仪器设备使用率是衡量高等学校办学效益的一项重要指标，教育主管部门高度重视这一指标．文章对前期论证、验收制度、实验计划落实、及技术力量培养等影响仪器设备使用率的因素进行分析，并提出看法．     

关于影响健美操队赛前训练效果的因素分析

本人通过收集整理资料的方法对健美操队赛前训练的影响因素进行分析总结,并把主要的分为三个方面：个体因素、训练因素和其他因素,希望对健美操教练员的赛前训练有所帮助。     

青少年女子铅球运动员赛前减量安排与身体机能变化规律的研究

16名青少年女子铅球运动员分为训练量减少 2 0 %组 (175 .7± 4 .5cm ,90 .7± 19.1kg ,16 .3± 1.8y)和减少 6 0 %组 (175 .5± 9.5cm ,84 .9± 13.7kg ,15 .7± 1.2 y) ,进行 3周的减量训练 ,测试减量训练前后运动员机能状态和专项成绩的变化。结果表明 ,6 0 %组的运动员运动成绩高峰出现在第 2周 ,并且提高的幅度 (3.7% )较减量 2 0 %组提高的幅度大 (2 .9% )。训练量减少的幅度影响运动员机能变化周期的长短 ,减量少时最佳成绩出现的晚 ,减量多则最佳成绩出现的早。血尿素、血清CK变化值能较敏感地评价运动员赛前减量效果     

研发费用税前扣除优惠政策执行情况研究

研究开发费用税前扣除优惠政策是当前我国重要的技术创新优惠政策之一,但统计数据显示该政策的执行效果不甚理想,本文认为主要问题有三个方面:一是政策设计本身存在可享受减免的研发费用范围较窄、费用界定不明确、费用审核与监管无明确规定等问题;二是政策执行中各地税务机关税收任务压力、对政策理解等方面存在一定问题;三是企业自身方面存在研发费用基础管理薄弱、内部机构沟通不畅等问题。针对这些问题,本文最后提出了和研发费用财务核算规范接轨、通过转移支付等方式解决各地税源差异问题、企业建立科目-项目-部门三维会计核算体系、加强政策执行监管等改近与完善措施与建议。     

论文化类型与教师权威

美国文化人类学家米德把人类文化分为三种类型:后喻文化、同喻文化、前喻文化。教育是文化传承的特殊载体,作为教育权威的集中体现者,教师权威必然受到文化类型的规限。后者对教师的传统权威、知识权威、感召权威有很大影响。传统权威即是长期的传统因素形成的教师的职业权威,知识权威就是教师专业所长形成的专业权威,感召权威即教师个人内在情感因素形成的精神权威。

谈版画创作对提高学前教育专业学生综合素质的作用

儿童版画制作是学前教育专业学生美术课程的一项重要内容,专业版画艺术的种类很多,其中实物对印版画、吹塑纸版画、剪贴纸版画、综合材料纸版画等内容符合学前教育的专业特点,是其美术制作课程中的讲授重点。在版画创作中,需要脑力与肢体劳动协同工作,并在此基础上获得身心一致的艺术体验,有助于培养学生动手能力和创造能力,对学生综合素质的提高有重要的意义。     

Transforming Chinese teachers' thinking,learning and understanding via e‐learning

The Developing E‐learning for Teachers (DEfT) project, a collaborative venture between UK and Chinese universities, has produced e‐learning modules for master's level programmes for in‐service high school teachers in China. E‐learning offers Chinese teachers new and innovative forms of professional development and provides for transformative learning. The paper investigates teachers' online learning experiences and how e‐learning facilitates teacher transformation from three perspectives: the ‘learner‐centred perspective’, the ‘knowledge‐centred perspective’ and the ‘community‐centred perspective’. The paper concludes that e‐learning, while not without some caveats, is a feasible solution for the training needs of serving Chinese teachers.     

Understanding mainland Chinese students' motivations for choosing teacher education programmes in Hong Kong

In this paper, we report on an inquiry exploring the experiences of 10 mainland Chinese student teachers of English so as to understand why they came to Hong Kong for a teacher education programme. The study revealed that these students were largely attracted to teaching in Hong Kong because of its extrinsic benefits such as professional stability, the prestige associated with the English language teaching profession and the opportunities to acquire valued skills transferable to other professions including English competence. Facing challenges as non‐local students, they were also uncertain of becoming teachers in the new context. As ‘elite’ Chinese students were often unwilling to become teachers, we found it strategic to attract a large number of talented non‐local students to the teaching profession and retain them. We conclude the paper with recommendations for various stakeholders to support these non‐local students' adaptation and development as committed and competent teachers in local schools.
