理系统不能满足宾馆自动化管理发展的新需求。采用J2EE设计宾馆预订管理系统,并运用UML对系统进行分析。该系统具有更好的对外交互能力,便于用户操作、使用。     

从“技术熟练者”到“反思性实践家”——试论新课改背景下的教师新形象

教师是新课程改革顺利推进的决定性教育因素。“技术熟练者”教师角色形成的文化背景主要为现代知识观、行为主义心理学、泰勒的“目标模式”,其主要特征为教育理论知识缺乏,知识结构单一;教育智慧缺乏,实践能力差;质疑和批判精神缺乏,思想守旧、落后。“反思性实践家”的教师角色形成的文化背景主要为后现代知识观、认知主义心理学、批判理论,其主要特征为知识结构复杂,自我更新能力强;教育智慧充盈,实践能力强;质疑与批判精神丰厚,思想开放、进步。走向“反思性实践家”教师角色的条件主要有后现代文化转向和行动研究运用。     

资源预留模式在实时操作系统中的一种实现

基于红旗实时操作系统的研发实践,描述了实时操作系统资源预留模式的设计与实现过程。集中描述了基于资源预留和资源集合的基本概念、资源预留模式的主要实现思想及其重要的数据结构。这种资源预留模式基于资源内核的思想,其主要目标是为事先申明其资源需求的特定应用程序预留特定数量的系统资源。     

“Simultaneous immersion”: How online postgraduate study contributes to the development of reflective practice among public service practitioners

This paper examines how the process of engaging simultaneously in study and work – through online distance-based study – affects students’ capacity to apply their learning in and for the workplace. The paper takes as its starting point the importance of extending notions of “educational effectiveness” beyond course-based attainment to encompass the impact of learning within the workplace. It explores the interface between study and work, focusing on the case of online postgraduate programmes in public management at the University of York. It finds that simultaneous immersion in study and work can create the conditions for “public reflection” that underpin work-based learning and that a key factor is the student-practitioner's ability to mobilise “episodic power.” The paper suggests ways in which existing approaches to online postgraduate learning might be enhanced in order to capitalise on these conditions of simultaneous immersion.     

信息租金抽取与经理工作效率的权衡模型

信息不对称情况下，公司所有者防范经理道德风险行为的最优契约必然要面时信息租金抽取与获取经理工作效率之间存在的冲突，即减少信息租金的支付会导致经理努力程度的降低，所有者正是在权衡这个冲突的利弊中得到信息不对称下的最优契约，本文的模型扩展了拉丰的分析模型并得到了一些新结论。     

全科医师培训存在问题及对策探讨

随着我国医药卫生体制改革工作的不断深入发展,如何加强城乡社区卫生服务体系建设,加快培养一支具有中国特色的高素质全科医师队伍已成当务之急。本文在简要总结成绩的基础上,重点对当前全科医师培训存在问题及应对策略作了分析和探讨。     

从“制度文本”到“传记文本”:教师教育课程的范式转换

教师教育制度课程难以保证未来教师的参与水平,难以培养自觉的教师,也落后于发达国家的课程研究与实践。因此,我国教师教育课程需要从课程开发范式的制度文本转换到课程理解范式的传记文本。教师教育存在体验课程是以未来教师和教师教育者的生命体验为内容,以"回溯—前进—分析—综合"的方法揭示这些生命体验的意义从而培养自觉的教师的课程形态。
