小学英语教育专业实习生专业现状调查

基于国内外教师专业发展的理论成果对某师范院校小学英语教育专业实习生专业发展现状的调查发现:被试普遍具有较好的英语语言表达能力,求知欲强,信息接触面广,专业发展愿望强烈,但专业发展规划不够明确,也未能掌握行之有效的专业发展方法,课堂教学实践技能薄弱,在将师范教育阶段的理论知识转化为实践能力上还存在较大距离。     

“前喻文化”视域下老年闲暇教育发展研究

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,老年闲暇教育的重要性越来越凸显。以"年轻一代向年长一代传授、年长一代向年轻一代学习"为特征的前喻文化有利于改变人们的传统观念、拓宽老年闲暇教育内容、丰富老年闲暇教育形式和开拓老年闲暇教育场所。在前喻文化视域下发展老年闲暇教育需要转变老年人观念,树立前喻式教育观;发挥大众媒介作用,营造良好的社会氛围;共建和谐的代际关系,创建良好的家庭环境;有效利用高校资源,发挥高校优势;采取多种措施,发挥社区的载体作用。     

浅谈招标的前期策划与风控管理

基于《招标投标法》、《政府采购法》、《工程建设项目货物招标投标办法》、《机电产品国际招标投标实施办法》等法律、法规为依据,做好招标的前期策划以及风险控制工作。以规范招标操作程序为手段,以招标流程风险节点控制为重点,以优化招标业务流程为目的,紧紧围绕企业核心利益,采取有效措施,降低风险事件发生的各种可能性,有效减少或控制风险事件发生时造成的损失。     

论大学生前就业时代的心理角色转换

世界经济危机的大背蒂下,当前大学生就业形势越来越严峻。虽然政府接连出台了一系列优惠政策来缓解大学生就业压力,但效果不甚理想,很多大学生仍被拒之门外。如何行之有效地破解大学生就业难题,文章认为,大学生应该从铸就自身出发,把就业前夕或就业初期的心理角色转换提到前就业时代来完成,以强劲的行动来支撑心理转换。当代大学生应当做行动巨人。     

The nature of the relationship between teaching concerns and sense of efficacy

This study examined the relationship between prospective teachers’ concerns about their teaching and their beliefs about their sense of efficacy. Three hundred and thirty‐nine prospective teachers participated in this study. Two instruments, the ‘Teaching Concerns Checklist’ and the ‘Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Beliefs Scale’, were used to elicit the participants’ teaching concerns and their sense of efficacy. Canonical correlation analysis, conducted to explore the relationships between these two constructs, revealed that concern variables were negatively correlated with efficacy variables. This means that if teachers believe their efficacy is weaker, they tend to have more concerns about teaching. The results of this study have implications for teacher education programmes.     

Perception of teacher education and professional identity among novice teachers

This study examines student teachers’ perceptions of teacher education and its contribution to their professional life, when they become novice teachers during their internship period. The sample comprised 97 student teachers in their fourth year of studies for a BEd degree. Data were collected through questionnaires which included both a structured and an open‐ended part, with regard to five aspects of the teaching profession and teacher education: motivation for teaching, conceptions of teaching–learning, roles of teachers, components of teacher education, and agents of training. Prominent among the findings regarding the motivational aspects of teaching, is a perception of the profession as granting intrinsic rewards. Teaching is perceived as according self‐realisation, providing a sense of purpose and mission, and enabling lifelong development. The component perceived as most important to the teacher’s role is delivering universal values. Findings regarding perception of learning–teaching processes reveal a preference for a constructivist approach.     

Preparing early childhood educators for global education: the implications of prior learning

This paper outlines the increasing cultural diversity of Australia’s education settings and explicates the global education movement and the new Australian Early Years Learning Framework. It discusses the implication of these factors for early childhood education practice and early childhood teacher education. The key research question considered in this paper is what prior learnings do early childhood educators utilise to consider global education? Data are presented on a research project that explores the prior learning of pre‐service early childhood educators at a major Australian university. The paper shows that, unlike primary and secondary pre‐service teachers, most early childhood education pre‐service teachers have significant professional experiences in educational settings. These prior experiences have a significant impact on pre‐service early childhood educators’ knowledge, beliefs and attitudes in the area of global education and align strongly with the global education curriculum movement and new national curriculum.     

国家优秀马拉松运动员赛前生理生化监控研究

为了解优秀马拉松运动员赛前训练中身体机能的变化规律,测定在备战2006年厦门国际马拉松赛的10名男子运动员赛前训练期间某些生化指标的变化.结果显示:赛前运动员的各部分机能指标随运动强度呈现不同的阶段变化,赛前1周基本调整至较好状态,表明赛前训练安排基本达到了较好的效果.     

浙江省优秀划船运动员赛前血清某些激素浓度的变化

通过比较划船运动员赛前和平时( 对照)血清中某些激素的水平,发现有明显差异,女性睾酮从1 .59 下降至1 .18nmol/L,男性睾酮则从18 .93 上升21.69nmol/L;女性皮质醇从543 .4 下降至206.0nmol/L,男性皮质醇从543.7 下降至226 .0nmol/L,男性雌二醇从0.158 上升至0 .310pg/L;T3 及T4 均有显著性下降。结果表明优秀划船运动员赛前晨起血清激素水平较好,有利于运动员发挥最佳水平,同时有调动免疫系统,起到保护机体的作用。
